If TNA still had the NWA title I would be intrested to see Flair go over there and win, it would be awesome. But now that they have a new title and aren't related to NWA anymore(I think) I think it would be stupid for him to go over there.

Flair is known to put young guys over which would be PERFECT for TNA. That would be great for young guys like Shelley to beat Flair to get that "push". He would be better in WWE than in TNA because of that reason. Flair would also be great backstage for the young guys.

Ric Flair will not have anything to do with TNA. You seem to forget that the last time Vince Russo booked Flair, he booked the sixteen time World Champion into a ing looney bin, unless that was some insane crap Kevin Nash pulled when he had the book.

I doubt Flair could just quit the WWE and walk right into TNA, unless he has been working without a contract. If WWE grants him is release Im sure he'll have to wait the standard 90 days before working for another company.

Honestly, Flair with the belt again could go two ways, it could draw very well, and he could go to WM and win it and retire after that, or, it could fluke if they rushed it and tried giving him a long run till WM because he can put on decent at best matches nowadays, nothing better.

They need to build him back up as the "Limo riding, jet flyin', kiss stealing, wheeling dealing son of a gun" before even pushing him. I don't blame Flair in the least this whole "OMGZ BATIzTA BE MY FRIEND" is stupid.

I knew sending him to SD! was a bad move. I said he'd quit. I really hope they persuade him to stay.

Honestly, I would not mind him as champion, but for no longer than maybe, a month to two months at best, I just can't see a long run in him at this age as his ability is way down.

Thank god. He really needs to retire for good. And what type of push were they supposed to give Flair? Another run at being champ? that could be just as bad as Khali's run.

I'm absolutely shocked. He needs to stay related to the WWE, in order for him to enter the Hall of Fame.
His Page is still up on WWE.com though.

A win over Ric Flair means practically nothing. He could be good as a manager in TNA, but to put young guys over? Forget about. Besides, is that not what he's doing right now in WWE? And obviously he's not happy with where he's at..

I cant believe how so many people can be so negative towards a man that has given so much to the business for like what 30- something years? Ric Flair is pro wrestling. The perfect representative for transition in the evolution of pro wrestlign from the old school guys to the stars of today. A living legend. A guy that came back from a broken back and wrestled for decades when they didnt know if he'd walk again let alone wrestle. The man who wrestled Rhodes, Funk, Steamboat, Sting, Savage a million other guys with S names and reminded us all how great he was. Its not fair to bash Flair. He may be old but he still deserves our time and better from a company that most of the others on the roster could only wish they had the career Flair had.

He'll be back.
I'm still holding out on the 20 more retirement matches he has left before keeling over.
