Weird. What's really strange is that he beat Lance Cade a guy who the WWE is giving a singles push to.

WWE bound?.. Why else would he be working a dark match - and winning?..

Yeah seriously, I really don't picture Danielson working dark matches now a days.

Wow, good for Danielson. But if he does leave, bad news for ROH. I didn't think (if he is signed) that he would have the kind of style WWE wants.

Good for him. I could see him used in WWE the way Benoit was in 2000.

That's a very Nagata-esque attire. I'd love to see Amdrag in WWE, because at this point, there's nothing left for him on the indy scene. And hey, if CM Punk can get as over as he has in the WWE, I'm pretty sure Danielson could do it, too.

the internet will explode.
I hope he gets signed so he can make all the money he deserves.

This is great to hear. Danielson has pretty much done everything he could do in ROH. It's time for him to think about his long term career. I doubt he'll last forever trying to wow the hardcore indy fans. I see no reason why he couldn't be brought up as the next big pure athlete (i.e. Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, Bret Hart) in WWE.

Im damn proud of how far he has gone, and theres no doubt he will make it big in the WWE. I cant wait to see him on live tv.
*EDIT*
crapI was just thinking, what if he turned out to be Ted Jr.'s partner? I really hope he does.

Danielson will most definitely fall flat on his face in the E. He should stay in the indys......he does not have the ability to translate to sports entertainment and national tv.

Then that's just what Ted Jr. needs, a tag partner to carry him, because he ing blows.

It's not about translating, it's about adapting. If anyone can adapt, it's Bryan ing Danielson. I'd like to see WWE use the "American Dragon" nickname as a basis for his gimmick... have him be the typical blond haired blue-eyed American but will a deep understanding and appreciation of Japanese culture and wrestling. He could be the wrestler with honor who lives by a high moral code... a break from the 'badass who follows his own rules' face. He could have kayfabe lived in Japan for years honing his craft and studying the ways of the Japanese, etc.

Everything else sounds good, but do you really see it happening?

I think Danielson lacks the personality to succeed in the WWE. Of course there are ways to hide that. They could book him sort of like Kurt Angle.

Good for Dragon, bad for ROH if he's leaving.

He could be effective as a heel saying he is the best in the world and he is in the WWE to prove it.

Isn't American Dragon trademarked anyhow. Isn't there a Disney cartoon named that or something?
