Sabu vs Taz
Before the infamous feud these two ECW legends would have starting in late 95, They would have a little run as tag champs together plus going back either further Taz would defeat Sabu for the TV Title.I really liked Taz during his ''Tazmaniac'' days here. But the famous feud would begin at N2R 95 with Taz turning heel and joinng up with Bill Alfonso and Sabu returning to the company after a failed stint in WCW.It was then for a good year Taz would call out Sabu to face him but he would always get no response. They would be in the ring at times but they would never get physcial. Loved the storytelling here. It was at ECW's first PPV Barely Legal in which these would finally lock horns. In the end Taz would prevail by choking out Sabu. In a twist though Fonzie would turn on his man and join up with Sabu and RVD.Great double turn here that nobody saw coming. From there we would see Taz team up with Chris Candido to face the Sabu/RVD that Summer. The big rematch between the two would take place at WrestlePalooza that June in which Sabu would get his revenge by defeating his foe. It was on and off between these two following this. They would have battles for the TV Title later on that year plus they would face off in tag team matches. The final stretch of the feud would come in late 98 when Sabu would win the FTW Title in a 3 way dance against Taz and Justin Credible. He would have a little run with it before losing it back to it's rightful owner at Living Dangerously 99.Their final match together would come later that year on TNN in which Sabu would defeat em one more time to end the feud once and for all. Overall... Very memorable feud here between two of my fav ECW guys. The build to Barely Legal with no interaction is in the same vein of the build for Hogan/Sting in WCW but ECW had the better result at the PPV. Definitely a feud you should check out if you wanna get into the extreme.Thumbs up

Sabu vs Taz was a great feud but their Barely Legal match I felt was underwhelming. Their Living Dangerously match was better. I don’t like that Sabu didn’t win a lot of their matches.

Taz was such a badass back then, most of the time I forgot that he was so short! You always believed that he was a legit threat and him going against that crazy SOB Sabu was awesome. I did not get into ECW until 1995 with Double Tables and it was a friend of my dads who had the bootleg tapes (I am not sure if ECW was on here in the UK a this time actually) so i did not see every show, but I always loved the ones that I was able to see. Taz and Sabu were certainly two of my favorites, another great write up my man

Taz vs Sabu was absolute gold....great stuff. 2 very believable hardasses beating 17 shades of sh*t out of one another...greatness.

I loved the music video showing highlights of both Taz and Sabu to the tune “King Nothing” right after they showed Paul Heyman making the announcement of the match.

Taz and Sabu were great. The only ECW PPV I ordered live was one they headlined, great match. It also had a great match between RVD and Jerry Lynn. And Sycho Sid destroyed all the Dudley's.

Ahhh LOD vs NDs...
As a kid the prospect of this excited the hell outta me. But when the NDs squared up to LOD they weren't all that big...match @rr92 wasn't bad at all but seemingly Vince hated it 🤷♂️

Legion of Doom vs Natural DisastersThese two big man teams would first cross paths at SSlam 91.It happened after the Disasters picked up the W over the Bushwhackers when afterwards they would target Andre the Giant who was on crutches at this time. Before they could get to the big man, LOD would storm out to a big pop and make sure nothing happened. This in turn set up the next big feud for the belts. In the Fall they kept the Disasters strong by squashing ham n eggers all the while proclaiming their intent on getting the gold.Their first confrontation would come at SSeries that year in which LOD and the Boss Man fought the Disasters and IRS.In the end the babyfaces would prevail but this one was far from over. Their first official match together would come in Japan that December for the belts. In the end LOD would prevail. The big climax of the feud would happen in January at the Rumble with the Disasters winning the match by count out but no cigar on the belts.I liked this match personally. Just 4 big dudes battling it out. It was teased post match that the feud wasnt over but in February Money Inc would defeat LOD for the belts at a house show in Denver.LOD would be taken off TV big part due to Hawk failing a drug test with the Disasters turning babyface to feud with the new champs thus ending this feud. Overall... Fun big man feud here. I was a fan of both teams so this one I was invested in.Shame they couldnt squeeze it out till Mania but with Hawks problems during this time I can understand why.

I was convinced the Disasters were taking the belts at the '92 Rumble. After the show I thought LOD would be good for a while, and then came Money Inc. shortly.
