FIRE ALL THE WRITERS and give the booking back to WRESTLING people.
Some of the greatest era's in the industry were created by wrestling minds, not writers who don't know the business. Give the men and women in the WWE more creative freedom when they cut their promo's. When a wrestlers personality shines thru it makes everything better. Things today in the WWE are WAY to scripted and it shows, if you want a scripted show from start to end don't give us the illusion of sport.
While we are at it force Vince to retire from the WWE and let him focus 100% on his little foosball venture and in the process fire ole bucktooth Kevin Dune. Cut the massive sets back and give WWE a more sports presentation feel.

That'll work for this year, what about when SmackDown goes lives on Friday Nights? In that case I would have the weekend look like this: Hall of Fame on Thursday Night (make it a more intimate event again) SmackDown Friday Night TakeOver Saturday Night WrestleMania Sunday Night Raw Monday Night It wouldn't shock me if they went back to what they did before WM27. Tape a few matches for SD after the go home Raw. Then they just broadcasted directly from Axxess and used it as a hype show. With the rumor going around that Fox doesn't want to cross promote with USA & Raw I can't see that happening. I am sure that WWE will manage to get that fixed before they move SD to Fox. If the rumor is true then the Brand Extension is going to get even deeper.

I wouldn't bring it back, but i would love to see Velocity again. Just because the colour and design is one of my favourites of all time. With 205 Live no longer Live, change the Cruiserweight Show to Velocity as the term fits that brand

Sadly Paige will probably go into the Hall of Fame in 2019 and it will have nothing to do with her in ring career.
The movie based on her Family is scheduled to come out around that time.

The IIconics shouldn't have been called up until the rumored Women Tag Team Championship was announced.
I agree with Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins both are doing next to nothing on the Main Roster, but would Curt Hawkins want to move to Florida with his young kid and wife in tow to make the transition work?
With Fandango on the shelf I agree with Tyler Bate going back to NXT for a bit. Same for any lower level tag team if one guy goes down with an injury.
Nakamura should be given a mouth piece to help his transition on the Main Roster. Paul Ellering would be my top pick and he'e only be needed for TV's
The AoP were almost on this list but there recent pairing with Drake Maverick and Title Win took them off.
Finally I'd send Tye Dillinger back down or do an angle where he tries to cut weight to make the 205 Live Roster. Having another technical wrestler in the vein of Drew Gulak could help that brand out a bit, and Dillinger could work there as either a face or uber cocky heel who thinks he's better than the rest of the division because he's the Perfect 10.

The Hashtag that "Started the Revolution" came AFTER Triple H was rebuilding the division in NXT already. Hardcore fans saw what was happening in NXT and wanted the same on the Main Roster.
It also wasn't because fans wanted to see more of Nikki or Brie. They wanted to see more from AJ Lee and Emma (who was fantastic in NXT and wasted so hard on the main roster)
The only reason Nikki and Brie still have jobs in the WWE right now is Total Diva's and Total Bella's. I think the moment those shows are cancelled by E! those two women will pursue other ventures outside of the WWE. Brie may stick around for the sake of Brian but I doubt it, the Bella's already don't work many (if any house shows) due to their other commitments.
Triple H and the freedom he was given to do whatever he wanted with NXT and when he gave the Women the chance to show that they could truly go in the ring they all delivered in spades. Nattie, Paige & Emma were the first do that. They were followed quickly by the WWE Four Horsewomen and then Asuka, Ember Moon and now Shayna Baszler and Kairi Sane and their class.
If only those women were truly given the same chances on the Main Roster the entire "Revolution/Evolution" would be a much better position in my opinion.
Right now I think that Rhonda Rousey, while improving in the ring, is holding the Raw Division back. Her build to the championship should have hit a few more road blocks and screw jobs to keep the title off her.

If Hogan hadn't lost to Warrior at WM6 there is a possibility Hogan could have had another reign that could have pushed Bruno's record setting reign.
Other than Warrior there was no one close to Hogan at the time.

While I love having the globe on the belts I do have one minor complaint.
I feel that the UK should be more prominent in the globes than Africa

Another thought I had to go with some others on here.
If Sting had signed with Titan Sports and stuck around for the entire duration of the Monday Night Wars. We may not even be watching Wrestling as it today.
The Time-Warner/AOL Merger would have still happened. WWE may have very well lost the Monday Night Wars and been put out of business by WCW. WCW would have still go onto being a money losing arm for their parent company and after Ted Turner lost power they would have been closed down. I don't think ECW would have survived much longer than the did and TNA wouldn't have started up until well after the guaranteed money deals the WCW big stars had would have run out.
Yes Professional Wrestling would still be around today but I don't think anyone would have a Primetime Monday Night slot following both the closure of WWE & WCW. I do believe that the old territories would have eventually returned as well once Vince McMahon was out of the business.

While I am not the greatest fan of either Bella's in ring work. I do feel that people like to use them as an example every time one of them makes a mistake.
In the match where Brie missed her two dives I believe that the first was a miscommunication between her and Sarah Logan. I think Logan was suppose to block that dive, which is why Brie stopped short only for Logan to not be position to do so.
The second dive Brie came up way too short which tells me that is a move she should really take out of her move set. If you can't dive Simply don't it.
As for her kick to Liv, that once again was a miscommunication as Liv didn't get back into position in time for the first kick that caught her in the head. She had no chance of protecting herself on the second. Mind you the match should have ended right there when Brie went for the cover, everyone knew Liv was rocked at that point and the referee should have called it then. We all know the WWE would have just extended another segment on Raw to make up for the shortage in time.
I mention those cause after watching last weeks Mae Young Classic match between Isla Dawn and Nicole Matthews no one on here is talking about the botch between the two. For those who missed it Isla lifted Matthews onto her shoulder only to stumble and both women hit the mat hard. No one was hurt in that situation and since it didn't involve a Bella I think no one cared.
Accidents happen in the ring on any given night. Mind you I feel that if the Bella's can't commit to improving in the ring (Total Bella/Divas and their Bella Branded businesses take up more and more of their time) then they should both just step away from the ring. Rhonda Rousey is a prime example of this as I personally feel she's getting better all the time. Mind you she's training her rear off to get that way, the Bella's should do the same.

I have to split this list into two categories:
1 - Play by Play Man:
Gorilla Monsoon Gordan Solie Vince McMahon Jim Ross
2 - Color Commentators:
Jessie "the Body" Ventura Bobby "the Brain" Heenan Mike Tenay (He added way more as a color guy then he did as Play by Play in TNA) Jerry Lawlor
HM:
Joey Styles - He was just barely off my list of color guys. I'd even go as far as saying his ECW time puts him on par with Jim Ross but having the WWE hold him back hurt his stock in my eyes.

If he's forced to watch the show like this, it's no wonder he doesn't like it. Here's the original off his twitter: link

I'd also produce numerous squash matches during my TV shows and build toward quarterly specials on either PPV or an Internet Broadcasting service.
TITLES:
Worlds Heavyweight Women's Championship World Tag Team
I went with men and women who are currently active - even on a part time basis like Trish.
To launch the promotion I'd open with a series of round robin matches (Groups of 5) for all divisions. The Worlds Heavyweight Round Robin would culminate in a Fatal Four Way Match to crown the initial champion

Personally I like the LED boards on the ring as it helps give the show a "Big Event" feel (If only the shows themselves lived up to that feeling).
Kevin Dunn needs to be moved into another position if they are unwilling to fire him or force him to retire from his current position. Over the last few years his cuts have gotten worse and worse resulting in the current "Watching a live Earthquake feeling"
The women from the "Diva's Era" have to really step aside and let today's crop of young talented women take the spotlight. The only exception to this is Natalya who was always a wrestler struck in the Diva's Era. If WWE wants to continue with Total Diva's let that show focus on how the women find themselves trying to move on AFTER their days as performers have come to an end.
Despite Roman being the current top merch seller it's time for the WWE to move away from having "THE GUY." There are so many talented wrestlers on the roster today that keep getting pushed aside to make "THE GUY" look good at the end of the day.
Finally I think that the WWE has to hire writers who know WRESTLING. If that means giving the Road Agents more creative control then I am all for this. Those guys understand wrestling as they came from through the business. Dusty Rhodes has always been credited as one of the most creative minds in the business, the WWE should be focusing on trying to cultivate the next Dusty Rhodes. The Wrestlers should also be given more chances to get themselves over organically by sending them out to the ring for promo's with only bullet points on what they have to say. Everyone sounds the exact same in this current era of fully scripted promos. The shows should also return to an old school wrestling feel where the show actually builds towards the Main Event. There should be a decent opening match (not a 30 minute promo) then the show should start building the nights Main Event. Shows can still end with a segment to build the Network Specials (I refuse to use the term PPV anymore).

Shawn Michaels wrestling at SA would be a bad return considering most of the people don't know who he is. If he's going to wrestle again it should be at Wrestlemania. I'm going to take the time time respond to both parts of your post. First the whole "Shawn wrestling at SA would be a bad return considering most of the people don't know who he is." For the Greatest Royal Rumble didn't SA want guys like Yokozuna and the Ultimate Warrior to appear, if they don't know those guys are dead they probably know who Shawn Michaels is over someone like Kevin Owens as an example. Second "If he's going to wrestle again it should be at WrestleMania" While I do agree with that, a Shawn Micheals singles match return should and only happen at WrestleMania, if the SA match is the rumoured DX V BoD I am okay with that match taking place on the SA show or any other WWE Network Special.

I think they're trying to integrate some of the cruiserweights on Raw to give them more TV time. 205 Live seems to be safe even though they should tape it before Smackdown. I think that this is the plan once the Mixed Match Challenge starts again. Tape 205 Live before Smackdown, air Smackdown, air the Mixed Match Challenge on Facebook while 205 (Not Quite) Live airs on the Network. Doing it anyone other way may lead to more people leaving the arena before or during 205 cause if they stay them may not get out of the arena until midnight or so. Smackdown from 8-10 Mixed Match from 10:30 205 Live from 10:30-11:30 is a lot to ask for a Tuesday Night especially for fans who brings there kids to the tapings. Just do all the Main Event matches before Raw goes on the air for the next few weeks and things should be back to normal once the Mixed Match Challenge Wraps up. I also see 205 being moved to Full Sail the closer we get to Smackdown moving to Fox and Friday Nights. Although it hasn't been confirmed one way or another (at least to my knowledge) Smackdown will remain Live once they make the move to Fox. With all the money Fox is investing into acquiring Smackdown it doesn't make sense to me they would want to run a pre-taped show as those shows tend to have way lower numbers when it comes to Wrestling.
