No way he goes after Riddle. You’re crazy. He most certainly will. One of the few I can almost guarantee he’s already been in talks with post-release. I don't know... Riddle has been fired by the UFC, Bellator and now WWE - and always seems to have negative/controversial headlines in his personal life. TK may not think he's worth the trouble - especially after the whole Punk thing (...Riddle won't move the numbers like Punk did either). |

I'm not checking out - but I'm definitely slowing right down... mainly due to collector fatigue (after collecting the line for 14 years). The new sucky Elite and Legends packaging doesn't really make me want to buy many new figures either.
So now I'm mostly collecting Ultimate Editions and FTITL Legends or Flashback figures (eg. the Steiners, Brother Love, Captain Lou etc.).

I love the set - but it could have been even better:
1. Swap the blue trunks Hogan with either an updated WM3 or another yellow trunks figure. Yes, I know the blue trunks is "something different" - it just DOES NOT BELONG in this set. This should be Hulk's 3 most iconic looks/attires from the 3 main periods of his career.
2. Include a red shirt/bold yellow Hulkamania shirt with the Hulk Still Rules figure... it's what he wore most during this period
3. Include title belts with the Hollywood and HSR figures...

I'm gonna agree with the majority that most of these figures are not up to snuff, especially UE Angle. $33 for that, too. $33 is more than a lot of people make an hour I would say, even 3-4x more than some. We’re paying premium prices for  ed up sh¡t. Man, I WISH we could pay that for US. Ultimate Editions... any UEs the UK doesn't get (which is most) cost us about £45 (approx. $55 USD) 🥴. It makes figures like Eddie and Kurt even more frustrating/annoying. |

I love Mattel, but this year they have really been screwing up a lot of figures, UE Eddie, Solo Sikoa, etc., but these reveals are embarrassingly bad, That Kurt is atrocious, I love how for years when we asked for cloth stuff we got all that rubber junk, but now they're using cloth on stuff that doesn't need it, give me a good reason why does that singlet need to be cloth?...to cover up the huge torso, obviously. 🤭 |

You do realise that trish is just a articulation upgraded re release. I don't know what it is, but the original one (from nearly 10 years ago!) actually looks better... this new one looks like it has a new/weird body, no neck and 6 foot arms 😬. |

UE Kurt looks OK to me... yes, the torso is too big, but it doesn't ruin the figure. And with the singlet on and in the box, he looks pretty good.

Selfishly, I really hope it's Hollywood with the tan, or an updated S5 Cena. With Cena, it's the "standard" Cena look... so theoretically, you could put any shirt/head (and maybe boots) on him to have your favourite look Ultimate Edition Cena. You might not have the UE toe-articulation (...🤷♂️), but you'd be able to make quite a few different Cena's from that one figure 😎.

Mattel did without Hogan - the biggest name in the history of the business - for around 9-10 years total. And they did just fine.
Heck, for the first 4-5 years of the line, they didn't have Hogan, Flair, Razor/Hall, Sting, Goldberg, Jeff Hardy*, Angle... Again, they did just fine.
Would losing Warrior and/or Macho suck? Sure. But, guess what... the line would be just fine.

Hard disagree. The 4th was very close and could have been scored either way (as indeed lots of people did). The 10-8 in the 5th was truly insane though... NO-ONE other than that one judge thought it was a 10-8. Heck, it wasn't even close to being a 10-8. And people are stuck on it because that ridiculous 10-8 cost Val the fight... love her or hate her, she should be the champ right now. I didn't see anything wrong with what she said, personally. In fact, I don't really blame her... a close fight given to the Mexican on Mexican independence day? A crazy 10-8 in the 5th? It wouldn't sit great with me either. I don't think it was that close. More strikes, more significant strikes, same number takedowns and those knees to the dome were brutal. People wanting to give Valentina the round for some jabs is ridiculous to me. All of her fans, because that is who scored it for her tbh, say she won round 4 but can't say how. Her jab wasn't even more effective than Alexas. If you switch her name with say Juliana Pena, nobody would be saying Pena won that round. The 10-8 was wrong, so was giving her round 4. It balances out, and honestly hurts Grasso more. She should have won 48-47. Shevchenko should be on a 3 fight losing streak. That fight was closer than this one, and she only won due to the clash of heads pretty much blinding Santos. And she refused her a rematch. Then she was classless after she lost the title, and then whined about not winning this time. I find her to be a spoiled little child, and anything bad that happens to her is long overdue. Dude... you can't possibly equate that ridiculous 10-8 in the 5th (that EVERYONE said was crazy/wrong) to a close 4th round that many non-biased people (including 2 of the official judges and 11 of the 23 media outlets) thought Shevchenko won. You obviously dislike/hate Shevchenko - which is your right - but with respect, I think it may be stopping you from scoring/seeing the round objectively... it was a close round that easily could have gone either way. I think we'll just have to agree to disagree here 🤣. |

If there was time, we would have done that in this case. We do need to be mindful of product arriving on time for retailer needs, planogram resets, etc. New deco would require deco creation, approvals, packaging creation, and full development to ensure it’s produced accurately; essentially almost full time table sans new sculpts and tooling to create and produce. So is the replacement figure a straight up re-release or will it have the upgrades if it happens to be an early UE? I would think if the tooling is already there (like it was for the GH Warrior), then we'll see an upgrade. That's why I think it might be the UE5 Cena, as all the tooling (different torso and butterfly-joints) is already there from his UE10 figure. |

Per Steve: Hello Steve, Will a figure be moved up or will UE 20 only be two people (Roman Reigns/Asuka)? We had to go with a figure with existing tooling due to the timing. More to come. So which figure are you hoping it'll be? I think it will be one from the first 6 series... personally, I'd like the S5 John Cena with updated torso/butterfly-joints (like how they did the Greatest Hits Warrior re-release). |

The british wrestling fihure markert/demand is not as big as in america obviusly, but mattel setting unrealistic minimum order amounts is killing it off further. Idiots. Not to mention the crazy £28 RRP for Legends... who "recommends" this price? |
