Well done man, I was amazed when I saw your name change colour. Bit wierd that there's been this shake up with the Admins, but it's cool like the New Generation. Maybe in a few more years there's going to be a dose of Attitude?
Unfortunate as it is for you to give up your reign on the Classics, at least you'll still be around and it opens up an opportunity for someone else.

Lol "Hotshotting" just makes me think of Cornette's rants about ECW and how they were "blowing their load" before it was time (sorry to be so crude). And thus creating fans who were impatient, expecting MORE, and the wrestlers having to top their last efforts. Definitely contributed to the popularity waning over the years to how it is now.
I've been thinking hard, and listening to JR and Cornette, Austin... and they really need to go back to basics. Submissions to seem more dangerous and unbreakable, finishers not being kicked out of several times a match... Unless it's a high stakes match at a pay per view, or Wrestlemania in general, these things should apply.
Back on topic, I hated Bischoff at the time, but like many things I hated back then (Lesnar, Jarrett, Raven...) I appreciated them immensely now. They played their roles so well. Bischoff was an awesome GM. Unparalleled.

The thing is WWE isn't being racist by using these themes. They're just stereotypes. Which is also dumb and small-minded.

I think he was a solid worker with a cool gimmick. I actually think he was a better in ring worker than some of the people who got pushed at the time *cough* Billy Gunn *cough* He could have held a mid card title for awhile. If you can put the Tag Titles on the Headbangers, you could certainly put the European Title on Gangrel. Good one.

He had a nice dropkick.
And had potential as a heel in 2005. He should have been allowed to develop, and I swear by 2006 he could have been more of a mid-card guy.

Damn, hope he pulls through. I don't know how severe it could turn out to be, but this being Kurt freakin Angle I'd like to think he'll kick this thing's ass.

Just as an example of how far these dumbasses are "reaching", the wife mentioned a lack of "conjugal fellowship".
Reeks of desperate.
I hope this gets thrown out. WWE seems to be getting a lot of these idiots nowadays trying it on.

It's not them. Here is a confirmed childhood pic of them, pretty sure it's not the same kids Just saying, that top child looks like a ing girl. There's no way that's Bray. The bottom child looks like Bo. I think the OP's photo is of them. But, I don't care. It's not that important. That's because it is a girl... Bo on the bottom, Bray in the pool. And agreed with the others, the OP photo looks nothing like younger versions of them, especially confirmed by this photo.

Rodney Mack sucked, but his version was better.

How is that interesting if you don't mind me asking? Do you really think, show would have won the title if Russo and Ferrara were still in charge if writing for TV. Hell, it's a known fact that Russo's final written show was in raw October 99 with Rock vs Y2J in the main event. Russo had it the newly debuted Jericho go over the hugely over Rock. After Russo left for WcW they changed it to rock going over. Show would not have had that lousy run, had there not been a major change in the writing team just a few prior. Get it ? I did just read that by Russo. Jericho would have been huge at that time period, instead of a short feud with Shamrock and a useless one with Chyna. Big Show was nowhere near ready for a reign at the top, but I don't know if Russo would have vetoed it.

Interesting fact, Show wining the title at SS99 came only a month or so after Russo and Ferrara jumped to WCW. How is that interesting if you don't mind me asking?

Got a question for you guys. I recently picked up a Deluxe Evan Bourne, and was thinking of using him for a TNA Deluxe custom. Thing is, I don't know who to make! Criteria: - Someone who has a WWE figure RA or DA for the head - Must have wrestled in TNA - Wears tights - Hasn't had a TNA Deluxe figure already Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Christian? I know he had a WWE Deluxe, but that's all I can think of. Great suggestion! I managed to make one 2 years ago, so still need another to think of!

The main thing I remember about Raven on Heat was when he came out with the dreadlocks and King essentially buried him by saying He has more extensions than at&t. Seems like when some of the big wigs have an issue with someone they're reasoning to get back at them is to crap on them on commentary. Such a playground bully thing to do Can't be as bad as when King would normally rip on Jeff Hardy's all the colors of the rainbow hair of the week back in the day, I just kept shaking my head whenever he would bring it up during his entrance. Way to bring guys down on those who try to break the mold & have a unique look to them & try to stand out, I like Jerry but bringing it up EVERY week was kind of annoying..
I liked the 2002/03 era of Heat myself, Raven, Stevie, Victoria, Jeff, Goldust.. Some good talent they had on the b show at the time. :]
What was with Raven ditching the skirt & the dreadlocks & wearing wrestling tights on his last couple of weeks after he was brought back to Raw before Royal Rumble 2003 though?, was it a management idea to make him look more professional?.. & having him on commentary with Coach, oh what a waste of talent..
He was apparently trying to just get more noticed. I hated that change. And it's trunks, not tights. I thought he was a great fit in late 90s -early 00s. He suited the Attitude. I'd have liked him in WWF in 1999, in a mid-card role. He had the charisma and could have gone higher than just the hardcore division like he was. He really shone in TNA imo. He made me a fan, drew me in and captivated me. I was fully behind his destiny to become NWA champ. He just was out of shape for 2003 onwards. Shame he basically just slipped down the card after being world champion in 2005 for ages.

Well considering Show got sent to Heartland(?) to develop more as a performer and lose weight in 2000, it just confirms that he was still so green, despite making his debut in 95. I guess it came down to the WWF style, or maybe he was just getting too sloppy because he was out of shape (certainly seen in the past 10 years). I always heard he was tearing it up in WCW's developmental though. Doing moonsaults off the top rope or something. I'm sure I heard one time someone say he was supposedly doing Shooting Star Presses too, but I find that a bit farfetched. But during this time period in 99 he was doing (rope-aided) kip ups, which was a sight to see. Another thread that was sparked thanks to the Network, but have been watching the Smackdown's from August 99, at this point I'm at the SD after SS and all I can say is wow. I mean he was given the title out of the blue, it kinda made sense with the whole dying Dad storyline, but he was clearly a transitional Champion till the last few weeks of 99 when he feuded with DX and eventually lost. He was midcarding for nearly the entire 2 months he had the gold. What was the deal with this? I've always figured it was down to a clause in his contract (I remember reading that before WM15 was 100% set that WM2000's Main Event was set as Austin vs Big Show as a sort of homage to Hogan/Andre), but was it something different? Was it down to maybe just unpredictable plots, or even just a case of getting the title out of the Triple H/McMahon feud so you could still have feuds for the title and a main feud. I do love this period though, wish we had the Raw's available but thats a different discussion for a different thread, but seeing random guys who had been midcarding all year getting pushes was amazing; you had guys like Test, Val Venis, Al Snow and Big Boss Man Main Eventing show's and for me atleast watching now, its fresh and fun (something we could benefit from seeing these days). You had the slow build to the return of Cactus Jack, the influx of ECW talent being brought in, the tag division was starting to bloom and seemed to get bigger by the week. Not to mention it seemed like Chyna was getting her ass kicked every week at the hands of Jarrett at first, then Jericho a few weeks later...Chyna getting pounded on by 2 guys? Some things never change.

Milliput is a pain to use. It runs when wetted, and can ruin your figure if you're not doing a full repaint. You DO need to use water to stop it sticking to you or else it'll pull off and ruin your work. I find after a while it loses its strength when wetted too much while working. And it's like clay in regard that it'll cause chalky water to run down the figure. It's fine if you're doing large areas and sculpting muscles, but not for smaller work.
It costs about £3 online or £4-5 in stores.
Green Stuff from Games Workshop is more expensive (£7), but for me it's so much easier to use. It won't run AT ALL, meaning it won't cause sculpt to accumulate in crevices like Milliput does. Wet your finger to stop it sticking to you, and smooth it out to prevent your fingerprints getting on your work. It has more working time before it gets too hard to manipulate.
For example, Milliput has about 1 hour working time before it won't stick to anything, and becomes crumbly. Green Stuff easily has over 2 hours. Meaning less wastage. Just let it sit for 30 mins after mixing, otherwise it'll be too soft to use effectively. THAT is key.
It has a great flexibility meaning it's not as brittle as milliput. You can sand it just as well as Milliput, so they're both fine in that regard. But Milliput is better for large areas. Green Stuff is great for sculpting say t-shirt sleeves, boot tops/laces, trunks/short wrinkles or edges, masks, beards, wrist tapes, singlets etc.
The best thing is you can sculpt right on to existing figures without ruining details on the figure (unlike Milliput). It you get too much on, just use a knife and carefully cut it off and peel away. There should be no residue.
Can't stress how much better it is than Milliput.

He made me a fan in TNA, which like said already, is a credit to TNA's booking. Pity it came at the expense of Monty Brown's push which caused him to leave the company.
In WWE, I like his character change in 2003 but only from hindsight, since I thought he was a cocky little git. But in TNA he really proved he was main event material, which he could easily have been in Smackdown 2005.
I wish I knew why he really didn't want to appear at Slammiversary 2012 though. He tried to veto it and looked really uncomfortable there.

I really wanna fix my Samoa Joe and make him shorter I have the good one with the shorts . It's a great gig but he's way too tall . Any ideas ? Get an RA figure with kickpads and swap him at the knees, that's about your only option. That won't work unless you do some dremelling to accomodate the different sized joint. Too much hassle. For me, I was blown away by many of the first 4 series figures. DI series 2 Hogan was awesome, even had the logos on his wrist tape. Motor City Machine Guns are nice too, so much detail! I really couldn't give a f*** about the lack of correct scale in the normal figures. It's Mick Foley and Samoa Joe I can't stand. Not just how tall they are, but Foley can't even lift his legs straight upwards because of the crotch sculpt.
