Do we need photograph proof of the crappy calls the refs have made, both ways, regarding the Wings/Flames series? There have been weak calls going both ways. Last year we had the GWG go against Manny tipped off of a high stick, which either KMIS or Chosen1 had in their sig for awhile. If you want examples from last game, two come to mind. Bertuzzi being held, and Zetterberg being interferred with during the go ahead goal that Calgary scored.
As alot of other Wings fans are saying, Lidstrom will never be that bad again and Hasek is always tremendous after a loss, so I'm expecting the next two to go our way. Besides, our best guys didn't show up and we still BARELY lost the game. We've got the depth to do it this year.
Anyone else notice how Dan Cleary is turning into a huge asset to this team? The guy laid a great hit on Phaneuf last night and Dion looked rattled the rest of the game. If he does the same thing to cheap shot Iginla next time, we'll see what happens.

The Thrashers know how to really blow it in the playoffs. If they would of won at least one game, it would of been better than getting sweped! At least they made the playoffs this year.

Although I'm now on the Isles side of things, I really don't mind to see Drury rock shit. He's simply god.
The way I look at this series is, Drury and Smyth fighting for my love.

Just got back from the game...oh, how sweep it is!
I've never heard the Garden as loud as it was tonight...I thought last night was loud, tonight was 100x crazier. When the referee signaled Cullen's shot was a goal, the place went absolutely balistic.
Still lots of work to be done, but I feel comfortable with where we're at. My only concern is if we end up having a week off or something while waiting for everyone else to wrap up their series'. We might be a little rusty, but we'll get over it.
Unbelievable games these past 2 nights at the Garden...now, my hunt begins for round 2 tickets.
PS - The referees just flatout hate Sean Avery. The guy gets high-sticked, elbowed, cross-checked and they don't call a thing on the opponents.

Including myself, there is a total of 8 kids wearing some form of Rangers memorabillia today, which I consider impressive for a school of less than 500.
My count includes the following: 2 standard blue home jerseys with no name. 2 Petr Prucha t-shirt's(including myself) 2 Jaromir Jagr jerseys (one standard home, one alternate) 1 practice jersey, and 1 Michael Nylander jersey.

I didn't see anyone wearing any Rangers merchandise today. The only person I saw was some kid in a Lundqvist jersey at the mall last weekend.
I wore my "Be A Ranger" Playoff t-shirt today that I got at the Garden yesterday.
