The 2 PPV's that Lesnar was in must have made alot of money for him to be given a title shot so soon, any info on that?.
Really looking forward to it, i hope Lesnar wins but my head tells me Couture might have too much for him in terms of experience, but we will have to wait untill November 15th to find out.

UFC 100: Mir vs. Lesnar II, Unification Match? That...would be epic, I think. It would be but i can't see Mir beating Nog to be honest. Nog vs Couture at UFC 100 is more realistic. |

Randy is wayyy too experienced and skillful for Brock to win..im going to say 3rd round Brock will be gassed and he will ultimately be tapped out. and no its not my Brock haterade..I dont think Brock Lesnar is on this level..he should have fought Kongo, then Gonzaga...hell even Werdum...but to give him a title shot already?? against Couture ?? get the  out of here...he must have made Dana White a ton of money at the last PPV |

UFC 100: Mir vs. Lesnar II, Unification Match? That...would be epic, I think. Man, that would be epic. I didn't think Brock would get a crack at the UFC Heavyweight belt this soon, but I am happy he did. Of course Randy has the upper hand in experience, no question about that, but Brock is a big, strong mean dude. I think it'll be Randy's toughest fight ever. Brock is no slouch and I'm sure after hearing this news, he'll be training harder than ever. He'll be training to win. This is his shot at the belt and the whole reason he got into MMA/UFC. I friggin' hope he wins. |

This will be Randy's hardest fight ever. Brock is a huge guy and surprisingly fast for his size. I'm hoping for Randy comes out on top, but Brock winning is likely, and this is coming from a huge Randy fan.
If Brock lands the punch that he did on Herring, it could be lights out for Couture. I can't see Randy out muscleing him like he did Gonzaga, so a clinch attack against the cage could be out the window. Randy's best way to win is to take him down and pound out a TKO. Brock showed that he can go for 15 minutes no problem, but he didn't take any damage during the fight, so it remains to be seen how he can fight hurt. Randy's experience is good, but experience isn't going to win him the fight. If that was the case, Heath Herring would have wrecked him. Lesnar is too big and too fast for Randy to handle.
Winner: Brock Lesnar
I hope I eat my words when the fight happens and see Randy pull out a big win, but I honestly see Brock Lesnar winning this.

Well Nog & Mir are fighting over A title, regardless of how diluted that now appears. The only guys that Brock has jumped over is Gonzaga, Kongo & Werdum. Gonzaga had his shot & came up short plus lost to Werdum so he's out of contention even though I personally think he'd be a hell of a challenge for Brock. Kongo looked impressive over Crocop but lost all momentumn after losing to Herring who let's remember Lesnar dominated. The only guy he's jumped over is Werdum & he just isn't enough of a name yet unfortunately. Hopefully once the title is sorted out he'll be next in line. |

And you're (Axe Murderer) are just obviously a Lesnar hater. I get it, but stop being so biased. The UFC HW division has been very weak. Who else do you put up there, other than Werdum? And why aren't you complaining about Mir getting a title shot? Mir beat Hardonk (...please) and Lesnar (who was making his UFC debut, in his 2nd ever fight) ...how does THAT mean you get a title shot? Lesnar vs Couture is going to draw HUGE buyrates for Dana. It's Randy's return. It's Lesnar's 3rd fight, and it's against each other. That's HUGE. Werdum and Valasquez are really the only 2 that are being left out. Valasquez has beat Brad Morris and Jake O'Brien. Neither are HUGE wins. Werdum has beat Gonzaga and Vera (who since, has dropped to LHW) and will probably get a chance at the title when the situation is settled, that's if he keeps winning. |

I'm really caught by surprise here. Once Lesnar joined UFC I became a lot more interested in UFC as a whole. And to see him fight Randy is huge. I see Randy winning though. Lesnar has one win in UFC (two overall), and while it wasn't against a walk over by any means, it wasn't against someone like Randy. I see Randy winning in maybe the 3rd or 4th round.

All over the internet I see people picking Brock Lesnar to win this fight. Brock is too big, Brock is too strong, Brock is this, Brock is that....
Have these people not seen Randy fight?
He made Tim Sylvia look like a bitch, he shrugged off the Gonzaga kick that murdered Cro-Cop. He spanked Tito Ortiz...literally!! Other then the kryptonite known as Chuck Liddell, Randy has been unstoppable.
Brock Lesnar will be tapping in Round 3....mark my words.

Your other top HW in the UFC: Fabricio Werdum - He's beat Gabrial Gonzaga (extremely over rated, only beat CC...who looked awful in the UFC) and Brandon Vera (a true LHW) (also scheduled to face Junior dos Santos in October) Gabrial Gonzaga - As said, very over rated. Lost 2 in a row (including his title shot) and has only beat Justin McCully since. Cain Valasquez - Has beat Brad Morris and Jake O'Brien, neither are quality opponents. At least, not quality enough to deserve a title shot. Shane Carwin - Has only beat Christian Wellisch, not exactly a top ranked quality opponent. (also scheduled to face Neil Wain in October) Cheick Kongo - Lost to Heath Herring (who Lesnar destroyed), since beat Dan Evensen. Frank Mir defeated Antoni Hardonk (can) and Brock Lesnar (in his 2nd ever fight, first in the UFC) and received a HW title shot...yet you don't complain about that....why? Because you're biased against Brock. |

This fight is gonna be huge baby and the UFC knows it. The fact is the UFC were very smart to do this fight immediately before Couture's days are numbered for good and it will get monster buys for them.

I dont give a craphow elitist and "in the know" you think you are...Brock doesnt deserve this title shot, and you are still riding on Brock and Biased towards him..that simple.
