Honey dickin' is forever burned into my mind now.
James Franco killed it in this movie.

It was okay. Honestly, I probably would have liked it better without all of the hype. Pretty standard Rogen (who I love) fare, but it just wasn't really that memorable to me.

It had moments but wasn't all that great. Eminem was funny, and some of the dialogue was too. But the movie was only okay.

It was a comedy after all.. Name a comedy that has hit on all cylinders from start to finish. They're rare.

Any news on it's availability in the UK?

Got around to watching it on Saturday night and it was fine for what it was. I didn't really let the hype get to me, so I got pretty much exactly what I expected. It had its moments, but it's certainly among Rogen & Goldberg's worst efforts.

There was some decently funny moments, a few quotable lines; and I'll probably end up picking it up on Blu Ray because I like Franco... but overall this movie was NOT that good; everyone involved has done WAY better stuff in the past, this won't be in ANY of their top 5 of all time.

Finally got around to watching it. If it wasn't for the controversy surrounding the movie then I wouldn't have bothered. It was your standard, run of the mill Seth Rogen movie. Drop an f-bomb every three seconds. Say 'butthole' several times because thats apparently comedy gold and don't forget to add in a poop joke. The only time I did laugh (and it was just a light chuckle) was "Thats such a Boromir thing to say!".
Not a movie I'd recommend or watch again.

I love Rogen and Franco, from Freaks & Geeks to Pineapple Express to This Is The End. For some reason though, this movie just didn't click. Franco is a fantastic actor, and maybe Skylark is being played up to be completely unlikable and not a real human being, but his character is close to insufferable here. Rogen is my favorite comedic actor in the business but the guy hasn't written anything that great in awhile for movie scripts. Neighbors was funny but completely forgettable. This movie fared no better.
Best comedy this year was definitely 22 Jump Street

It was a comedy after all.. Name a comedy that has hit on all cylinders from start to finish. They're rare. Shaun of the Dead is the only one I'd even nominate. Maybe Scott Pilgrim vs The World if it's considered a comedy? Not sure what else it would be considered.
