I love it when the disc crashes after a well-earned shutout.

It's happened a lot. I'll probably trade in my copy for another.

In the meantime, I have no idea why I split up Blake/Sundin/Poni to begin with. They're at it again, leading the league in 'rape'.

Nagy was claimed off waivers by Florida lol

Kilger's being consistant after I put him back in the line-up. There was no room for him early in the season, but he's back and doing well on the third line with Johnson and Antropov.

Then there's Zherdev who loves getting pucks from Wellwood.

And yeah, Raycroft is still the best goalie in the league.

Good season so far.

Had a few really good games online on 08 but the last match just frustrated the

out of me. Out shot the guy 55 - 11. I was up 2 - 0 after the first. He got it back to 2 - 2 after the second and that's how it remained until penalty shootout time. All 11 of his shots must have been one-timers. Most people I've played online so far have been one-timer whores. Then there was one guy who just kept going for rap-a-rounds. Anyway, penalty shootout remained goaless after about 10 shots before he scored. I missed. I absolutely blow at penalty shots.

People tend to do One-Timers, and Wraparounds all the time, that is just taking the fun out of hockey online.

Anyone else done this glitch yet? It's something EA should really look into for 09. Controls are roughly the same too. I just suck at keeping it in the zone so they don't score on the empty net.

Drury was claimed by Vancouver, Bertuzzi was claimed by Vancouver, and Hecht was claimed by Nashville. I dont know what happened, but it is pretty tough to keep under the cap.

I have a PS3 and i was wondering which is better? NHL 08 or 2K8? I tried the 08 demo and thought it was fantastic, but I loved 2K7 and preferred it over 07.
