I need some help. I am trying to become a fan of TNA, but they make it very difficult for me. They mess up gimmicks and don't book things right/don't use their talent correctly (Daniels). Honestly, I think TNA has a better wrestling roster than WWE (even though some of my favorite wrestlers overall are on WWE), but they just don't do it right. TNA seems more like a cartoon. It seems like old WCW. WWE is more believable and more entertaining. Someone prove me wrong, please! I am not being sarcastic, I really want to be a TNA fan, but I just can't get into the product.
Sell TNA to me.

I am glad I am not alone in this, although, it is sad that I am not alone (because it means they really are doing something wrong). I wish TNA would step it up. They have the talent to compete with WWE, but they are not putting in the effort.

My biggest grip isn't even with booking. They need to fire Don West. His voice makes watching nearly unbearable.

There is no way to sell you on TNA. What you said is the truth. They have the talent but have no idea how to use it.

Ive tried to get into, and hell have quite a few TNA dvds, but they keep disapointing. I mean Kurt Angle is my second favorite of all time and not even his classics with Joe and AJ are enough to make me a TNA fan.

(Then there are other guys in WWE that I think are better wrestlers than a lot of the guys on TNA like Edge, Jericho, HBK). I think WWE just uses their talent better, plain and simple. I too have tried a few times to like TNA. While they have some decent matches on PPV, I just can't get into their product as a whole.

I've tried to really be asupport for them but i'd say in th last 6 months I've really woke up and kinda see where alot of the naysayers are coming from. Lack of talent push, gimmick matches, stupid skit after stupid skit, it's just like they dont learn from anything...5 years in existence and they are doing the same thing WCW in their dying days did. 5 years in existence and still cant break an avearge 1.0 rating...5 years in existence and we still have yet to see TNA originals like MCMG, kaz, jay lethal, lance hoyt, etc sniff World title Gold. % years in existince we've seen Bentley, harris, gail kim get cut for people like Goldust, pac man jones, Rikishi. What's wrong with TNA is that they dont get it, they dont get what it takes to make an entertainin g program, but shat's worse is that they dont learn either. They think selling 3500 tix in an arena that holds 8500 is a success...that getting a 1.1 rating every other week is a success. that putting everything in a gimmcik match and making the titles mean nothing is a success. Well, sorry TNA it hasnt worked in the past 5 years and it aint gonna work in the next 5...if they arent bought out. They need to cut guys like 3d, nash, sting, kip, bG james, west, tenay, russo, mantell. Get booker t/joe, angle out of the world title picture and get guys like Hernandez, Kaz, MCMG in there...build your roster, not build off somones else...something TNA has yet to do in the past 5 years, and quite frankly, it's no longer excusable. I cant be all negative...I still enjoy some of the skits and the KO;s , and the wwe stars ie cage, Rhino. But the booking needs majorly fixed and they need to get some youth in that announce team and perhaps an overall youth movement in TNA |

I know what you mean, however, i've been a TNA fan since 2004, and ever since i've became hooked. Their roster is magnificient, they have great talent and people that can draw a good crowd. The only problem is their booking and their storylines. If they booked like they did back in 2004, TNA would be way better than it is now, but now with ex-WWE stars, it's the same dull match every week. With storylines, they just can't seem to find a decent idea. Don't get me wrong, the Styles/Angle and Angle/Joe storylines is/was great. But storylines like Booker/Joe and Shark Boy, they are terrible. TNA just needs to improved in those catagories.

Layton, you think the WWE is more believable? TNA is more like a cartoon? Are you kidding? The main event at Summerslam shoots those statements down. The Undertaker is the biggest cartoon character in wrestling next to Hornswoggle. I'm sick of WWE fans pissing on TNA. If you don't like it don't watch it. As a TNA fan I don't feel the need to convince you to watch.

deskjet: FREE THE MCMG's, You say that the MCMG's, Kaz, Jay Lethal, and Lance Hoyt have not sniffed a world title. First of all Lance Hoyt/Rock doesn't deserve to sniff a jock strap. That guy is awful. His wrestling skills are above average but everything else about him is trash. Secondly I consider the x-title a world title. Sabin, Kaz, and Lethal have all held the x-title. You also pointed out that TNA has let people like Bentley, Harris, and Gail Kim get cut for people like Goldust, Pacman Jones, and Rikishi. So did I miss something? Other than Gail Kim more than likely heading to WWE. Which of those wrestlers is actively wrestling for the WWE or TNA right now? I'm pretty sure the answer is none of them are. The only good thing about Bentley was Ms. Brooks being his valet, and the only good thing about Chris Harris was Cowboy James Storm being his partner. You know what Ms. Brooks and Cowboy James Storm have in common? They still work for TNA and are in high profile angles. I'm surprised you left out Monty Brown and Ron "k-kwik" Killings. You have no clue what you are talking about.
In fact not many of you have a clue what you are talking about. Go back to watching your WWE programming. You don't need to concern yourself with TNA.
