I named the top four that people usually come up with. Who do you guys think it is?

Curt Hennig was the man. He deserved it. I can't believe he never got a title reign.

Didn't Henning win the AWA title? Anyway if not him, then The Million Dollar Man!

I pick Hennig but I always thought Dibiase should have won the WWF title on numerous occasions.

none. great IC champs but to carry a company? Sorry just don't see it. If I had to pick I'd say Ricky Steamboat. After his match with Savage at WM 3 he was so over. Wonder if Hogan had him out of there becuse of that.

Owen Hart; while feuding with Bret he should have got a title run. When he "won" the WWF Title against Bret in that Ironman match could have been perfect.

Dibiase easily was the only who could've really carried the belt and the company, plus he was supposed to win it at WMIV.

Nothing against the guys listed, but I would have to say Arn Anderson.

No I was happy Macho won, just saying that he was supposed and I would've loved to see a Dibiase reign and out of those he's definantely the one who could be depended on the most to carry the company and WWF obviously thought he could as well.
