I don't understand how you can say Lesnar, Evans and Jackson don't get respect. You seem to be pulling these accusations out of your ass. I have seen people praise what Lesnar has done, as I have. Doing what he did in an extremely short span is great for him. But he lost to Mir. Like it or not, it's a loss on his record. And about Evans, he's obviously good. He has an undefeated record (although Ortiz would have beaten him) and he's the current Light Heavyweight champion. Where do you see he doesn't get respect? And Jackson pretty much speaks for himself. A great fighter in PRIDE and a great fighter in UFC. He needs no real explanation. All if your claims stem from Lesnar's likes/dislikes from different people. I guess you need to learn the term "opinion". an opinion is fine.. but Rampage wins..and maybe throws a punch or two more than he was supposed to and people say how wrong that was and blah blah blah. but Wanderlei pushes Rampage at the weigh-ins and that is fine? Wait...your comparing major shots to someone who was unconscious while the ref is trying pry him off him, to a push? Hm... If you read my post you can see how I praised Rampage for fighting a perfect fight and catching him. I havent seen any hate for him on these boards. Hah, this "Lesnar was beating his ass at first" argument is funny. No one ever says "Tim Sylvia was beating Nogueira the whole fight, so Nogueira's win doesn't mean as much". These things happen in MMA all the time. I realize Lesnar was beating Mir up, but in the end, who won? Mir. And that wasn't an intentional strike to the back of Mir's head either and it certainly didn't warrant a deducted point or a ing separation. Uhm, you realise it doesnt matter if Brock meant to do it or not right? An illegal blow is an illegal blow. I agree with you that there was no way the fight should have been stopped, maybe a warning at most, but who knows if Brock would have finished him, it sure looked like it but who knows.

I thought some of you might want this photo for sigs or whatever. That is an AWESOME photo. Almost as good as the one with Page posing next to an out cold Liddell.

Here we go: There was no "grazing," you can see clearly a few shots to the back of the head. It looks like at 2 seperate times he hits him on the back of the head, but the first time it doesn't show a good enough angle to know for sure. Keep in mind, I dont think they should have been stepped up at all, expecially when Brock was in such a dominating position.

There was also another angle that they played during the event that clearly shows it too.

Rampage is looking so impressive in the UFC. His only disappointing fight was against Griffin... ..and apparently Rampage said a title shot would be cool and all but the only thing on his mind right now is a fight with Griffin..it is the fight that he thinks about day and night.. and to be honest I would rather see Griffin vs. Rampage II than a Evans vs. Rampage fight. I think Evans first title fight needs to be against Lyoto Machida. So that Machida can finally go against an extremely strong wrestler but at the same time a surprisingly good striker in Evans. So finally Machida can get knocked the f*** out and everybody could shutup about how he is the future of the sport.

Two undefeated fighters going at it is a great idea. Machida would be in a good spot to fight Evans down the line.

I really liked the whole night of fights and had a good night in picking the fights as I went 7-3 in picking the winners for all the fights that night. This was my highest points total on UFC fantasy with 211 points, I ranked 58 out 23830 which is my seconded highest as I was 50 in the fight for the troops event.

Just like you knew Rampage had NO ing chance and Wandy was going to destroy him once again??? Yea, your an idiot.... So, I'm an idiot for thinking that since Wanderlei descimated Rampage twice before that he couldn't do it again?? Sure thing buddy...Big deal...I was wrong. I can't be right all the time and neither can you. Just keep this in mind. Wanderlei still has 1-up on Rampage. Rampage was due, that's all. It was his night, just like the two times before were Wandy's nights. Frank Mir got lucky against Brock the first time due to shoddy officiating. That will not happen again because Mazzagatti won't be there to save Mir's ass again. I really cannot wait for this fight just so Brock can shut the haters like you up.

Rampage was due? It was his night? Come on man you have said in numerous threads he didn't have a F***ING PRAYER....and that is quoting you. I made a thread in the sports hub and nobody gave him a chance. You were one of the most adamant against this fight even taking place since it was announced because it would just be an embarrassment for Rampage because Wanderlei would knock him out again. just let it go.

i'd much rather see a rampage/evans fight. if rampage is to win that, have him face griffin but i think if griffin was to lose two fights in a row it would be the end of him. he looked very weak in his match against rashad

So you want to give Rampage a title shot, then Griffin, who just LOST the title mind you, fights the winner? Even at its worst, MMA and boxing matchmaking don't do things like that. When you lose the belt, unless there are grounds for an immediate rematch (see Vitor vs. Couture II, Fedor vs. Noguiera II), the champ who just lost the belt is back to square one essentially. Forrest lost the belt and has to EARN another shot at it. I don't get the logic in handing out a title shot to the guy who just got destroyed.
