The WWE Championship is/should be considered the most important title in wrestling. There's a handful of guys that I look at who held that title and ask...."why?"...JBL is on that list. His character was solid but he really shouldnt have been WWE Champ IMO (Vince, JBL, Jeff Hardy, Sheamus & Jinder) The championship used to mean something. Now every single guy gets a run with it. Honestly, think about how many guys on the roster have had it now. From 1985-1992 we had (off the top of my head): Bob Backlund Iron Sheik Hulk Hogan Andre Randy Savage Ultimate Warrior Sgt Slaughter Undertaker Ric Flair Bret Hart Currently on the roster the following guys have been champion: Brock Lesnar Undertaker Triple H Seth Rollins Roman Reigns John Cena Randy Orton Sheamus Big Show Kane Jinder Mahal Kofi Kingston Daniel Bryan Bray Wyatt Jeff Hardy The Miz AJ Styles Kevin Owens There's probably a bunch more I have forgotten because the titles change hands every few months. I don't even know if the ugly red belt or ugly black belt is the belt with the WWF lineage or WCW lineage. Sorry, I thought the thread was off topic to begin with, JBL's era is not classic wrestling. I'm really excited to see who the sixth person is. It's probably not anyone who was shown at Axxess since those figures clearly weren't ready yet. I have to wonder if this is where we get Hogan. I’ve said this 100 times. I’ll make it 101, collectors here complain about a $26.99 figure. Thats stage would be over $200. MattyCollector failed because wrestling figure collectors are cheap. However, a subscription kit may work with monthly payments of like $50. wrestling figure collector's are REALLY cheap. I've seen countless times ppl say stuff like "im paying $20 a pop for these things and they're not perfect "yeah good luck crowd funding anything It's because it's a low brow interest and the fan base is predominantly working class. I say this as a wrestling fan |
