Hopefully they include that belt with someone else. No desire for anything else. Bret’s color is too bad to display, already headswapped E74 head onto EG Goldberg, metal plate is a useless accessory because it doesn’t go with that attire, Nitro shirt is even more useless because no one in WCW ever wore that Nitro shirt (Flair wore a different version on last Nitro).

Bret's colour scheme reminds me of an alternate palette choice you'd find in one of the midway games  I kinda don't hate it, even though it's horribly inaccurate (I head the head and slim body more). If it goes on sale on ringside for around $20 I'd get it. It's not worth paying customs fees for. |

Those comparison shots make me sad. How can they mess up this much. It’s almost red! 🤦🏻♂️
The first few Bret’s were much better quality. Moulded skin torso. And also more accurate pant graphics that don’t wrap around the whole leg!
Sorry for the rant but it’s not hard to give him a moulded skin torso and get the pink right. Someone had to have signed this off!?

Nearly every release has issues/inaccuracies and that has been going on for years!

Another half-arsed release, what a surprise... Why people keep defending Mattel i'll never know! Nearly every release has issues/inaccuracies and that has been going on for years! Don't complain about inaccuracy too loud or people will cry about you wanting these things to at least be accurate representations of the people they depict. Seeing these pics, I guess I'm just happy I'll be getting the US belt and that Goldberg because that Bret is one of the worst  ing figures Mattel has ever done and there's no defending it. |

Is Bret Hart really this much lean and slim as his all figures? Bret was a lot more jakked than Mattel gives him credit In his younger days he was a bit leaner but since early 90s he’s been 230 and he’s 6.1 I believe |

This is one of the rare instances where you have to ask what they were thinking
The laces on boots type complaints etc are imo a big ott but this colour choice ruins the figure as you just can’t see past it and it’s not even close to the colour Bret wore. It’s the equivalent of doing Austin in blue trunks. It’s not even a shade of pink.
As a Bret completist this is a pass

I feel bad saying it but I kind of hope Storm collectibles do some Bret figures. It’s not going to get any better from Mattel. In fact the quality was far better on the early Bret elites.

Bret looks awesome with the round glasses on the DM. I’m still upset they screwed up the color on this Bret man. Could someone ask Steve or Bill what happened??

I’ve reached out to both with no response. Hopefully they’re going to do a running change on it. Interestingly I bought two Bret Ultimates and one had a painted torso and one a moulded torso so I’m hoping they change that on this too. The colour never seems to match the arms very well.

I don't see a running change happening. But I'm sure they'll revisit WCW era Bret Hart if he remains available to them. Which drives me crazy. Just commit to fixing this either by change or confirming 100% another WCW Bret will happen.
