I like it. It's cool. But I like Balor just as much without it. The Demon paint may bring in new fans and kids will surely eat it up. I do wish he'd steal a page from Stardust/Cody and change up his move-set a lil when he is the Demon King. And maybe spit red mist out like Muta/Tajiri.

Balor and the Demon gimmick is awesome, but the overuse of "Demon King" and wasting the Demon entrance on Raw was stupid

Balor and the Demon gimmick is awesome, but the overuse of "Demon King" and wasting the Demon entrance on Raw was stupid The fan ruined it. I have to imagine the plain was more smoke, but they didn't in fear of another fan waiting to jump the rail. Now I feel they'll redesign his entrance to further protect the wrestlers. Which is a good idea, but its always ruined by one bunghole.

The world these days is a crazy place, so security needs to get their crap together.

It really shocks me that he got THAT close. You're very right, something bad could have happened to Seth. It's crazy that security let it get that far. I thought they were "upping" security since the last fan ran in. But you also have to give Seth tons of credit. He handled that like a pro. He stalled for a few but picked up like it was nothing! There aren't many guys who could do that. I doubt Finn could and no way Roman or Ziggler could.

I don't get why everyone thinks demon king is awful, that's what Balor means, it's how he got his name, plus he's said that the paint makes him more comfortable in the ring, which adds a cool little factor in it.

Everytime they said Demon King, I thought they said Demon Kane.
I think the debut of the paint would have been much more effective at the PPV, instead of giving it away on tv.

Demon Balor is cool. The term 'demon king' is not.

I think this might have been on the local crew more than WWE. To my knowledge, WWE only has a couple of guys around ringside (one at house shows.) They delegate to the local crew where to be and what to do. Last night was likely a product of the local crew being lackadaisical and/or being in the wrong position. Who knows, though. Every time I've been at a house show in the last year, WWE's guy constantly has to tell the local crew where to be, and they don't listen well. None of them ever seem to be taking their job particularly seriously.

I like regular leather jacket Finn better honestly.. So we could hope WWE brings back Duece and Domino, say the Demon King died in a game of chicken, and now the "Demons" are a high school hooligan gang from the 50's that wear leather jackets amd snap to the ring?

The local crew is literally rental security guards who put their names in as a lottery on who works the venue through the venues selected security company. WWE's security is private. Local security can't get physical with a patron. WWE security and the local PD can. Basically, venue security is there for looks.

Local security can't get physical with a patron. WWE security and the local PD can. Basically, venue security is there for looks. Evidently, they need a larger in-house crew. Like I said, they've got one guy on the venue floor for house shows. I've never seen more than two at televised events. Granted, I'm sure there are others in other parts of the arena or backstage on reserve, but they're not able to stop something like last night from happening. The number of times WWE's guy would tell a local guy to do something, only for him to do the exact opposite at a pair of shows I was at last month, was baffling.

It's lame as s*** and has been for awhile. The paint changes nothing about his matches nor his overall character. It's just Finn Balor dressing up for Halloween when it's not even Halloween. It's a lame gimmick that has been played out because he overused the s*** out of the paint.
