They paid their money for the item. They 1000% deserve to receive the replacement part. May not agree with how people acted but if they put their money towards the product then there is no reason why they shouldn’t be given the correct parts for said item 🤷🏻♂️ 100% agree. I’m actually happy Mattel is going to fix it, as they should. I think had people not brought this up it would of been left as is. I am curious to know for those who it did not bother and just display their figures, will they reach out now for the spare arm? Of course they will. Some prolly won't, some people will be unaware. They didn't care then but they will now.

I don’t have one of these Kane’s so don’t have a dog in the fight so to speak
However two things
1. People are entitled to voice their opinion, good and bad on product
2. While entitled to voice their opinion it should not go into the realms of hassling and just being annoying which this became
These are what $30 toys? (I’m in the uk, not sure how much these retail for on the states) they will not always come out perfect, it’s not like your buying a $500 hot toys product or similar
Bit of perspective sometimes - Steve is just a guy who works at a toy company and is kind enough as a fan and employee to give updates and info on here. Your not ‘entitled’ to a response unless you go through the official channels to Mattel to complain etc.

im glad we will all be mailed new parts. im shocked ... this is tremendous news. not all bro only US collectors. Now the question is when will running change figure will be available at ringside. Has this been confirmed? Surely us who have purchased the figure from RSC in other countries (I’m U.K.) should get the same treatment?

great news overall, but unfortunately doesn’t really help MOC collectors I don't mean this jokingly, why would it matter to MOC collectors when the elbow isn't visible in the packaging?

This is awesome. Stand up move by Mattel.
NGL them doing this absolutely proves that the ones of us who weren’t happy about it were completely justified and correct in feeling the way we did/do.

I mean there were what, all of 2 people that said you shouldn’t complain? The rest of us with a modicum of common sense just wanted the criticism to be stated with some tact and respect. I know there are a ton of posts to have to sift through, but again, there’s a difference between saying “I too am not satisfied with this and I hope they do something about it” and “this company is greedy, they suck, and they’re stupid to not respond” And the fact that Bro Love OP himself dropped a sarcastic comment and then dipped proves that those of us that felt that way were also completely justified.

Regardless of what anyone truly thinks about it, Mattel is sending 2 heads and an arm out along with incorporating a running change so I think it’s pretty clear what the right thing to do was.

I'm glad we're getting replacements. I currently have my Kane displayed with the red arm outstretched, but using the cape to cover up the elbow. It'll be nice to not have to do that anymore.

Seems ass backwards.

I think this is just for US, not for us outside the USA yeah bro US means USA. I hope if RSC can sell the corrected parts I will buy for sure bcoz there is no other option for me other than buying a new figure and without knowing whether it is a corrected version or not I'm very afraid to order from RSC in future this ultimate Kane figure.

That's awesome that Mattel is doing a Make Good for the errors on the UE Kane! Didn't think they would do it, but they did I will pick one up for sure now as long as I know I'm getting the corrected version. Not sure if I can get the replacements parts if I'm in Canada so I'd prefer the revised version

UE Kane just arrived and the aggregate of the unfinished lines on the mask, the painted arm AND old ratchet joints (WHICH ARE FUSED and wont move without heat and shock oil or else the legs will twist the cross bar and snap the leg off) make this a super crummy release.

great news overall, but unfortunately doesn’t really help MOC collectors It shouldn’t matter one bit for MOC collectors, like myself. It’s not visible. I just ordered one the other day, and the issue means nothing to me. question: why not just print a picture of the figure and put it on your wall?

Also note that they are fixing the painting issues on the masks as well, that is totally visible MOC or not.
