Thanks for posting this. I have a monthly budget for buying figures so I thought I had about a month before these were in stores. I almost picked up some older figures online, but now I'll get to hunting and grab these instead.

Pre-ordered and happily so! Exciting to think that Defining Moments could return if this does well.

I love the figure. Just for the fact that it's a modern day Steamboat and he still remains my all time favorite. The head sculpt would actually make a decent custom for when he cut his hair during his feud with Jake.

Loved seeing how the WWE made this awesome experience for this precious little boy. Incredibly cool that HHH sold like a boss for him too. Daniel Bryan making it a point to share his WM moment with Connor was outstanding. I cried and rightfully so.

I guess I'm in the minority on this one. I'm stoked it's coming out and happy to add him in with my Ax and Smash. I agree it's not a great head sculpt, but It's a not a make or break for me. As for him warming the shelves, I think even if kids don't know who he is, they'll see a dude in face paint, spikes, and a hockey mask and assume he's a badass and want to get him.

Thing is, with Jakks all you did was pay for the face. The torso & scale were so out of whack that Evan Bourne was taller than Kane. Jakks may have added white speck to the eyes but they also left out 60% of the attire detail. And I'm sorry but I can live without the white eye dot if it means full detail on the rest of the figure. Agreed, I'd much rather be missing the eye highlights and lips being painted in order to have wrestlers who are in scale with one another (no Paul Bearer the size of Taker and Kane) and have proportionate body sizes. Thankfully though, if we don't like a Mattel head, a Jakks version is just a swap away.

Unfortunately the pen ink is most likely in the plastic now. Not just on top which is why an eraser won't work at this point. You might want to try "Krud Kutter Graffiti Remover". I don't know if it can handle it if the ink is sunk in, but it works well on customs to get tattoos off and designs on the trunks. But like anything that removes paint, you run the risk of blemishing the figure.

warrior in that pristine condition would bring in top dollar right now if you intend to sell. I've thought about it, but I'm torn on parting with a piece of my childhood. Any idea of a price range that it would sell for? Any idea about the Hogan too?

Which is more rare? The white shirt version or the red shirt version? Dug through my old collection today and found this: I remember always wanting the white shirt version when I was younger, but I never knew which one was more rare. Also found this gem: Thought it was interesting that this was printed on his foot rather than being a part of the mold:

I started collecting the LJN figures when I was a kid. I remember when the first series came out. I used to hang all the "Tonight at the Coliseum!" posters on my wall. I was so excited when I found my first Ricky Steamboat and Randy Savage figures. When Hasbro came out, they took a while for me to get used to, but they were such a blast to collect and play with. I totally skipped Jakks. Not so much because I didn't like them, but I think more so because I didn't have any money at the time. Now I'm collecting Mattel and I have to say, I really love them. I think the accessories are great, and the attention to detail is wonderful. However, I do miss that feeling of being a kid, not being able to search the internet for news or pics on upcoming figures, and just having to rely on the good old hunt and magazine ad to show you what's coming out.

Anyone going to C2E2? This will be my first time next week and was wondering if they have wwe figures? I'm not going this year, but I have gone in years past. There should be some WWE figs there but they'll be at convention prices. If you have the ability to go on day one, that's the best day to find figures. All depends on the vender and what they've decided to bring. If you see a vender from the Chicago area and they have some figures (but none you want), ask if they'll be bringing anymore. Local venders usually replenish their stock over the weekend.

Has anybody seen the new Wal-Mart exclusive T shirt series CM Punk and Macho Man? I been looking for them for tha past month and havent found any of them except John Cena -_- lol please help!! I don't know what you're close to, but the Walmart on Randall Rd. in Batavia/Geneva had them a few weeks back. I saw Punk there. They also had Punk at the Walmart in Oswego off of Rt 34 about a week ago.

Could of sworn I read somewhere... Bray - hat and shirt Harper - rocking chair Rowan - mask and lantern Obviously that could be completely wrong, but like I said, it was somewhere on the Internets! Well if it's true, everyone wins.

Is this only going to be available in the Harper and Rowan BP28? Or will either the Elite Harper or Rowan come with it?
