Great Nitro. You continuously nail the feel of 1995 WCW, while making it your own. Keep up the great writing.

That shirt is an excellent shirt. I was actually going to wear either that one or the Enzo and Big Cass one to that same show in Miami! I almost bought that same Enzo/Cass shirt, before settling on Balor Club. I'm also hoping they get called up for Miami.

This beauty came today, in preparation to wear when I go to Raw in Miami in a couple weeks. If the rumors are to be believed about the Rumble match, and some new talent, then it's perfect to wear the night after. Even if not, at least I have the latest Finn Balor shirt, and I won't have the need to buy from the gimmick truck while we're there.

WWE-wise, I got four of my Fave Five: Flair, Piper, CM Punk (Pink tights), and Bryan. Waiting on a Mr. Perfect one day.
Non-WWE, I have the Ghostbusters collection, & Hank, Gus, and Saul from Breaking Bad.

U-Verse doesn't get POP till March, so I watched it at a relative's house. I was expecting the type of star-power for debuts/returns, that they had the night they debuted on Monday in 2010. Instead, this was James Storm, Mike Bennett, and a whole lot of nothing special. Not tuning in next week. It's WWE/NXT, and ROH for me.

In all of entertainment (Movies/TV/Comics/Etc...), what is your favorite fictional universe? What body of work do you appreciate the most?
For me, it'll always be Ghostbusters. At seven years old, I saw the movie shortly after the 'Real Ghostbusters' cartoon series was already underway. I assumed the movie was made based on the cartoon (instead of vice-versa). To me, they were the most realistic good guys out there. They weren't superheroes. They weren't mutants. They didn't have powers. They were scientists with doctorates. They were doing their best with the technology they had, to solve the problem of ghosts plaguing New York City. Speaking of NYC, I grew up in southwest Connecticut, and had access to the NYC TV and radio affiliates. So I was familiar with all local references made in both the movie and the cartoon. In my mind, if the GB world was real, it was only an hour away.
To this day, my love of Ghostbusters (like my love of wrestling) was never outgrown. I have almost everything about it I can get my hands on (Movies, cartoons, comics, toys...). I may be in the minority, but I am very much looking forward to the female reboot. I like the director, and it's not as if the actresses are unproven talent. In conclusion, I may not be able to get into Marvel/DC, Star Trek, Star Wars, Dr. Who, or anything similar, but I am all about Peter, Ray, Egon, Winston, Janine, Stay-Puft, and Slimer.
What is your favorite?

When my WWF fix was only one hour on Saturday and one on Sunday - for the whole week.
Going to the local Blockbuster Video to rent either a movie, WWF tape, or SNES game for the weekend.

Without booking the whole thing I'll just put in plot points what i'd be happy to see • New Day enters as numbers 1, 2, and 3 all together never laying a hand on each other. • Brock enters at number 4 and eliminates all 3 members of New Day • Sami Zayn enters the rumble and eliminates Owens setting up a match for Mania • League of Nations has a showdown with the Wyatts in the Rumble • Triple H returns as a low 20's entrant to the Rumble in an attempt to get the title from Reigns • Daniel Bryan returns and enters at number 29 and eliminates Triple H • Undertaker returns and enters at number 30 • Final six come down to Cena, Taker, Lesnar, Bryan, Ambrose, and Wyatt • Lesnar wins his 2nd Rumble eliminating Taker last and sets up Reigns/Lesnar II at Mania I agree with everything but Lesnar winning/eliminating Taker. Saw that in person in 2003. No interest in a rehsh.

I used part of a Christmas Amazon gift card to pick this guy up. Ever since The Shield members began getting figures, I've waited patiently for just the right Seth Rollins. In my own opinion, this is it.

I don't know where I heard 2:30 from. That's what was throwing me off. We're going to make sure we're outside the building at 5 pm. Thanks again to everyone. This can be locked.

I meant to specify 'WWE-produced'. My bad. You mean you're a fan of Dean's WWE work (which is fine, he was awesome) or "A WWE Produced DVD, featuring only WWE owned footage"? Either way, I was just asking as one Dean fan to another if you've see any of his brother Joe. Joe had a killer late 80's/early 90's AJPW run and Dean come along every now and again and had awesome matches. They actually worked against each other once in AJPW! There's also another British Bulldogs/Malenkos match floating around that's worth seeing. No... I'm not only just a fan of his WWE stuff. Not that there's anything wrong with that. However, I meant that with all the big DVD documentary productions WWE churns out (most recently Owen's), realistically, doing one for Malenko may not be smart business, since he's not popular with their target demographic. As an aside, if you are purposely trying to debate and nitpick every little thing I post (i.e; my friend's WCW past), I would appreciate if you would stop. Thank you.

As he is one of my favorites, I would love a Best Of Dean Malenko DVD collection... My common sense tells me that such a release wouldn't be marketable. Oh well. I used to have this comp tape with a Dean/Joe vs Ave/Brunzell match. I loved that match, prolly watched it 25 times! You ever check out some of Joe's stuff? He's even more stoic! I meant to specify 'WWE-produced'. My bad.

For Christmas, my future in laws scored us tickets to the WWE Raw episode following the Royal Rumble.
I just wanted to ask, since the Survior Series security threat, do WWE want people arriving early for security purposes? I know the restrictions of what we can and can't bring, but I could have sworn they reccommended getting to arenas as early as 2:30? We have a 2 and a half hour drive to Miami, so I want to make sure we arrive in plenty of time.
Did they drop that? If not, how early do they want us all there? Thanks in advance!

Not sure other than the WCW Power Plant. He was booked to debut on Nitro for the following week. Yet, the very next day, they broke the news to the crew that WWE had just bought them. I'm not doubting you AT ALL. But that's probably like the 5th time I've heard someone say that! I think Khali said something like that just a few weeks ago. And I'm sure that's a common story. Honestly, I've known the guy since we were twelve. I know he wouldn't BS me.
