I’ve reached out to both with no response. Hopefully they’re going to do a running change on it. Interestingly I bought two Bret Ultimates and one had a painted torso and one a moulded torso so I’m hoping they change that on this too. The colour never seems to match the arms very well. There won't be a running change. The question was asked multiple times in the Q&A thread and was skipped over repeatedly. It's not going to be acknowledged in any meaningful way. |

I don’t think the tights are that off. I’d assume this is the look they were going off of. From thunder 1999. His tights were a darker color and even the knee pads were different colors from the tights.     |

I think the problem is it’s not a shiner/brighter pink. It looks like a dull color. Like the shadows of his tights in the pic of him and Goldberg with the titles. That said I still think it looks like a good figure. Although I think you should have straightened out the figure before you took the pics. It look like the outer tights designs aren’t aligned correctly. Nor are his knee pads and boots. The way they are positioned he looks oddly bow-legged. I think it would look much better if you aligned those parts and then took the pics.

Can anyone explain the major differences between a bret wwe outfit vs a wcw outfit? The ones pictured look no different to what he would wear during the attitude era in wwe. Unless i see him pictured in a wcw arena id never know the difference

The only real differences were that his logo is enlarged on the torso, and he used black wrist tape in wcw. The alignment of hitman text and flames down the sides, and logo on the back of his tights were a combo that he never wore in WWF too. Granted it might appear a tad nit-picky but to someone like me who loved Bret, I could see an attire and automatically reel off where and when he wore it, and it matters. As would be the case for collectors as realism is paramount

i dont understand the hate for this bret figure lol .. i have it, and it looks great .. they did an awesome job with it .. i dont care for the wcw shirt at all, but for display purposes, this was a good pick up ..
