what time is the update usually? It used to be around 5 or 6 Central time...but for the past month or two it's been late as hell. As in, The Office might be on before the updates have been up. I wish they'd update overnight like the 360 does. It'd be a lot better than waiting all day when something really good comes out. |

They really need to fix the stolen base outs/safe because im clearly safe and am being called out. This happens MULTIPLE times in a game so its not some intentional mistake, also the hitting is Alot harder this year.

Log onto the PS store Click Demos from the categories Click the first box that reads DEMOS Click on MLB 09 and click download You'll go to a new window, click on the MLB The Show Demo download A window will popup, click download in background. Exit the PS store. You can check the progress under the Network icon. Once it's done downloading it will be in a bubble under the Game icon. Click it and it shouldn't take more than a couple minutes to install. The download itself takes quite a bit of time though. |

The thing that my friend loves is that he finally has new yankee stadium. He hated how when he had a dynasty on 08, EVERY single year was the "last" year at yankee stadium. lmao

Hitting is a lot harder in MLB 09 The Show.....you reeeaaally have to stay back on pitches. I found myself WAY out in front most of the time the first time I played the demo.

I have always struggled with hitting in the first two innings in an '08 game, then I score little by little. The way I win games is by pitching. On '08 I have had 4 no hitters, 5 one hitters, and 4 two hitters. All of those games were won 4-0 or 3-0, or something like that. |
