Ok, I found some information: Mr. X is actually Killer X; a masked Frank Townsend. Frank Townsend's profile. A Killer X match:

Well the X and Z guys mystery remains; their japanese names ころしやX (Koroshi ya X) and ころしやZ (Koroshi ya Z) translate to Hitman X and Hitman Z...

Years ago ICHIBAN 一番 and myself compiled a list for the 1969 JWA-line by Bullmark: Antonio Inoki (regarded a foreigner back then): green trunks Seiji Sakaguchi: blue trunks Shohei Baba (Giant Baba): red trunks Michiaki Yoshimura: white trunks Dr. X / Killer X (not sure if it was Dick Beyer) Rikidözan (foreigner; korean) Looking back: Medicom Toy (re)released Killer X and Killer Z... However; Bullmark was founded after the bankruptcy of Marusan, so Killer X and Killer Z might as well be anime characters from Tiger Mask (the anime not the wrestler). Rikidozan might've been a Medicom Toy release that fooled us because he had a belt; Bullmark figures had molded on belts (except the mysterious Killer X), the Medicom Toy rereleases don't have a belt. Here's what we've come up with: www.wrestlingfiguredatabase.com/bullmark.html. JunkShopDog, who I've come to rely on for their JP figure collecting knowledge, is the person who sent me the Mr. X and Mr. Z, and he took pictures of the foot stamps and I think they are Bullmark. Oddly, I haven't come across a Rikidozan yet. Do you happen to have pictures of him? If I'm reading this right, I think the "safest" checklist for Bullmark is Inoki, Baba, Yoshimura, and Sakaguchi...everyone else seems to be up for interpretation...What do you think? Ruby, do you know anyone that would have definitive list for this? This is the hardest line we've covered yet!
Well years ago member ICHIBAN 一番 and myself made this list, none of us owned a Bullmark figure, I had just completed my loose Popy set. The X and Z guy remain mysteries, I don't think they belong to this line but to an anime line. Rikidozan is probably only by Medicom Toy. Being rare and loose going for $300 - 350 without shipping or bidding fees these are expensive so I still don't own any, I think Sakaguchi and Yoshimura can be found the cheapest.

You're looking at it all wrong, anyways. To be, or not to be... that is the question. For $45 it's clearly a repro or custom of some sort. You'll get what you pay for here and if you're fine with a 3D or mold print, then go for it If it’s a painted mold print or a reproduction I’m cool with either of those ...a couple of you have mentioned it could be a 3D print, what exactly is that? A computer generated 3D object printed in resin, PLA, ABS, PETG or any other material a 3D Printer is capable of.

If you discovered the website, your questions should be answered... Googling "Happy Shopping" wcw galoob gave me nothing. At $45 I'd think these are 3D printed with a resin 3D printer.

Basically what Jables said. When Mattel made retros Hasbros didn't drop in price, even though Mattel made Ultimate Warrior and Randy Savage. For me it was fun to add Junk Yard Dog and Diesel to my Hasbros (note to self: buy the Iron Sheik!), as well as to have a Hasbro style Chris Jericho, Braun Strowman, Samoa Joe or Elias. On the subject Adam Bomb: his Hasbro is one of my favorite Hasbros, despite the flaws; the figure is a mixture of heel Adam Bomb and face Adam Bomb. A retro Adam Bomb is not in demand I think, I'd prefer many others first, guys (that probably aren't WWE property) like: "the Universal Heartthrob" Austin Idol, Ox Baker, "Superstar" Billy Graham, "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert, "Wildfire" Tommy Rich, The Great Muta/Keiji Mutoh, Tiger Mask I and/or II, "The Pope" Elijah Burke, Trevor Murdoch, ... Oh, yes I'll probably buy a shirt of Adam Bomb! Those are 2 names that stick out like a sore thumb from that list Well, they're NWA

The price is not questionable, $20-25 is very much acceptable for a small company. This isn't a billion dollar company like Mattel or Hasbro. Oh, you have to pay $20 shipping... That's what most collectors that don't live in the U.S. have been doing most of the time; paying for shipping. $25 plus 23 in shipping is extremely questionable for me. Then I guess I've been ripped off in every transaction... No, it's called international shipping.

Does anyone know of any samples online where you can see how this works -- I couldn't find any on YouTube? And does the sound box attach to the ring? Or you just use them separately. I would have LOVED LOVED this as a kid... Well, it is on Youtube: Yes it "attaches" to the ring, under the table with beltholder.

Not UK exclusive, not EU exclusive; for some reason the UK and Spain had them.
Also Sears or something alike.

That's what most collectors that don't live in the U.S. have been doing most of the time; paying for shipping. I mean there is no wrong answer here. You aren’t a bigger fan because you will spend more. These things just have thresholds for people. To many spending $40-$45 on a figure is simply too much to bear and enjoy the figure. I mean I’m certainly at that point with these and the zombie ones where I just don’t know if I can spend that kind of money regularly on these. The only one I know for a fact that I’m gonna get is the Jay White figure. My whole point was; I'm not a bigger fan because I spend more, but as a wrestling figure collector from Europe I just have to just to own a figure. The availability in local stores is below sad; when an US collector finds a wrestling figure for $19.99 at his Target store, I'm lucky if I find that same figure for €24.99 ($29.67) in a local store. If I don't find that figure I have to turn to eBay or Amazon or some website about comics where I'll pay $25 for that $19.99 figure + between $10.00 and $20.00 for shipping and if I'm unlucky the customs office lets me pay another $20.00. All this just for a "cheap" Mattel WWE or Jazwares AEW figure. Now there's this tiny UK company called Chella Toys that asks $20.00 for a retro-style figure and collectors are like; wow, $20.00 + $20.00 shipping: that's a questionable price, insane even! So, yes, I own many figures from many different lines because I'm a wrestling fan. I've also spend a small fortune just on shipping, because I wanted those figures but couldn't buy them in a local store. My complete sets I can count on one hand: I own a complete loose set of Popy figures (all 10 of them) and I own a complete MOC set of CMLL secret compartment figures by Future Toys (all 4 of them). All my other MOC or loose wrestling figures are just figures I like.

It's only Bruiser Brody. I have him. Still need to find time to make decent photos and review him. The line is called: Sofubi Pro Wrestling series 2, a retro-line in the spirit of Popy's Super Professional Wrestling-series from 1981. Bruiser Brody was a test I guess. Wave 1 will be: Dynamite Kid, Bull Nakano and TBA wrestler. Wave 2 will be: Terry Funk and TBA Tag Team Wave 3 will be: 3 TBA wrestlers With Brody included that's 10 figures, just like Popy's Super Professional Wrestling-series from 1981. Where’s do you purchase from? Although I’m thinking the postage to uk will kill Straight from Junk Shop Dog, postage is fair, custom's duty was nasty...

what I don't understand is - is the Hasbro market actually active though?? I've seen a lot of auctions where there are like 35 watching a figure, but it sold for say $90 with on 2 bids that doesn't suggest it's an active market, irrespective of the auction prices listed, and Hasbros have always been a niche community, most of which is on here LOL! I don't know where you look, I see MOC figures with like 30 bids going for over $140... So, yes, the Hasbro market is still active!

That makes sense. I was trying to remember if he wrestled in that attire anywhere else and didn't think about Japan. good call. I guess there's a good amount of guys, especially in the 80's, they can easily get away with making. It will be interesting to see what they can come up with going forward. I’ve never seen him in Japan in bulldog style attire, only the stampede style tights with the stars like what Owen and loads of other stampede wrestlers wore
