I want any obvious gaps in my collection filled. Never liked double j as a kid but have come to appreciate him more as an adult. Some people only buy who they liked, I collect the whole era I liked. Isaac yankem and the shock master were terrible, but I loved getting them figures. That's the big thing for me. He is one of the few World Champions that haven't had a figure made of him yet, not to mention he is a 6 time Intercontinental Champion, European Champions, United States Champion and a Tag Champion. Eventually I want a figure made (Jakks or Mattel style) of every Champion. Also, If you look at the list of the top 25 WWE Wrestlers in terms of PPV Appearances and not having a figure, he is right near the top: 1. Owen Hart 2. Jeff Jarrett 3. Henry Godwinn 4. Phineas Godwinn/Mideon 5. Savio Vega 6. Terri Runnels 7. Jim Cornette 8. Sable 9. Bart Gunn 10. Marc Mero 11. Chaz/Mosh 12. Hercules 13. Jacqueline 14. Thrasher 15. Ahmed Johnson 16. Bull Buchanon 17. Dino Bravo 18. Tom Prichard 19. Jacques Rougeau 20. Slick 21. Ron Harris/8-Ball 22. Gangrel 23. Flash Funk/Scorpio 24. Chris Candido/Skip 25. Clarence Mason So really (Since Owen Hart isn't a realistic option) Jeff Jarret has the most WWE PPV appearances of every person to not have a figure made yet. So it makes sense that so many people would want a figure of him. Not to mention his WCW and TNA run as well. He's a pretty big name Very well put |

I might be one of the few wrestling fans on earth who has zero interest in a Jarrett figure. But good for the people who want it. Oh hai me too. I don’t see what the big deal is. Honestly I’ve never noticed much fan interest in the guy until he went in the HOF and everyone on here decided they want a figure of him. I want any obvious gaps in my collection filled. They’re probably the biggest influencers in the wrestling figure collecting community. Why wouldn’t a toy company send them free stuff to promote their product? And it’s not like they’re the only people on YouTube or Twitter with a bunch of followers that gets high demand toys early and for free. Anyone that puts in the work and builds a following should be able to reap the rewards of their efforts. To each their own. They also have ZERO influence on me. No one in the collecting community for that matter. I buy what I like. They’ve got plenty of influence to be fair. I’ve no issues with them getting the figures either, it’s a business decision for Mattel. That said when they start saying “guys were just like all of you” or Ryder starts doing the patronizing voice for anyone who dares disagree they become something I doubt I can type on here. |

These are amazing. Adding the logo to the corner like you'd see on tv is clever and something I wonder why more people don't do. These pics also made me realize that: We really need an Al Snow elite We need a "mans man" William Regal I really want a Ken Shamrock elite in blue. 100%. I’ve bought Bret, Warrior, Hogan, HBK (waited and got him cheaper as I was on the fence), Rock, Macho and Flair so far.
If they are different to what I have and in my era I’ll get them. If they re do warrior from mania 6 I may skip and I’m skipping Austin as it’s too close to stuff I already have. Overall I’m happy so far with the line.

Dino bravo had me wanting to get in, but the overall picture of price, communication and shipping costs have made me decide not to get started.
I love the look of the figures and more makers the better, so that’s a positive especially for people in the states. I do think that limiting them to a set number and the combination of not shipping to the UK and being somewhat passive aggressive to people asking on Twitter may turn a few people off though. Time will tell.

My prediction is no first time in the line figures. Which sucks but at least they’ve given us some great looks and now new belts.
With that in mind if they won’t do new characters my wish list would be

They are planning a WM 6 Warrior? Why? We already had it. Twice for that matter. Hopefully that isn’t true. Seems ridiculous. Anyway, Undertaker would be a cool UE. AJ Styles if we are going more modern. Wasn't this one of the polls they did, like the recent Hogan and HBK ones, and it won. I may be wrong but I think the problem with these polls is loads of people who don’t collect vote in them. People see it as a “which is the best attire” and click vote. Skews the demand in my eyes. |
