I wanna buy a couple of the Kanes when the running change has gone out. Will RSC let us know that we're definitely getting the change when we order?
I can't say I want to deal with the hassle of Mattel's customer service

Well I certainly never expected them to offer replacement parts, that’s great. I guess I’ll try to wait to see Kane in stores before I buy one

So it wasn’t a conspiracy by Mattel avoiding questions but instead them waiting until they had an answer before addressing it. Y’all think Steve woulda gained your trust by now to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Bring back Brother Love so he can see the good news. Haha I saw it! It’s great news! Nice to see them come through on fixing their epic f***-up. I’m not really understanding the platform of “WAAAAH y’all should not have complained! Give Steve the benefit of the doubt”. It’s like um, the volume of complaints are exactly what led to the change lol. I’ll concede that there were probably enough complaints that my elbow post wasn’t necessary, but IDGAF. It was for the lulz anyway. I LOOOOOOOOVVVEEEEE YYYOOOOUUUUUUU |

Give them time. 😘 great news overall, but unfortunately doesn’t really help MOC collectors Or maybe a phone call once the green light is given to CS will provide you with the running change version? LMAO ooooh yeah lemme tell ya. All this means is the callouts worked. I got three Kanes so this is great for me. I’m glad Mattel fixed their f***-up. They should do that more often, or you know, not f*** up so much. I LOVE YOU! |

Should they have said something like “we’re aware and working on a solution”? Probably, but they have higher ups and stockholders to answer to and can’t always be as forthcoming with information. |

im glad we will all be mailed new parts. im shocked ... this is tremendous news. not all bro only US collectors. Now the question is when will running change figure will be available at ringside. |

I just want to know when you order it at this point whether on rsc or another retailer, how will you know if you are getting corrected version or error version?

I think it’s gonna be up to the retailer on how they list it. RSC could do a new sku and sell the running change separately. However, I doubt they will because they’re not going to want to sit on that inventory or discount it heavily while everyone purchases the fix. |

I’m actually happy Mattel is going to fix it, as they should. I think had people not brought this up it would of been left as is. I am curious to know for those who it did not bother and just display their figures, will they reach out now for the spare arm? |

Now it will be my luck if I get a corrected Kane from RSC bcoz I really don't have any chance of getting corrected parts. Hope some how some way I can order corrected parts on RSC.
