TRU in Aurora (Fox Valley Mall) is stocked up. All E25. All BAF Paul Heyman (including DBry), Taker and Sandow Stackdown, and some other stuff. Good chance to take advantage of the BOGO 50% off sale. This was as of 10:50am today. If looking for the E25 it's a bit to the left if the main figures. Thanks for posting this really want Rollins and Ambrose but it takes a half an hour to get there without any traffic. Maybe I'll be able to get over there tomorrow or Wednesday. Let me know if you're unable to get them in time. Meanwhile I'll keep on the lookout for them.

Just found E25 at Target in North Aurora (off 88). One Dean, Sheamus, Brodus, and Cara left. No Seth. I bought a Bruno and Dean.

That's awesome! Very happy for you! I love having Demolition in my collection. Two great figures, and if the rumors are true, Crush should be here next year.

According to the Mattel board, looks like e25 has been found in stores. Haven't found any in our area so far but if anyone finds Dean, Seth, and Bruno let me know!

They should have made him the head of the "Federation" who has come back to destroy the WWE for getting the "F" out of WWF.

I don't see them. Only Brodus, Sheamus, and Sin Cara come up. And they're $27.99 and $28.99 each. Why so expensive?

Awesome man. I would include a Jakks CS Hitman in there as well, as it's sort of the "basic version" of the Jakks line where the DA is the "elite version." Great idea. Edited above.

I've been a collector ever since LJN and Remco started making the WWF and AWA lines back in the 80's. I love collecting wrestling figures and thought it would be cool to see a brief visual history of a WWE wrestler who has been produced by every major toy manufacturer who has held the WWE license over the years. Now, by no means is this meant to show EVERY single Hitman figure ever made. Instead, it's a quick snapshot of how the figures have evolved down to what we have with Mattel today. I take no credit for any of the images as they were all found around the web. The evolution of the figures captures his first LJN figure, moving onto to the Hasbro years, then his first Jakks figure (boy did they improve from there), Jakks Classic Superstars, to his Jakks Deluxe Aggression figure, onto his basic Mattel, and finally his two Elite Mattels. In my opinion, it shows Mattel has done an amazing job bringing us great figures (in scale) with great accessories. Curious how many WWE Wrestlers have been made in each line since LJN? Hitman, Warrior, Hacksaw, and Demolition Ax. Any others?

Okay so I am playing Universe mode and have tag champs for each show (not much competition yet). So my champions on RAW are Team Hell NO and the Shield are the champions on Smackdown. I just had the Real Americans become the #1 contenders on RAW to get a cutscene of Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns attacking them with the Smackdown Tag belts and you know what, I ain't even mad. This made me laugh so hard! I'm home sick from work and I've been playing Universe mode all morning. I can totally relate to a bogus cutscene that makes no sense at all, but you're attitude about it completely made my day.

In Universe mode, is there a way to choose what attire is used? Also, is there a way to have managers come out with wrestlers?

Two great stories of people going out of their way to do something nice for someone else. Thanks for sharing. Great way to start November!

I don't think it's horrible. But the basic does capture him better. Here's the comparison. I have the elite and I'm happy with it.

Count me in. When I first saw the scan, I hated it. I'm a big Savage fan, but at first I thought the scan was just "off". Couldn't put my finger on why. A friend got me the figure as a gift (I was going to pass on it), and I'm so glad he did. It's really grown on me and it's a great figure. Now I don't feel there's anything "off" about it. It's just a different Savage face and it works.

Wal Mart in Montgomery had 3 cases of elite 24 and they are right across from the toy section. I got Trish and Wade, and price matched them with K-Mart.com and got them for eight dollars each! Thanks for posting this. Still had a ton there this afternoon. I wanted a Wade, Rey, and Trish, but ended up passing on them when I remembered how many more great figures are coming out in the coming months. My wallet needs a break!

Favorite wrestler of all time is Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. So many great memories of him feuding with Jake "The Snake" Roberts, the Macho Man, and Flair.
I think Mattel has done a good job on all three of Steamboats figures. Especially the DM one. His basic with Jericho isn't the best, and I don't own it. However I think I'd like to pick it up simply to have all the Steamboat figures.
Had the privilege of meeting him at Wrestlemania this year and having him sign a poster that use to hang in my room as a teenager. Great guy.

Last July I had posted about the upcoming Elite 25 Brodus still having a tattoo error. The original thread is here: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/283506/elite-brodus-tattoo-error-correctedWithin a day the MDT had responded with: Good catch. We are going to work to fix it in time. Keeping their word it looks like they've fixed the chest tattoo error in time for release: This shows the power of this forum. Thanks Mattel for listening and taking action. It may seem like a small thing to some, but to me it really shows how much the MDT cares about the quality of their work.

A legends contract works like a licensing agreement. So if you have a legends contract, and someone wants to do something with you, they approach the WWE and make an offer to license your likeness and use it for whatever they want (toy, video game, keychain, etc . . .). WWE then negotiates terms based on each individual legends contract. If the terms work for both parties then they can make a product.
In the case of Hitman and Warrior, Mattel would go straight to them and negotiate terms. In the case of anyone with a Legends contract, they go straight to WWE to negotiate terms.
The benefit of a legends contract is that the WWE can and will solicit the wrestler's likeness to make the WWE more money and the wrestler as well. But the wrestler doesn't have to worry about doing any of the negotiations or legwork on their own since that's all done on their behalf.
