Just got my Nasty Boys delivered today and I was happy to see that their plastic coats are made with a much softer material than used on other plastic trench coats we've gotten.
For those that don't have the Nasty Boys, their coats are much more flexible making them very easy to remove and put back on. It's the same material used on the E36 Dean Ambrose vest.
I know some folks prefer real cloth to be used, but if Mattel can't always give us that, this is a very good option. If the new DM Sting using this same plastic, it'll be a breeze to remove the coat when you want.
Kudos to Mattel for this change.

Legends line packaging will never be topped I agree. I loved this line and the packaging was great. Some nice original artwork on all of them.

Anyone else feel like some figures in your collection were bought simply to be an accessory to other ones?
I was looking at my RSC CM Punk and standing over his shoulder is my E9 Luke Gallows. Luke is not a figure I would have bought apart from Punk, but because he goes with the SES, I have him. So, for my collection, Luke is an accessory to go with Punk, and one I'm glad they made. I feel the same about having Hornswoggle to go with Finley, or El Torito to go with Los Matadors.
NWO Giant is another figure that I bought as an accessory to go with the rest of the NWO. I'd be fine not having him in my collection, but he's a great accessory to have in order to make the NWO feel complete.
I know that managers are viewed like this, but I'm realizing apart from them, I've bought some figures to simply go along with someone more prominent.
What are some of your accessory figures?

More than anything, you have them because they make you happy. Since you're only 19 years old, you may look back on those figures when you're older and be happy that you kept them around because they remind you of that time in your life. If you ever want to sell them, there will always be collectors willing to buy.

Those look great. Are the chains on their boots molded to the foot or loose?

Any Sherri figure. I'm sure it's just a matter of time, but I'd love to see a Mattel Sherri. In the meantime, her Jakks figures will sit next to Macho King and HBK in my collection.

I was originally from Chicago but moved to SoCal last year. I don't miss the winters. Interestingly enough, my favorite city to visit is Toronto and I've made great memories at FanExpo Canada.

I got the Edge with a chase belt and thats good enough for me. But if i see another figure i want that has one, then I'll take it. There's a Fandango at Walmart that comes with one. Since i kind of want that Fandango since its so different from his previous releases, I'll probably try to get that one. But I'm not out to search for just any figure that includes it. As for the belt itself, there is something about it i kinda dig. If you have your own fig fed, you could have a superstar win it and update the strap like Warrior did back in the day. Or if you're a display person, it could make for a good centerpiece on your favorite figure. Its not the greatest belt design ever ,but it suffices and i like the concept. I still display the two original chase belts i got from back during the Mattel launch. The die cast medallion and quasi leather strap were pretty nice. Its too bad they couldn't go a similar route with the new ones, but again, they're cool for what they are. I love the idea of people using it as a unique title for their fig fed. I'm a display collector now, but when I was younger I would have loved having another belt to use like this. I also like the idea of painting the strap to whatever color you want. I found this belt once with the Iron Sheik but passed. That being said, if I find it with a figure that I normally wouldn't have gotten, but don't mind having, I'd pick it up.

Would have helped if I looked at the link.

It's gotta be Magnum TA. Do a Google Image search for "Magnum" and the same gun posted is the second image that pops up.

Over 500. Various lines though. Many sold through the years and broke. Thousands. Makes me happy though I have over 250. Not sure how much I've spent but what you said is dead on, "Makes me happy though". That's what collecting is all about.

Amazing how one picture can get me so excited! If it's Magnum TA, bravo to Mattel. I'm still amazed they gave us a Windham, even if he's shelf warming with the rest of the Horsemen, they found a way to give us a Barry Windham.
