dude he beat Vovchanchyn almost 7 years ago..sure maybe he was decent back then..but right now you think he could handle someone with the strength, speed, and chin as Kimbo ? really ? come on..trust me..if he couldnt stop Brock Lesnar from having his way, what makes you think he could handle Kimbo who is going to through a barrage of punches and ground and pound at him, and if Herring does connect he is still going to see this dude coming at him full force ?.. Kimbo is 6-2 and 240 LBS Brock is 6-2 and 265 lbs so they are similar size and almost similar weight..have you ever seen kimbo ?? dude is JACKED.. im glad my opinion doesnt hold weight because bro neither does yours..youve showed nothing but biased opinions with your elitist attitude..im glad you will ignore my posts..cause you spit nothing but ignorance with your biased opinions. and I was starting to lean your way and understand where you are coming from..but the fact that you try to play up Heath Herring to make Brock look better is assanine...Heath Herring might have been someone good... 7 YEARS AGO when he beat Mr Igor..but right now, HERE and NOW..he aint ****. This is the last time I even respond to you as it's an obvious waste of time. That was in Vovchanchyns PRIME. It proves he CAN beat a great striker. You don't just lose that ability with more experience. Heath Herring would absolutely rip Kimbo apart. Kimbo wouldn't make it out of the first round. (Mind you, Herring also beat Cheick Kongo, now) You really need to face facts and realize that Heath Herring is a true, legit heavyweight. I am not a fan of Lesnars yet. And I can admit this. Brock beat a legit guy. Kimbo Slice to me is rubbish. Horrible. And is not learning anything from Bas. Kimbo was already a great striker and he is not learning anything else. Brock at least is learning how to strike. Brock knows enough on the ground to keep himself out of trouble (Mir caught him while he was standing) it is his striking that needed work. He has worked on that. ANd now it is tiem to learn submissions. That's what I didn't like about Brocks last fight. he had several oportunity's to end it. And was not able to because he doesn't know that aspect of the game yet. That is the reason I wasn't impressed. Kimbo was a great stand up fighter. And is still that. He has not improved his ground game at all. So please do not compare Kimbo's opponites to Brock's. Lesnar said he wanted the best and that is what he is getting. Unfortunatly for him that means he is gonna get his ass kicked. But he is showing improvement. Kimbo is getting thrown around by a can of a fighter. Wait until Shamrock throws a heel lock on him like what happend to Lesnar.

Implying that Kimbo is better than Brock is just golden. That's good comedy right there. . where did I say that ?? I didnt....I said that I think Kimbo could beat Herring cause Herring would stand and go blow for blow...if Kimbo was to go against Brock I think it would come down to Brock being able to take down Kimbo and pretty much have his way with him because he is too strong for Kimbo and Kimbo doesnt have ANY wrestling skill whatsoever. Apparently I can't stay away. You implied it with And you do realize Herring is only 30, right? You're acting like Herring is a 41 year old fighter who just can't go anymore. ...he's 30. He just beat a better striker than Kimbo (Kongo) and has a win over one of the best strikers of all-time. He may slow down when he ages more, but you don't lose the ability to beat a striker at 30 years old.

you really think that SHamrock still has enough to beat a fighter as strong as Kimbo ?? cause I just cant see him being able to take Kimbo down..he is too strong and big for SHamrock..im sure he still has some skills..I jsut dont think he has enough to win that fight.

You worded it completely wrong then. You saying "If he can't stop Brock, what makes you think he can stop Kimbo" means - Kimbo is better than Brock. If Brock can have his way with him, it'd be easier for Kimbo. Hence why people assumed you were saying Kimbo is a better fighter than Lesnar...it's what you implied.

oh my bad....well..I think if there was a match with Lesnar and Kimbo it would end up just like the Herring match...Lesnar would take Kimbo down at will

Hence my use of the word "implying" in the original post.

But Andy Wang isn't pushed as a main eventer like Kenny is years after his prime. If Ken was like Severn still fighting on smaller shows regardless of win/loss record just cause he loves the sport people would still respect him. However Ken still talks as if he is in someway relevant to the current scene despite the fact that mMA clearly passed him by years ago

I mean face it, Ken was one of the guys who helped MMA take off, (along with Gracie, Severn, Frye, and even Abbott.) and when he see's these new guys coming in and schooling him, it's hard to cope with the fact that MMA has indeed passed him by.

Don't get me wrong I can see just how hard it must be for him, but that is why so many people now slag him off. He's that shot old former boxing champion who can't step away from the spotlight & keeps getting KO'd by up & comers & unfortunately is tarnishing his reputation. Ken should have retired after his first loss to Tito, that fight should have told him all he needs to know about what his future in the sport would hold. Or stick to fighting legends, I'm still stunned that Elite or affliction or someone hasn't put up the bucks for Ken vs. Tank.
