You sure carry your anxiousness to awesomeness getting this gem As have I. For some reason, I couldn't physically grab any off a shelf to buy. Then I'd wake up in disappointment. Fortunately, years later, I found my three boyhood heroes in MOC Hasbro form (see sig below). I bit the bullet and ordered a KO Retro. It'll be here in a couple days. It's my first Kevin Owens figure. After passing up his ROH one, I figured I couldn't make the same mistake here. As far as future Retros, I'd love to have a Stunning Steve Austin (1993-ish Blond hair, multicolored biker tights). I almost copied/pasted the third line, but I figured I'd be original...lol. |

Forgive the subject line, I was going for the rhyme scheme. This is something I wanted as soon as I saw the prototype pic from whatever convention it was displayed at. As soon as I found it on Amazon, I bit. Also, because I knew it'd be coming, I passed up an opportunity to buy a Kevin Steen figure from an ROH gimmick table (I like to wait for my ideal figure of each wrestler I want, before I buy). Anyway, I'm very happy with this.  |

Well, the event was pretty underwhelming for me personally but I'm a fanboy so of course I've already pre-ordered. I've never really loved the big 3-D Zelda games. So, Breath of the Wild being the only game available at launch made the event sorta "meh" to me. That said, I'm really interested in this one just because I like big, open world experiences. So, even in saying it was underwhelming, it still gave me something to be excited about... I just wish more games were available at launch. Not even the Mario Kart 8 port is gonna be on launch day. I pre-ordered Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey on Amazon... Got the console on Best Buy. Now, we play the waiting game...The waiting game sucks. Let's play Hungry, Hungry, Hippos. |

simply put, if people buy them they'll make more of them. If they sit on shelves then they won't. I know there's a lot of mattel collectors who have no interest in the Hasbro line and don't understand the appeal of these ("Bah gahd look at the lack of articulation!") but there's plenty that do. Me personally, I loved the Hasbros. They were from my childhood and represented everything fun and colourful about that era. I love action figures, but these current regular figures from Mattel have never interested me. They all look the same to me. For years I've literally had the occasional dream where I walk into a shop and on the shelves are new versions of the old hasbros. I resigned myself to the "fact" that I'd never ever see that in real life. But yet, these new retro figures have come along 20 years later and I'm absolutely desperate to get my hands on them. So if there aren't any more series, just know, whoever is responsible for that, i will go full Liam Neeson on you. As have I. For some reason, I couldn't physically grab any off a shelf to buy. Here's my theory...
1) Balor comes out at #30 as a surprise. Eliminates Taker and ultimately wins.
2) Meanwhile, Roman wins the Universal title from KO.
3) They play up Roman saying he'd love to face Balor for the belt one day (from the Raw where Balor won #1 contendership) to set up face vs. face match at Mania.
4) Balor wins the title at Mania, after he turns heel by aligning himself with Gallows & Anderson (and Omega if they wanted to pull that trigger). That way, Roman can stay top face like they want.

Only possible due to the fact his WWF contract lapsed, and Vince & Co. didn't realize he was a free agent. If he had a valid deal, it would all be moot. Any attempt otherwise, and Vince could have sued. |

The only Flashback I'd want Mattel to make - that would be realistic for them to do so - is Kurt Angle. Otherwise, I have my top five in Mattel form. I'm good.

-- I'm out. In the middle of moving and it's costing too much, so had to sell my NXT/WM/RAW/SDL tickets. Made a good chunk of change, but disappointed I will not be attending again this year. To those who are going, have fun! And to those with lower riser seats like I had, walk down to the floor after the main event and score yourself an abandoned chair. \m/ I know you're probably being facetious, but to anyone thinking of taking him up on the chair thing, you'd have to be real sneaky. They check chair people on the way out and check to see if your tickets match the section. Sorry you gotta miss the weekend though, man. I'll enjoy myself extra for you. |

With today being a Federal holiday, my wife was home and wanted to run errands. Picked up a few things at Wal-Mart. Saw Surfer Sting, was tempted to buy it. Decided to get it online, since I have a crap-ton of Amazon gift credit from Christmas. Though, after I saw how much cheaper he was right in the store, my wife told me - "It's only $10. Why waste money on shipping? Go back to the figures, I'll wait here." So I did, and now I have a WWE Flashback Sting.  |

I think Miz vs Bryan should happen at Wrestlemania. Doesn't have to be a real match. It can simply be Bryan redeeming himself for his 18 second loss at Mania 28 by beating the Miz in 9 seconds. Bell rings while Miz is kissing Maryse, he turns around and is hit with a running knee by Bryan for the count. Everyone is happy, Bryan gets to wear his gear and be in the ring again and fans get to see Daniel compete at Wrestlemania. The banter between Miz and Bryan would be incredible on Talking Smack for the next 6 months too. Same here, man. |

Horrible match card. How have people forgotten the half a dozen matches that John Cena and The Undertaker have had throughout the years? They've interacted enough times for this rumored WrestleMania match to not feel special to me. Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg is a waste of time. They're both going to vanish after it's over. I'm for Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman facing eachother, but not for the Universal Championship in the main event. An eight minute midcard match for the United States Championship is all they need. I'm fine with Bayley vs. Charlotte. Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens should take place at February's pay-per-view. It's not a large scale match. Seth Rollins vs. Triple H is a given. This story runs too deep for it to be a normal match, though, so I think it should be No Holds Barred. Big Show vs. Shaq. Barf! Andre The Giant Battle Royal is just lazy. I'd have Chris Jericho attack Finn Balor to try and get another match with Kevin Owens. Finn Balor demands a match with Chris Jericho at WrestleMania and even puts his main event title match on the line. Regular Finn beats Jericho in the opening match, then Demon Finn beats Owens for the title in the second to last match of the night.Then in the main event, I would have AJ Styles defend the WWE Championship against The Undertaker, with Styles going over due to interference by The Club. The Undertaker takes the Magic Killer but kicks out of AJ's pin attempt. When they return, Undertaker fights off Gallows and Anderson, then turns around and gets hit with the Phenomenal Forearm. Styles goes for the pin and gets the win. I would LOVE this. Actually, if Balor makes his return at the Rumble - in any way - to set up his Mania feud, I'm happy. |
