Who is this person and why does half the board hate him Figure reviewer. I couldn't tell you for sure why they hate him to be honest, I have to assume it's mostly a vibe thing more than anything he's done specifically |

All…The…Time. I hate that all these reviewers try to be “personalities” and feud with each other. But I like Kyle for his reviews. I have no reason to dislike him. My favorite though is Michael Mercy, dude is so calming and his “History of GI Joe from each year from ‘82 through ‘87 is awesome. Also his Classified Spirit review is wonderful. I hope we get an History of GI Joe ‘88 soon. |

Sorry but every single time I see this title I hear Christian Bale’s voice from the Dark Knight saying “I believe in Harvey Dent.” I don’t know why but I do. I no longer hold this opinion. I just got MNW Bret Hart today and it’s such an amazing figure that it softened my dislike. Umm…No…Just NO! I don’t care how amazing a figure looks (CC Piper) it still doesn’t soften the dislike for them! Drop down hips still blow! Yeah, I reverted back to my disdain for drop down hips a few hours later. Still love that Bret Hart, though. It looks gorgeous. |

Kyle is fine, the hate he gets on here is madness.
I sometimes think he can be a tad corny, then I consider the fact that I’m a middle aged man collecting toys, get off my high horse and just watch reviews when I need some info. Problem solved.

Ultimates barely feel like Ultimates anymore. Even the Sami and Kevin figures I waited so long for, I was so unhappy with that Sami I completely redid him from the waist down.
The Cody ultimate is nice, but someday I will be repainting that coat blue.
The ultimate Asuka is awesome though. Glorious figure.
But, really, yeah. Ultimates just don't feel that Ultimate anymore. I've got no problem with them primarily making newer talent and, hell, I'd love if they would make MORE newer talent. They have, what, four side series now with legends, I wish we could get at least 4 current talents in the main line. Maybe then we'd get some women.

I hope we get an History of GI Joe ‘88 soon. Michael Mercy got caught up in some fueding drama a few years ago....which I believe had to do with retroblasting, who is a huge jerk-cant stand that guy. But, yeah, MM's content is great and really chill, I'm not subscribed but when I come across his videos I usually watch them (I guess I should subscribe hahaha). Kyle is ok.Like someone else mentioned a little corny but I'll take a little corny over a vitriolic personality any day. Just wish he'd do more close ups and bigger shots of the figures. |

I think everyone hit the nail on the head, if it’s just another set of hands and heads, it doesn’t feel like an ultimate. The greatest ones of the last couple series all had unique elements, takers cloak, flairs robe, Seth’s robe, asukas robe and mask, Kane’s entrance cloak, etc. They need to find ways to keep the extra detailed soft goods coming with unique accessories. Kinda hoping a new stone cold shows up in the target legends line with the smoking skull belt but besides a shirt they’ve never done and or molded Jean shorts it’s hard to say what it would look like

I don’t watch YouTube toy reviews because these boards exist and I have eyes that can see pictures just fine. Don’t need another grown man showing me the toys he got before everyone else because that’s marketing these days. Plus most aren’t gonna be 100% honest or they may not keep getting stuff early or free or whatever is going on. Yes I’m jealous, but I see zero value in making a video every time a new toy comes out and I don’t care about half of them released anyways.

I'm just here to show my dislike for drop down hips and mainly Kyle Peterson. I'm sure he pretends to have a thick skin. However, there is clearly NO love for Kyle here on these boards. Countless posts that get disgusted reactions (including myself) whenever they mention the name. I think MAJOR POD posts his stuff because they like to see him get heat for being a mark. He can have his channel but the boards belong to us. Survey says, One more for the good guys! Kyle gives me that "I work for my dad's business, and others at his business secretly hate me because I have the laziest most cush job at the company, and I like to think I am more important than I really am so I'll name drop celebrities that I've met, but I like to pretend that we're really close friends" vibe. Man I miss Metaldriver Reviews.Maaaan, I miss Metaldriver reviews so much. Whatever happened to him? He had like a flooding issue in his basement or something like that but fixed it right away then dissappeared. |

I think Kyle Peterson is an awesome youtuber, my favorite. I just would like to see more legends in the main Ultimate Line, as someone eles pointed out seeing that Ric Flair for the first time really felt special. |

However, I will say that I was close to buying some Power Rangers' figures the other day, photos made them look awesome. I did decide to watch one video to see how they compare (they are updated), and that was enough to confirm not to invest, so sometimes a video does help. |
