Could anyone who has it in hand post a pic against a white background with decent lighting? There’s a camera flash causing the torso to look brighter than the limbs, because the lighting isn’t the best.  This picture definitely does the colour a bit more justice for sure. I still think it's off, but not as much as I'd first thought. |

He looks ok on his own but if you were take a photo on a white background with another ‘pink’ Bret it would look bad I’m sure.
Is no one else annoyed about another painted skin torso for Bret? It’s such a pet hate of mine. The colours never match and it always marks really easily.

Got mine today and no, even in hand that's not pink.
The head on mine looks significantly better than the one I got with the UE Bret though. Thought that was interesting.

The US belt is kinda huge, even on Goldberg. I don't care, I'm still happy to have it but maybe if they give us the two plate version that nobody involved in the SDCC video knew existed, they'll resize it. Probably not, though. The pics of Bret’s actual attire that were posted in this thread shows that. And it’s no different than you defending Jazwares on the AEW boards with the choices of their skin tones and rubber lower torso. Let’s forget for a minute the color of the skin which they claim they are going to correct. Their limbs don’t match the torsos perfectly either. That being said while they aren’t nearly perfect they are still very solid figures as is this Hitman figure. It’s not perfect but it’s a solid release. But I am done arguing with you about this. |

I’m still trying to figure out how they got the color wrong. They’ve made plenty of Bret’s before and the Ultimate edition was closer in shade to this attire than what they chose. This is a constant issue with Mattel and color choices. Honestly, they should revise this set with the proper color.

This actually is different than the AEW figures because Jazwares DIDN'T CHOOSE THOSE SKINTONES for series 1. It was a factory error. Mattel, or more apecifically Bill, chose the color for this Bret figure and it's wrong. I also never said I wanted the tights to match the pink on the boots. I said the color on the boots was actually pink. And it is. |

I just brought it up because you defended it on the AEW figure board. I said while a little pale, and the limbs and torso shades were slightly off, but I didn’t think it was a deal breaker or that bad. I did say I wasn’t happy with using the soft rubber/pvc for the lower torso. And you defend that say Magic said it would be fine, but unless he’s been using it for 7 plus years he really doesn’t know how it’ll hold up. But all in all I think they are solid figures. And I think the same for this Hitman. It just seems you are more than willing to give Jeremy and Magic passes yet you aren’t giving Bill the same courtesy. I do agree with you about the title being slightly large. But at least we have it. It was my most wanted title followed by the Television Title.  And there’s been things from Mattel I have complained about such as the wrong torso on Surfer Sting (Austin torso is perfect), and his super thin thighs. And giving him laced boots. Using a torso that’s to thin for Undertaker and Mr Perfect figures. Ziggler elites being totally jacked and out of scale with the rest of the line since e19. As well as the flesh tone painted torsos and faces (bearded DB) And scale being off between the elites and basics of the same person. Most Sting & Bret’s as well as Anvil, the latest Orton’s and McIntyre basics have all been grossly shorter than their Elite counterparts. If I see something I think majorly wrong I call them out on it. |

How many times has Steve mentioned in the Q&A thread about telling design about an issue that needed to be corrected, but was ignored? Obviously Steve doesn't want to throw Bill under the bus, but he's probably as pissed off as the rest of us. Bill needs to up his game big time. He's been getting away with error filled releases for far too long. |
