All I can say is... Wow. What a job by the WWE too to completely swerve ESPN. They didn't tell them that he was going to resign on purpose so that they would give him this airtime in the hope he would be revealing he's coming back to the UFC. Well the WWE got them hook, line and sinker, with a full 5 minute slot, prime time, for free just five days before Wrestlemania.
I'm also ecstatic about the news too, I never saw it coming but I thought he'd still work the Rock next year. One things for sure, it all but confirms he will get a huge reaction on Sunday now. Have to worry for Reigns now though, it makes me wonder that if Reigns was still going over then they probably wouldn't want all this added support for Lesnar? It really throws the whole thing in the air now, although I still think a Reigns is going over with Lesnar vs a The Rock to follow.

It's like the WWE has become too afraid to let anybody get the upper hand on their opponent going into Wrestlemania now. Usually it's just one feud, but apart from Cena vs Rusev, virtually every other important Match the two haven't laid a finger on each other. I can't believe they've had 2 whole months since Roman Reigns won the Rumble and left it until the last Raw before Wrestlemania to even have them in the same ring together.
I just cannot buy into Reigns beating Lesnar. I don't understand why he would have what it takes to do it. It makes more sense for an ultimate underdog to do so, but they are billing him almost as parallel as Lesnar himself. He literally comes across as the WWE's puppet right now, doing everything they ask, the way they say it. He just seems to add nothing himself, he's like their personal actor. It's a shame that there was no physical interaction between the two, but I guess that's just the WWE being scared of one guy looking stronger than the other. The lack of trust put into Roman Reigns by only giving him 1.5 minutes of air time on the last Raw before he Main Events Wrestlemania just about sums it up.

This Segment should of happened at Wrestlemania.

The only positive is that because my expectations and excitement levels are low, that the Show itself might pleasantly surprise me. It definitely doesn't feel like Wrestlemania Season though.

It's pretty depressing that less than one week away from Wrestlemania 31, we are more excited and intrigued about Wrestlemania 32. This years does indeed feel like a 'filler' to buy them time to next year's Showcase. It's hard to predict what the situation will be for a lot of Superstars, but I'd like to see something like this;
John Cena vs Stone Cold
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins vs Dean Ambrose
The Rock vs Brock Lesnar
Undertaker vs Sting
Kurt Angle vs Daniel Bryan
I also had a thought that after The Undertaker vs Sting Match, once Sting leaves, The Undertaker's Music will be played acoustic on a piano, with a childrens choir dressed as angels doing a harmony on the Stage as they welcome Taker to Heaven.

Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar and The Rock.

If Brock Lesnar wins at Wrestlemania 31, for me it will be almost as big of a shock as when he ended the Streak. He's set to leave, his run has built up to this point, they have built Reigns as much as they can for this moment. They want him to be the Star for the forseeable future. Even Lesnar beating Undertaker was done in order to build a new Star. If Lesnar wins I would absolutely mark out.

If anything, I think Lesnar has it in his divine right to put on one of the best Matches he can, to prove to everybody that he is head and shoulders above anyone as WWE Champion even if Reigns is winning. I'd even like him to shoot at Reigns during the Match and say something along the lines of "carrying his ass". It's going to be a real shame that the most authentic, credible and complete WWE Champion in history is leaving us.
However, with all of this constant make Roman look strong stuff, I wouldn't put it past him beating Lesnar clean in about 8 minutes.

Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns vs Kane & Roman Reigns vs Sheamus will be the first Title defences for the new Champion.
Still no real plan for Daniel Bryan, probably a feud with Dolph Ziggler.
Hopefully Finn Balor makes his debut the night after Wrestlemania, infront of a Crowd that would appreciate his first appearance.
I'm not entirely sure what they have planned for Cena though, maybe a feud with Sheamus too.

I guess they think his actual voice isn't fitting for his look, and they wanted to add more mystique to it.

Yeah, the main thing that got to me was that Lesnar once again didn't speak, and didn't even interact with Roman Reigns. I understand Heyman is Lesnar's mouthpiece, but with everything that has gone on as of late surrounding Lesnar, it would have been perfect for Lesnar to retaliate out of anger either on the Mic, or by doing something physically to Reigns. As each week goes by, we are getting less and less progression. There isn't even anything that Triple H can do as realistically, everything that needs to be said has already been said, and Sting doesn't even speak. The Wyatt stuff is even starting to get strenuous, and the way they had the 'Rest in Piece' voice over was so cringey, it ruined the mystique of the Undertaker's reply immediately. The past three weeks have been dedicated to Orton vs Rollins, which in all honesty is the least important of the 5 Big Matches at Wrestlemania.

In all honesty, while some Matches may be a dream for some people, I genuinely believe that a 'Dream Match' is defined by being a Mega Match, or something we thought we wouldn't see, e.g. a John Cena vs The Rock, Rock vs Hogan.
Realistically, there aren't too many Matches remaining now. I'd say on paper, Stone Cold vs John Cena, Stone Cold vs Brock Lesnar, The Rock vs Brock Lesnar II, Undertaker vs Sting and Kurt Angle vs Daniel Bryan are up there.

The bigger picture is, what progression for the future do we have if it's Brock Lesnar vs Daniel Bryan? Bryan is already a Top Star after last year's Wrestlemania, they need to build new ones, even if they aren't completely ready yet.

The whole point is that Daniel Bryan vs The Authority is meant to be the modern-day Austin vs McMahon.

I just think there isn't room on the Card for another big Singles feud, which is why Bryan is being bumped to the Intercontinental Championship Match. Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus would work great though as what way to create an instantly over heel than by putting him up against everyone's much loved Daniel Bryan. The problem is though that we already have Lesnar vs Reigns, Cena vs Rusev, Undertaker vs Wyatt, Triple H vs Sting and Rollins vs Orton.

I really would have thought that by now they'd be in full swing, but they are still taking it far too casually. It's like we wont even see Undertaker until Wrestlemania, and Sting until the go-home Show. If they want to entice viewers, then they have to get a move on.

Without a doubt. If he does get a good reaction at Wrestlemania 31 it will be purely as the fans will be unhappy at Lesnar's decision to leave.

Originally, I thought this was going to be Lesnar vs Goldberg all over again. Then, after the Rumble I thought everyone would be firmly behind Lesnar and against Reigns. By the time Wrestlemania comes though, I think the Crowd will infact be behind Reigns as by then we will know that Lesnar is officially back off to the UFC, which nobody will like, thus supporting Reigns, which is a total shame. The fans best wanted scenario will be for a Rollins cash in, which I can't see happening. I will be rooting for Lesnar though, regardless.
