I’ve had a few loose joints and paint issues over the years, but at a guess I’d say it’s less than 10 out of a few hundred

Roughly yeah. Have about 7 detolfs worth now, only exception is an nxt one that has an ecw shelf as well. Do you have your collection displayed online? I'd love to see how this looks in detolfs. I want to do the same thing but I was thinking I'd have to line them up on shelves to make it work. No but I’ll take some pics tonight.

Chronologically for me. It’s painful in some instances as I’ll have 4 92 macho mans for example. So I tend to have a 90-92 shelf followed by a 91-93. Basically rough order, but some tweaks to allow more of the big names to not dominate one shelf. Your whole collection is displayed chronologically? Neat! Roughly yeah. Have about 7 detolfs worth now, only exception is an nxt one that has an ecw shelf as well.

For the love of god can we skip the “I had a hulk Hogan figure in my hand and a bidding war broke out” story in this one? It’s not even remotely funny now.
As for the thread, I’ve not got too many as in Australia I have to order lost my stuff online. That said I’ve got mad regrets about being on holiday in the UK before I got back into collecting and not buying a million figures in Smyths.
Going way back after hasbro ended there was a rough few years here, as we never got bend ems. I recall spotting wcw toy biz as the first figures in years, but the set plus rind on lay-buy. Was paying them off with my pocket money and before I finished jakks bca hit, the wrestlemania 15 set. Cancelled the lay-buy got my money back and got from memory, Kane, mankind, Austin, undertaker (possibly the two packs) and rock. May have even been the rock owen Hart two pack there too. Was blown away as remember this is pre internet for me so I didn’t even know these existed.

Very little. I have Sid, suited Flair, heel Sarge and a few others I don’t want no figure for. The lack of standing ability is my main gripe. Widen the legs a tad and they’d be ok.

Between that and the US and tag a wcw belt pack would be awesome.

I use them. They are far better than a cardboard picture or random accessories, I hope Mattel don’t read this.

No way. The weasel suit Heenan is one of the worst/dumbest attires they could possibly make imo. I wanted the figure, but they didn’t execute it that well and overestimated it’s demand.

Testing my memory but let’s give it a whirl.
Scott Steiner Test Team angle Kurt angle with bald head, hair before and wig head. Vince McMahon RVD though I’d rather him in elite with a chase for 2 attires. Kevin Nash to join Hall and Xpac Big show from survivor series 2002 Hardcore Holly Benoit

I was at my buddy's toy shop and he had one Hulk Hogan Elite 34 mint in box marked for 70 bucks. As we were talking some guy asked if he could see so my buddy says sure and hands him the box, while that guy is looking at the figure another dude walks up and says I will give you 90 for it as the other guy was still checking the figure out LOL So the other guys says I will give you 95 lol and all of a sund a bidding war breaks out, long story short the dude that walked in bought the figure for 160 bucks! lol Any of you guys see anything crazy like this in regard to WWE Mattel figures and I'm not talking about the insane prices on ebay lol. 🪦🐎

Just my preference on these guys
Hulk Hogan - Either the UE Hollywood if you want that part of his career or the DM. If you’re open to it I also love the Hulk Rules Storm. That being said the upcoming Survivor Series Hogan would be cheaper and also comparable.
Roddy Piper - EG basic.
Andre the Giant - The one from the Heenan 4 pack.
Macho Man - WM7 DM followed by WM8 elite.
Ultimate Warrior - WM7 DM followed by WM6 elite, or UE upcoming.
Ted Dibiase - EG basic as it has suit and ring look.
Animal/Hawk - LoD elites. Always preferred their 90/91 WWF look.
Sgt. Slaughter - I’d take the upcoming heel look personally.
Undertaker - Hardest one yet as I’d want a great 98 Undertaker which we don’t have or upcoming. For now I’d settle on the ministry 99 look or original grey attire elite.

I’d buy both though I think Steve Blackman is a deeper cut than Ahmed. From the 98-2001 era he was in we still need Al Snow, Val Venis, Test, Albert, Hardcore Holly, Tazz, Headbangers, Mideon and Gangrel who were all around a similar level. More gaps than we think sometimes.
