So my Ultimate Edition 7 figures have been lost in the mail. They were shipped on December 4th and the last update was December 9th with the notation “In transit, arriving late.”
Anybody else going through this? I know it’s a big problem here in the States right now.

Yeah man. It's the same for everyone. USPS is like 2 weeks behind in most areas.

The USPS is drowning in more packages than ever this month for obvious reasons. Several packages I mailed out earlier this month took a while longer to be delivered and I am still waiting for something right now in transit for days. If you are buying figures for yourself, this isnt a good time to be doing so.

It’s not lost. It’s that more people are doing online shopping because of the Pandemic and the shipping carriers are getting slammed with more volume than they had in the past.

Ive had packages that have been in limbo for about 3 weeks now. FedEx seems to be shipping stuff semi quickly still but UPS and USPS are beyond slammed.

It’s widespread, Family sent a 2-day priority flat rate box $20.10 Albany to DC. Shipped 12/2, arrived 12/19. No updates until the day it was delivered.

I'm gonna be the bad guy.
I'm over the whole pandemic excuse. It's been nearly a full year. Time to figure out how to get things moving smoothly again. Hire more people, and if you have to, pay better. The amount of backed up deliveries proves they are making money. And the nerve to accept that kind of money for overnight and 2 day delivery and then be 2 or 3 weeks..

We are all tired of dealing with Covid but let's be honest the USPS has had issues for a few years. A pandemic takes place and eliminates a percentage of your workforce and an increase in online shopping is a recipe for disaster. Patience is the key. I have had many issues with packages this holiday season with a few not coming in until after Christmas It's not the end of the world it's reality.

It may not be lost, it’s probably just delayed like a lot of other packages are. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all struggling right now because of a combination of things, not just the obvious reason of the pandemic. Packages are backed up because of weather conditions (snow storms), the vaccines (shipping them is likely their top priority right now), and a surplus of online shoppers ordering stuff rapidly when there aren’t many workers around at the moment. It was on the news the other day. I had a package from the Bay that arrived a week later than it should’ve because of this. You just gotta remember that patience is key. Wait it out, and if you still don’t receive your order after this craze settles down, then maybe you should look into notifying Ringside, letting them know of the situation, and maybe try getting your money back.

Usually when I order from ringside it only takes 4 days for delivery. I placed an order on the Sunday before the first cyber Monday sale. I still haven’t received it. I checked the tracking number every day multiple times a day. No movement since dec 14th. I know I’ll receive it eventually. I’m glad I placed the order for me and it’s not Christmas gifts for anyone else. I’m not confident that I will receive it before the holiday.

Mine was stagnant for 10 days, now it looks like it’s moving. In any other year, these would be crazy times for shipping, I can’t imagine how unpredictable 2020 must be.

Hire more people, and if you have to, pay better. Yeaaaah see there's your problem right there. They don't want to do that. I currently work for an entity that does not care how dysfunctional and inefficient our operation is as long as the bottom line gets done. Hence we have lost great people and have overworked and basically ed over our current staff (including myself). And any increase in profit does not translate to the betterment of the workers, but rather just the very top. And there's really not anything we can do about it but quit, which we can't because of bills and what not. Corporate America at its finest. I LOOOOVEEEE YOUUUUUUUUU

I ordered from RingsideC2 about 2 months ago(Oct 27.), what I never received . I bought, I paid and was waiting patiently for my figures. But nothing, the package did not move since Nov. 4. I have ordered in the past, it always arrived within 2 weeks. In fact, the order I placed later(Nov 16.) moves. I know it's covid and Christmas .. But is it my fault if a package doesn't arrive? So I opened a claim on PayPal !! I´m ready to pay the figures if they even arrive. I don´t want free figures... But when they never arrive why should I pay ? This is why buyer protection is for. This should be covered by your insurance?? And now RingsideC2 don't let me buy from them... They canceling now my orders!!!

You’ve opened a claim against them when all Mail is running behind. Once it leave their facility it’s out of their hands (literally and figuratively). Give it time, the mail carrier will get it to you. But think of it this way, what if someone had bought something from you and you had shipped the goods to them, but it hadn’t arrived in the timely manner that they buyer was anticipating (despite their being a pandemic ongoing) and they opened up a case against you to get their money back. As the seller, you’ve done your part shipping the items and now the buyer wants their money back when the items are still in transit. You’d cancel any new orders that person made too. At least I know I would. Hate to say it but you might have shot yourself in the foot with this one. I doubt they will take any orders from you till you receive your previously shipped order and the pending PayPal case is closed
