I'd love an all black Steamboat. With a black Gi top would be great. GI Top? Yea though, an 85 Dragon would be epic, we would need a new foot mold though! Gi top = Karate jacket. Like the red one that came with his legends figure. A new foot mold for sure. I've thought about making a custom of this to have in my collection.

Welcome! Always nice to see new collectors.
As far as advice goes, if you see a figure you want, don't pass it up. Lots of stories of folks who saw a figure they thought about getting but decided against it, only to never see again in person. Comes back to haunt you in cases like E16 Nash.
Also, once you get 50 posts, the Classified section will unlock for you on these boards which will allow you to make connections with some good sellers/traders to help complete your collection. Just do your homework and make sure they have a good number of REFS to put your mind at ease.
Lastly, check out the Figure Findings thread. Great place to see what other people are finding in your local area.

I don't have one collection photo taken, but there are three threads on the 1st page comparing LJN, Habro, and early Jakks. You can see some of my collection there. I know about those, which is why I'm very interested in seeing your entire collection on display. It probably looks awesome. Ahhhh. I'll take some pics sometime and post them. Interestingly enough, in regards to this thread, there are times when I feel like I'm done collecting as well. I'm a loose display collector and I found that sometimes I forget how amazing these figures are. It's not until I pull them out of the case and take time to look at them again, that I'm reminded about why I love collecting. Sometimes it's nice to have a break, but it's always nice to go back and revisit great memories through these figures.

Unless it's been changed, I believe you need to have at least 50 posts first before the Classified section becomes unlocked and visible on the homepage. Hey man, where can I see your collection pics? I don't have one collection photo taken, but there are three threads on the 1st page comparing LJN, Habro, and early Jakks. You can see some of my collection there.

Can someone please tell me where to find the classifieds section that is being spoken of? Thanks. Unless it's been changed, I believe you need to have at least 50 posts first before the Classified section becomes unlocked and visible on the homepage.

Nice man, even though you've got one with x PAC you should post a pic of 123 kid with 123 kid. Totally didn't even think about that. Thanks for the catch! Updated.

The Faarooq figure from the NOD 2-pack - that's supposed to be his belt, right, not his scarf? I don't remember him ever wearing a scarf, but he did wear a belt with that outfit. Like in this pic: You're right. I display it that way as if he just got done beating someone with it and put it around his neck.

Awesome. I'd like to see more of these! Thanks. Check out my older one comparing LJN and my other thread comparing Hasbro. Links are at the top of the original post.

Nope. Just an orange Warrior logo over his left cheek. Was the "W" on some figures? That's what I meant to say - a Warrior logo. Sorry for any confusion. The reason why I asked is because there is a white logo variant/error out there, but I've only been able to track down five examples of it (credit to 3Lephant (Naptown Icon) for spotting it first). Here's the link to my post from last year: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/post/7342174/threadWow. I never knew. Mine is just the orange one.

Mind blown. All these years and I never realized my Razor had a Hitman left arm! Were they all like that or just the one I got? No, they weren't all like that, but it is a fairly common error. Quality control was horrendous for Superstars Series 1, but the mishaps are fun to look back on now. Strange question, but does your Jakks Ultimate Warrior have an all-white "W" logo on the back of his trunks? Nope. Just an orange Warrior logo over his left cheek. Was the "W" on some figures?

Slight correction: Undertaker and Goldust both came with accessories in Superstars Series 1 ('Taker's hat, Goldust's wig). It's also worth mentioning that your Razor Ramon has a Bret Hart left arm. Here's the link to ellisd's post from last year where he did something similar: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/post/6992551/threadYou did an excellent job comparing the two styles of figures. When I got my Elite Nation of Domination 2-Pack in the mail a few weeks back, I had to catch myself a few times because I thought the Faarooq on my desk was the BCA figure lol. Mind blown. All these years and I never realized my Razor had a Hitman left arm! Were they all like that or just the one I got?

I'm not an idiot to think they'll get everyone in the LJN line made. But we should get Valentine, Beefcake, Race, Koko, Neidhart, & Dynamite. I would love all of those. From one of the rumored releases in another thread, we could be getting Koko.

Didn't this figure come before the Jakks one to qualify as the first Diesel figure? I stand corrected! Bend-Ems came out in 1994 and I believe Jakks started in 1996. Good catch!

This is awesome! I'm gpad I'm not the only one who likes to compare old to new. In some ways I am more fond of Bone Crunchers and TTL figures than I am of Ruthless and Classic Superstars. I love comparing them because each different line of figures represents a different time in my life. I'm not just taken back to what was going on in wrestling during that era, but it even reminds me of life milestones like when I got married, had kids, changed jobs, etc . . . It's fun to look back and remember how excited I got to find some of these figures in the store. Especially the LJN line where you had to see an ad in a magazine to know what new figures where coming out.
