Damn, that's a hard one. It's pretty even for me, with maybe the streak being a little more shocking.

Hogan definitely. Nobody saw that coming at all. People thought that Undertaker MIGHT lose one day.
Nobody during that time period thought Hogan would turn heel like that.

Wow. That's quite the question. I'll go with my heart and say the Streak ending. But Hogan joining the NWO is just as shocking and took place at a time where spoilers and rumors didn't ruin things months in advance.
If I wasn't bias, I'd have to say Hogan simply because the Lesnar/Undertaker match was a much slower pace match where as Hogan turning took place in the middle of a high energy moment of "Hogan coming to save the day!".

The Streak. I wasn't watching wrestling when Hogan joined the nWo, but I'd imagine if it happened nowadays, most people would have predicted it. The Montreal Screwjob may be the only thing as shocking as the Streak ending.

i wasn't watching wrestling during Hogan's turn, so it's pretty easy for me to say that Taker's streak ending was the most shocking moment in my fifteen years as a fan.

I don't know. For me, Hogan had already been stale for a while when he turned. Seemed like a logical thing to do. And back then wrestling overall was more shocking so it didn't really surprise me too much. It was more like, 'good they finally did something new with Hogan.' Similar to if Cena were to turn heel it wouldn't be shocking, it would be a relief.
21-1 was much more unexpected. Not that he lost... but who he lost to. And in a less-than-stellar match.
Should have been a poll! I vote 21-1

Considering how nothing is a surprise anymore, the streak ending should be more shocking.
To be fair though, I wasn't watching back then, so my opinion is kind of irrelevant.

The Streak. The looks on the faces of the crowd members speak for itself. I was no different. Complete and utter shock, and I'm still unbelievably shocked over it.
Hogan had been booed for at least 3 years before his turn, and had already teased heel turns up until that point.

Hogan, I felt this was the year the streak would end, just questioned why Brock and not a younger guy that could build a career off it. Although, when that 3rd count hit, I still couldn't believe it and was just as quiet as everyone else.

21-1 for me as Undertaker is my hero, and it killed my childhood. Of course I wasn't even 1 when Hogan turned so I wasn't watching then.

Hogan joining NWO. Going into Sunday's match, I assumed Taker would win, but if anyone were to end the streak it'd be one of his closest friends.

Tough question! I have to say Hogan though, just because I never thought Hulk could be a heel. 21-1 was darn shocking too though! I never saw it coming, but I have to give the edge to Hogan just by a tad bit.
