I would love a Jake that had the green tights and purple snakes. Like the old LJN figure of him and what he wore in his early WWF career. Or even the reverse, purple tights, green snakes.   |

yeah, I've learned that if you see a figure you kind of want, but it comes with a great VAC title, just buy the figure. As others have mentioned, you can always sell the figure. I'm hoping Mattel plans on making a Paige with a VAC Divas title.

Someone showed me this video and all I kept thinking was how that guy looks a lot like the RSC Exclusive ECW Cm Punk.

I have to go with E15 Evan Bourne. I wasn't a big fan if his, but I love tag team wrestling, so I knew I wanted to get Air Boom when Kofi came out. The minute I took Evan out of the package I realized what a great figure it was. Great colors, lots of details, good head sculpt and a belt. Perfect figure.

Looks like the skin tone is painted on and maybe the base is the brown used for the hair and beard?

I'm glad that at least we get "Flashbacks" with Mattel. It gives me hope for some great figures to be produced. And, with Flair coming back as a Defining Moment, maybe there's hope that we could get a Legends resurrection. Or at least more Flashbacks.

I love Barrett's theme. It took so many tries to get him the right music but it fits him great.
I like Adam Rose's theme a lot, however, I wish they would have kept the one he debuted on NXT with, "World Goes Wild". I prefer the "WOOOO!" over the "HEY!".
I love how when he came out on NXT the crowd chanted "THAT WAS AWESOME!"

I'm mostly elite collector with only two basics in my collection (Yoshi w/facepaint and Zeb). I'm also not a MOC collector so I don't mind buying loose figures as along as they're in great shape.
Most I've spent was just under $45 for an elite loose. I prefer to stay around $25 for loose elites, but one thing that will push me to go higher is if they come with a VAC title that's hard to come by (Attitude Era IC belt, Tag Belts that came with Big Show)

Just got back and found Elite 28 at Target in Oswego. They had the whole set and was able to pick up Bray. I sort of hid the other Bray if anyone needs him, its right under one of the Slam City sets on the very bottom shelf. Glad you found him. Like everyone else, I get excited when I finally find a figure I'm hunting for. But I've realized I'm equally happy when other collectors are able to find what they're looking for as well. |

Man do I miss the tag team scene back in the 80's and early 90's. Bulldogs, Hart Foundation, Killer Bees, Demoliton, Strike Force, Sheik and Volkoff, Young Stallions, Orient Express, Brain Busters, LOD, Stieners, Quebecers, Money INC, there was such a deeper roster of teams. Now, it's simply viewed as a time filler, or a gimmick main event match when two main event guys are thrown together into a tag match.
I think when they debuted the Unified Tag Team Championship and the belts were bronze, it signaled to the fans what WWE thinks of it's tag division. It's 3rd tier at best. Not good enough for gold belts anymore.
If the writers would focus on individual wrestlers caught in mid-card hell, they might actually come up with some great teams. And please, no more having the word "Team" in a tag name (Team Hell No, Team Rhodes Scholars). We know they're a team, you don't have to spell it out for us.

If clothing counts than I have to go with everything in the DM line. Especially the Steamboat DM figure. It captures that Dragon gear for Steamboat perfectly.

Google Andre the giant prototype. The first one they had for the legends ring they were gonna produce years ago had a better paint app, they painted his pupils smaller and it looked better IMO.... This one?  Would have been cool to get removable long tights w/strap and a mask so we could make Giant Machine.  |
