I'm not too excited about it from the pics I've seen. I feel like the Jakks coat will be huge on him since it's already pretty big. However, I am excited about the basic surfer Sting coming up!

That shelf is just a small size of my collection, I got 3 boxes filled with figures in storage that I need to find room for. I really need to get them on display. Can't wait to see it when you do. I'm up to four IKEA Detolf cases for just Mattel, and I'm hoping to keep it that size. My LJN's and Hasbro's are in plastic containers.

Well said. I was trying to find him your signature pic, it felt like Where's Waldo. Then I realized he wasn't there.

Can someone identify when she wore this getup? Just curious It's from NXT Takeover "Unstoppable" in 2015 against Sasha for the NXT Women's title. It's actually the debut of her steampunk type attire. She came out wearing a trench coat and goggles. I'm sorry, but that headscan is atrocious. Why does she have the facial expression of a trashy chick taking a selfie? And why are her legs brown? Her legs are supposed to be darker from the nylons she's wearing. Here are comparison pics from NXT Takeover Unstoppable.

As far as figures that have been made, I agree. However, his most iconic look, at least IMO, is the figure that has yet to be made- Star trunks WITH ROBE!!! Why hasn't this figure been made and will we ever see it, I am starting to have my doubts unfortunately. This should be the next Macho figure to come down the pipe but instead we have a rumoured Ultimate Maniacs Macho?!? Agreed. I put a Jakks Michael Hayes robe on my All-stars Savage just to give him that old-school feel. But man I would sure love a WM3 DM of Savage in his robe. Then give us a WM3 Steamboat Flashback or HOF figure to go with it.

I'd love a Nikita figure. Would look great with the Legends Road Warriors.

I'm at that stage now. Four Detolf cases almost full and I don't want to go bigger than that. If I sell some off and go smaller, I'd make room for some other collectables not related to wrestling. It's a hard decision because I love wrestling, but as the collection grows, I have to be more specific about what I really want to have and what I can live without.

Awesome figure and your daughter sounds like a little warrior. You're raising her right!

All my Steamboat, Savage, and Jake figures. Some of the greatest feuds from the 80's that made me love wrestling. Also, Both Kerry Von Erich figures and Kevin Von Erich. Never thought I'd see this in figure form and I loved WCCW growing up. Lastly, are my custom Abdullah and Don Muraco figures. I'm shocked we haven't gotten a Muraco since he was a staple of the 80's (but we also have yet to get a Beefcake and Valentine). I highly doubt we'll ever see a Mattel Abdullah, but he legitimately scared me when I was younger, so I love having him in my collection. Slightly off topic but my favorite accessory was the time I found a real snake in my basement and used it for Damien.

I justify pulling the trigger and buying figures I want purely based on what makes me happy and what I want to add to my collection. I think it's great that people will spend $50-$1500 for a figure they want. That's the fun of collecting. If you have the money to put toward your hobby, then the price of the figure doesn't matter as long as you feel you got something that was important to you. I've paid $50+ for loose figures I've wanted.
As for buying the incomplete HBK, you could buy it, and then hope to find a loose hat and jacket later on eBay or the classifieds to make him complete. You might spend an extra $12-$15 on the loose coat and maybe $10 on the hat. I prefer to have all the accessories when buying a loose a figure, but I'd be open to buying incomplete if I felt I could get the missing accessories elsewhere.
Also, keep in mind that just because a figure is listed for a price on eBay, doesn't mean it's worth that much. Look at the completed SOLD listings on a figure you want to get an idea of what you could potentially get the complete figure for.
A loose but complete DM HBK Sold for $47.99 on 1/18, $50 on 1/19, and $36.99 on 2/13. So it's possible to get a loose but complete one for around $40-$50. As for the E31 Vader, complete loose ones have sold for between $20.50-$26.00 in the past three months. Complete but loose Rikishi's have gone for $38-$50.

I like the idea of it being the Freebirds. Great way to get four guys that we won't probably ever get as single elite releases.

I actually like the elite ab crunch. But I understand your point. The basic Tensai looked much more like him than his elite figure and I believe it was partly because of his ab crunch limiting what chest they could use. Plus his head sculpt and trunks looked horrible on the Elite, making his basic look amazing in comparison.

That Rollins is great. Especially with the chase belt. I also had planned to buy that Rollins to do the head swap with the TRU Rollins, but now I'll be looking for the belt with him. Finally did mine today Awesome!

I think just painting the eyebrows on Sid to be more horizontal makes a huge difference in his expression. Nice figures!
