If the E29 Andre afro is removable (which it looks like it is), I think Mattel had a great idea with it. However, the proto pic looks horrible. When I looked at it closer, I noticed the front part of the fro looks like it's flat (the red arrows).  Which made me wonder if the afro was possibly put on wrong for the proto pic? Maybe the flat part is supposed to be facing down and on the back of his head. Meaning perhaps the fro might look more like this if it was put on correctly:  Again, it's just a thought, but it may give us some hope in having a great afro Andre. |

Just saw this. That Andre is really making me reconsider getting him. Also no mention of anything being removable or interchangeable. On the other hand, Goldust looks great, as does Luke Harper. Nice MITB accessories with Sandow, too. The fro on Andre looks removable. Although I can't imagine anyone leaving it on, it literally looks like poop on his head. I'm curious if his trunks are black, blue, or yellow underneath the singlet. |

Just got back from the Target in Warrenville, they had all E28. I grabbed the only Crush and one Bray. There's one Bray left. and at least one of everyone else. As of 5:15pm. That's a little out of the way since I'm in the Oswego/Aurora area and I dont know if I would even have a chance to get out there until Thursday. I'll keep my eyes open for a Bray for you. I know the Yorkville Target said they were expecting a toy shipment tomorrow, so maybe they'll have E28. North Aurora is due for a shipment as well so hopefully this week you can score one. |

Well my area blows.No elite 28 and Toys R Us stocked Elite 24 and no JR series. But I did pick up a Rock at the Meijer off of 59 for trade if anyone wants it. Looking for Wyatt only in Elite 28 And has anyone been picking up the blind bag Lego Simpsons, I Got 2 today and I'm impressed. Just got back from the Target in Warrenville, they had all E28. Appreciate the feedback. Wish there was a perfect taller figure to use, thinking of maybe trying Barrett or JBL? Maybe that would be the sweet spot. Unfortunately I don't have Akeem boots right now, but it does look much better from the pics. Barrett or JBL might work. Ive personally never tried either. Also, hope you didnt take the Rhodes boot comment as a knock. We gotta use what we gotta use. I got Dusty boots on my Dustin custom. Just not a big fan of them. Didn't take it as a knock at all. I want a good Windham figure which is why I asked. I got a 2nd Dusty for only $10 at a toy show recently, so I figured I'd use what I got. If I find a cheap Akeem, those boots are changing! |

I didn't say they won't fit I said they don't work. Look at how much over hang there is it just don't look good/right Looks a billion times better then what the Rhodes boots would look like. Besides, if/when Mattel makes the figure. Thats the exact boots they're gonna use. They're the same boots that were on the Magnum proto as well. Appreciate the feedback. Wish there was a perfect taller figure to use, thinking of maybe trying Barrett or JBL? Maybe that would be the sweet spot. What's the best body to use for a custom Barry Windham? I used an E15 Cody but obviously that height puts him about as tall as the rest of the horsemen, and I'd like him taller. Is a Hillbilly body too tall?   |

Let me start by saying, I love Mattel figures. Between the figures being more in scale with one another, having great details, and having great accessories, they're probably my favorite wrestling line to date. That being said, many of us have experienced first hand or have seen at the stores, figures with some crazy factory errors. This is by no means an intent to bash the quality of Mattel figures, as I'm a huge fan of what they've done. But in the spirit of having a good laugh, what are some of the weirdest errors you've seen? Mine was a Diesel I picked up a while back with what can only be described as a "butt crotch".     |

I love the Mattel VAC titles. To me, belts are the greatest accessory that can come with a figure, since everything in wrestling ultimately revolves around obtaining a title.
I'm happy to say I have all the belts except for the yellow world title that came with the Legends Warrior and the VAC Divas title. Like most, I don't care to have a KK figure, but I'm kicking myself now for not buying it for $15 when it was first in stores. I'm even fortunate enough to have a pair of each of the tag belts that came with Big Show, and I've even gone so far as to get the NWA World title and the NWA Tag belts. I might even pick up the RSC Rock just to have the purple IC belt.

Just got back from hunting around the Fox Valley area. Target, Meijer, and Walmart in Oswego - Nothing special. TONS of E25 everywhere. No Bruno Target and Walmart in Plainfield - Nada. Just TONS of E25, again no Bruno. Walmart in Naperville (just off of 59 on 75th) - Same as the others. Target in Naperville/Aurora (Rt 59) - Same as the others. Meijer in Aurora (Rt 59) - COMPLETE set of E22. Yeah, E22. Weird. Toys R Us Fox Valley Mall - Same ol' same ol'. Did you see any macho man superstar entrances??? No I didn't. I did see one Cody at the Walmart in Naperville and a few Punks. |
