No major retail store out there will let you walk around the store with newer games before you pay for them. It's too easy for people to steal them that way, hence the reason they're stocked in those display cases with the locking doors on them. Stores do usually have a selection of budget titles that aren't locked in the display cases. Those usually have individual security cases to prevent theft. You can generally escape the electronics section with those and pay for them when you're done with the rest of your shopping. But, if it's a newer game you're after, your only options at pretty much every retail store will be pay for it in electronics, have them send it to the front for you to get later, or ask for it at the front register when you're done shopping. No one will let you get a game out of the locked display case and carry it around the store while you do other shopping.

Typically, you need to pay for games right away back in the electronics section.
Sometimes they'll bring it up to either customer service or that one checkout register with the cigarettes behind it, but often you'll run into an asshat employee that doesn't know they can do that.
If you know exactly what you want though, you can just go about your shopping trip as normal, then once you're at the checkout ringing things up, tell the cashier that you wanted a video game, but there was no one back in electronics while you were there. They'll typically call up and have someone bring it up to the register for you. Just be sure to be specific about title and system because employees and any customer behind you will get mighty bitchy if you have to send someone back a second time.

So do we think Jay Lethal is winning this thing?
I can't quite figure it out myself. I think smart money is probably on Jay Lethal. He's been on top of his game for years now and it feels like the time has come to be recognized for that. But, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see Brisco eek out a win or even a time limit draw happen.

I love online shopping. Generally cheaper and easier than dealing with trying to find things in stores. And I would personally recommend Amazon.com to anyone. Not necessarily the amazon merchants third party sellers (those are as hit and miss as ebay), but buying directly from Amazon is a sure bet in my experience. Stellar customer service every time.
As far as good bad deals...
Hard to say what the best was. I've gotten lots of great deals on things with eBay auctions and Amazon sales.
The worst experience though would definitely be a NES system and games lot I bought on eBay one time. Came with the console, two controllers, light gun, and fifteen games. Paid about $60 for the lot (auction ended in the middle of the night - always a bad move by a seller). It was advertised to be in perfect working condition with all games having been tested prior to listing. Well, when it arrived I opened the box to be met with a massive wave of this terrible smell. Was like a combination of cat pee, skunk, and rotting flesh. Darn near made me hurl right there. Thinking that maybe it was in the box and giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as the pictures looked excellent in the listing, I unpacked the items to find that the smell was clearly coming from them. Everything had this slimy sort of film all over it and smelled awful. I didn't even bother testing it. Just write the seller. They swore everything was in perfect shape and nothing was wrong. It was obvious that the slime and smell was present before the items were shipped as the box they were in was actually find. Only a little residual smell and no sliminess on the inside. The items were all wrapped in plastic grocery bags, which were full of the same slime and smell inside them. I did get my money back and didn't have to pay for return shipping at all, so it was all okay. Took about a week before I stopped smelling that smell though.

I'm actually kind of gutted right now... Shocked and saddened. Tears have been flowing on and off since I heard this terrible news. Very seldom does someone come along in the wrestling world who's a genuinely wonderful person. Ever less often do those types end up making the massive impact on the industry that Dusty Rhodes has. My thoughts go out to his family. I know it's very small comfort at a time like this, but hopefully they can find the slightest smile in their hearts knowing that Dusty Rhodes is a man and a performer who will never be forgotten.
Rest In Peace American Dream... Rest In Peace.

I've spent many years studying the paranormal and messages from the dead. I've seen and felt spirits. While I can't really say how I know for certain, I can tell you that your dream was truly your Mother (or her spirit - which ever you want to call it) just trying to put your mind at ease with all that's going on in your life. Loved ones who have departed from this earth are never really gone completely. Most dreams are nothing more than your subconscious trying to work something out or experience something you're missing or desire. However, sometimes, dreams can have very powerful meanings and contain very important messages from loved ones who have moved on to another life. These messages often come at times we need them most. Sometimes they can be profound and life changing. Other times they're just a little reminder of something you need to know or remember. The dead don't speak all that often (at least not in a manner that we can easily hear them), but when they do, it's usually something important, so you should listen.

I'm totally fine with anyone being in MITB ladder match this year. And I'm totally fine without anyone besides Roman Reigns winning it too. Sadly, it seems way too obvious that Reigns will, indeed win. Then again, who really saw Ryback winning the IC title in the Elimination Chamber? So, I'll hold out hope.

I'm currently going through a non-paying bidder case myself right now. Seems like every time I list a few things on eBay, I get at least one deadbeat who never pays. It's such a hassle having to wait two days to even open a case, then another four days before you can close it and relist the item. Deadbeat buyers like that should have no more than 24 hours after a case is opened to send payment. But, eBay loves to screw sellers like that it seems. I once sold a custom painted NES that I just couldn't get to function properly all the time - worked sometimes, but not all the time and I put that in big, bold letters in three different places in the listing. Once the buyer got it in the mail, the opened a case against me siting that the NES didn't work properly all the time. And despite it clearly stating that very same thing multiple times in the listing before the buyer even bid, eBay sided with them and charged my paypal account for the refund. Took me about three hours on the phone and one outright demand that a manager actually read the listing description before they'd reverse the decision and give me my money back. Sadly, stuff like that happens way too often on eBay nowadays. It's not like it used to be for sellers. And it won't ever get any better. eBay makes more money off ad revenue and power seller store subscriptions than they ever will on normal seller fees, so they don't really care about the folks who just sell stuff from time to time. That said, there are ways to block certain bidders/buyers from your items and you can set some general parameters on bidders. But, as mentioned above, the most effective way is just to do it with a Buy It Now or Best Offer listing. Costs the same to you either way and you'll weed out most the deadbeats right away. I've been an adult for 12 years now and the real world has taught me one lesson that it reinforces over and over: Most people are utterly stupid and ruin it for the rest of us. I feel like Hank Hill at least once a week.
So very very true. And you get bonus points for the King Of The Hill Reference.

Not surprised at all if this report is true. Owens was not just main roster, but main event ready the moment he stepped through the NXT curtain the first time. Dude just has an aura and presence about him. He's a total breath of fresh air in WWE right now. Really unlike anyone else. If he can stay healthy and uninjured he sky's the limit for the guy.

Hasn't the Attitude Era been done to death already? I like me some Stone Cold for sure, but haven't we already seen and played all the key moments from his career over the past five or six games?

Always loved Dan Severn's theme. Especially when you get it blasting over a good stereo with great bass levels. Such a badass tune.

I feel like it might have been a better move to have Carmella turn on Enzo and Cass, then have Bliss join them. Alexa Bliss just doesn't scream heel to me, whereas Carmella seems more like a natural heel. But, I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt and see how she does as the bad girl.
On a side note... Just watched Unstoppable again and have to say that I am even more impressed with the NXT Women's Championship match that I was on the first viewing. Was never much enamored with Becky Lynch, but she really sort of 'arrived' during that match. And Sasha Banks continues to demonstrate that she's in a league above just about all the female and most the male WWE superstars. Bravo ladies. Bravo!

Yes... WWE is definitely overexposed. But, at the same time, even being overexposed wouldn't be such a problem if the writing was great. WWE's problem is that there are far too many cooks in the kitchen for the main roster shows. It's written by a whole gaggle of scribes with hollywood experience and very little wrestling knowledge before being hired. Worse yet, they all answer to one man who will routinely let his ego get the best of him and who has pretty clearly lost touch with what the modern wrestling fans want (kids don't really count because they will generally suck up whatever you put in front of them until they get tired of it and move on to something else). NXT is written by a handful of folks and overseen by a guy who got into the business because he loved wrestling from when he was a child.
Point is that scaling back PPVs (which will NEVER happen) or putting out less hours of TV won't make a difference at all unless they do a better job with the writing.
One might also argue that WWE being a publicly traded company and thus not being allowed to be edgy or brutally violent from time to time has really hurt them as well. Not saying we should return to the blood, guts, and boobs of the attitude era, but let's face it, there are certain times when some blood or an extremely brutal match would do wonders for a feud or storyline.
So yes, while WWE is overexposed, there are also some other major issues at play that have cause what we see in the current product.

I think Balor will suffer from poor timing. Kevin Owens looks to be a strong, long-running champion before he gets called up to the main roster full-time and I certainly can't see Balor not being called up within a year. And truthfully, not everyone that's awesome in NXT needs to hold the title at some point. A top level talent like Finn Balor not capturing the championship before leaving NXT kinda makes it more of an achievement to be champion.

Flippin' Chills man... This pic just gives me chills. Three years ago, who would have ever thought you'd see Samoa Joe face to face with Kevin Steen in a WWE ring? Love it!

In no particular order except #1 & #2. The others will shuffle order from time to time, but those are always the top two spots.
1. Bret "Hitman" Hart 2. The Undertaker 3. Jake "The Snake" Roberts 4. "Macho Man" Randy Savage 5. Chris Jericho 6. Eddie Guerrero 7. Vader 8. Triple H 9. CM Punk 10. Booker T 11. Ric Flair 12. Edge 13. Randy Orton 14. Mick Foley 15. Demolition 16. Shawn Michaels 17. Kane 18. "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase 19. Andre The Giant 20. Ultimate Warrior 21. Seth Rollins - yeah, I that's 21 and not 20, but I had to mention Rollins. Not quite my all time top 20 yet, but I'm loving literally everything this guys does right now so I can definitely see him being there one day.
Came Real Close To Making The List... "Ravishing" Rick Rude, Mr Perfect, The Road Warriors, "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, The Big Show, Raven, Terry Funk, & Sting
Have A Great Chance Of Moving Up Some Day, But Not There Yet... Sheamus, Bray Wyatt, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Neville, Hideo Itami, Tyler Breeze, Drew Galloway, Daniel Bryan, & Dean Ambrose

I only know one thing... They'd better put this sucker on DVD somehow, 'cause I own all the Elimination Chamber matches and it'll bug the heck out of me not to own this one. LOL. Y don't u burn it onto a dvd from the network
Not really sure how to go about doing that. Don't have a DVD recorded that I could just hook up to the TV. Might have to investigate this a bit...
Really intrigued by the idea of a Tag Team Championship Chamber match. Could lead to some interesting possibilities if they do it where when one member of a team is eliminated, the other can continue (rather than the whole team being eliminated).
