warmachine, you're the worst debater ever, your argument sare so one side and unfounded its not evern funny/
Talki about ignorance...CM punk, shelley, sabin are known Because of ROH, not TNA..what exactly have any of these guys done of significance since being in TNA? Outside of Sabin being x champ at a time when TNA was starting out.
There's nothing young or evolutionary about TNA's roster when it's a company with half it;s main eventers past its prime and getting older(Foley)
And to piggy back off of what ICW siad, Abyss is the only mainstream champ and he held the belt for like a week? And he also looks eerily familiar to Kane cough, mankind cough.
the problem with people like u warmachine is that you dont want to admit whats wrong with TNA becasue you know we're right, and that's pretty sad you're that narrowminded...pfft and u said your not 13
Worst debater ever? Hmmm...ok.
I'll admit to being wrong when i'm wrong. Using established or older stars to give credibility to your roster isn't wrong. It is smart business. My argument isn't one sided or narrow minded either. In fact it is the other way around.
Let me pose a hypothetical situation to you deskjet.
You have recently started a wrestling company. You have a roster of young and unproven stars. You like these guys and consider them the lifeblood of your company. Unfortunately the average wrestling fan has no clue who they are. One day you have the chance to sign a well established star from another organization. You see the potential in this star lending credibility to your roster. Thus making your young stars more credible in the eyes of the average wrestling fan.
So you have two choices.
A. Do you sign the established star to help build your company and legitimize your younger stars?
or
B. Do you turn away the established star and go on with business as usual?
If you answered A you are a smart business man. If you said B you are either lying, going out of business, or content with being a sideshow independant like ROH.
See deskjet this is a business. TNA is in business to make money. Which they are finally doing. They are getting stronger everyday.
That must really piss you off. For all the complaining and whining about bad booking, signing WWE rejects, and misusing the young stars TNA is getting stronger.
Now on to the ex-stars of ROH.
If you think that anyone outside of internet fan boys, hardcore fans, and people inside the industry knew who Shelley, Sabin, Lethal, Daniels, Joe, or Punk were before TNA and WWE gave them t.v. time, you sir are an idiot.
I'll say it again.
Ring of Honor is the minor leagues. They are never going to be more than a talent pool for TNA and WWE to pick apart as they see fit. I seem to recall a company called ECW that had the same problem. ROH is always going to have its fan boys and well wishers telling the world how great they are. However John Q. Public does not give a damn. If you can't turn on the t.v. and see it on a weekly basis, you have no chance to succeed.
I'm not a bad debater. You just don't like what i'm saying.
I've been a wrestling fan for 27 of my 32 years walking this earth. I've seen many companies come and go. I am a hardcore fan. I root for TNA through thick and thin because guys like Jeff Jarrett have taken more personal finacial risks in six years than you or I will take in a lifetime to give us an alternative to WWE. Just because you don't like it, doesn't make you right.
Your turn slick.
P.S. know it all. Chris Sabin is a four time X-Division Champion. He held the belt as late as 2007. Do you even watch what you are commenting on?
