I think your beef should be with the attorney general who said they will continue to enforce federal laws against m.j. they want to tax and regulate it.. but doesn't that make local and state officials an accessory in violating federal laws? The problem is that the federal government has no right to create laws against marijuana use to begin with, as defined by Article Four of the Constitution. So my problem really begins with the federal government in general.
