I don't believe it.
If it's true.

Maybe this was the "Major Star" who was rumored to have given his notice to the company at the RAW taping? Probably. I Emailed Meltzer asking him about this rumor when it broke over the weekend. He replied back saying it was rumored that someone who's a bigger star than King Booker ended up quitting.

Flair just needs to quit wrestling and manage people. He's completely useless as a wrestler. He needs to have one last match and hang them up and I do NOT want to see him in TNA. TNA has enough WWE wash ups and I don't wanna hear all the TNA marks bitch about how WWE misused Flair like they did with Kurt Angle.

I'm with the minority here. No big loss in my opinion. What can he contribute today? His last few years have been lackluster and only from time to time does he give a good promo (the one on Carlito is the only one that stands out). It seems he gets pissed off whenever he doesn't get his way and from what I understand, he isn't the easiest person to get along with anyway. Ah well. At least this means there is no possibility of Dave Flair "gracing" our screens now.

Remember when they were reporting that due to copyright issues, Ric Flair had to add a K to his name? Yeah that turned out well... I will believe it when it's confirmed...

Well thank god. Lets be honest Old Man Flair could barely string together a match and all of them were the same. He's only working because in his hey day he didn't invest any money AND he got screwed over by his ex wife. Now maybe he can be a road agent for once I completely agree. It's a damn shame watching Flair wrestle nowadays. He's a shell of his former self. It's time for Flair to hang 'em up. He will always be remembered as arguably the greatest of all time.

For his last match, Flair should wrestle Sting.

WWE News: Ric Flair quits WWE, both sides trying to work things out By Wade Keller, Torch editor Sep 4, 2007, 21:40 Ric Flair quit WWE this week over frustration with his push and a lack of any encouraging communication from the front office. His situation doesn't appear to be at all related to the suspensions, although he's now more valuable with some names being gone for a month. If things don't work out, it's not beyond the realm of possibility that Flair could be offered a sweet and tempting deal to be part of TNA's two hour launch. TNA is interested and aware of the situation. If anybody thinks ric flair will go to TNA , then you most be stupid & crazy because ric flair will never go there because of Vince russo.Ric flair hates Vince Russo or did you people forget about that . are you guys just too young to know that or even be watching wrestling then?

Hopefully this sticks and Flair is able to do what he wants. I know of two companies already trying to book him if possible.
