Confirmed by his Twitter. Pretty sad, but if he goes back to ROH he could do great business.

Such a great talent that the WWE misused repeatedly. He was by far the best member of The Wyatt Family.

So I guess him getting his first name back was a parting gift? Confirmed.

He actually went so much further then I thought he ever would. He got a little IC Title run and a bum of a tag title run. Eh, see ya.

That big dude can go. Him and Claudio had a classic in the cage at Chikara.

He looked great in his match at Axxess. I was hoping it would be a sign of things to come. Sounds like it will be, just outside of WWE.

This is a good move for him. It’s apparent that WWE really don’t know how to use him, and with the size of their roster these days, it’s unlikely they’ll figure it out anytime soon. I hope wherever he ends up, he’ll get to show what he can do.

That's really unfortunate but can't say I blame him. I never gave Harper much attention during his run with the company, but coincidentally caught his match with Dominik Dijakovic during the first part of the Worlds Collide tournament a couple of days back. I remember thinking "wow, this dude is actually super talented". It's a shame WWE can't seem to figure out what to do with a number of individuals currently in their talent pool. Hopefully he'll find success in wherever he goes next.

Good for him! I'm guessing there was no plan for him after the shakeup. Better to get out now rather than after several months of jobbing. I'm a huge fan. It's painfully obvious that WWE saw the Bludgeon Bros. as his ceiling. Rowan is godawful but they clearly see far more in him than they do Harper. They had a perfect chance to pull the trigger after he finally cut ties with Wyatt and had that match with Orton. The fans were into it, the match was good, but they just didn't even give it a chance. Meanwhile people nobody cares about get pushed for months when it's obviously not working. Good on him, I hope he does great, makes more money, and has all the fun that he wants. Bonus points for being a fellow upstate NYer

It's best to get out before becoming the 3rd Viking.

We lost both out wifebeater wearing guys in the same month. Big F for Luke and Dean. Also, that Harper guy on these boards is on suicide watch, right?

So they gave him his name back and now he wants to leave. He was content when he was just Harper. Yeah he was entertaining but honestly I won’t miss him, because I’m so use to him not being around because of injury.
