Tom Zenk had 2 figures in WCW: the one by Galoob and a Bend-Em by Just Toys. Do you remember if it was the same attire as the Galoob? Different attire: the tights were white but had blue detail with a silver "Z" in it, the boots were blue, silver, black and white. He also had silver wristbands.

Well, the AI can't access this board otherwise it would've known my collection and research from years ago: This is not how AI works, you feed it information which it learns, like a baby. It doesn't go off to the internet and find things when you find it. You need to tell it the information yourself so it remembers it. I work in this industry 🙂 Partially that's true. However as an example: you can ask ChatGPT to write a programme in Python that simulates a dice roll. ChatGPT WILL search GitHub for code! Ofcourse ChatGPT will make some mistakes and that's why OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT) is now hiring programmers to teach ChatGPT to produce better code as well as to explain that code. I guess one of the employees at OpenAI is a wrestling fan, because this is hilarious:

I have no idea what ChatGPT is, nor have I ever heard of it. OK, in short it's a chatbot from OpenAI launched late November 2022 that quickly became popular because it answers detailed and articulate. Even in different languages if you specify that it must answer in another language; by default it will answer in English. Or in the style of a person, like this:

It’s also more a niche product I think? Obv super popular in Japan but I’d guess units wise other more popular toys it might get more info snout Be interesting to see what it knows about say masters or transformers I’d imagine power rangers would be a fun topic to discuss with it Still, on my first question it "knew" quite a lot it even linked the figures to mangas about those wrestlers (not accompanied, like it claimed but still!). It also mixed in wrong info (interchangeable heads, accessories). Too bad that on my follow-up questions it kind of "forgot" and quite lost it's pedals. It was fun nonetheless.

ChatGPT is going to pick up it's "learning" over time, because with each question, it's supposed to learn the response and the logic behind each response, so it's able to respond with more accurate info next time it's asked that question, or something similar that said, it looks like I now need to start playing with it to learn more about Japanese wrestling figure lines, given all of my research to date ends up at some fantastic resource sites that all in Japanese and various translation sites seem to give weird results LOL Well, the AI can't access this board otherwise it would've known my collection and research from years ago:

I guess by now everyone has heared about ChatGPT. So I decided to have a little fun and discuss Popy wrestling figures with ChatGPT. My conclusion: the AI "knows" a little bit, mixes up some knowledge and "forgets" that it "knows". The conversation:

Yeah, I looked em' up, Wicked Cool yup. Looks like OOP and pretty scarce, will keep an eye out though, since I'm guessing these are the best option there was. I saw some generic looking ones on ebay, but they don't look near as cool IMO. Hoping someone knows of them specifically scaled to Hasbro, surprised none of the customizers like the guy that does the cage and barber shop hasn't done something yet. m Yeah I would think they’re relatively easy to do. One guy did a cage and wm style carts and those have to be harder then guard rails? In design it's easier to create cage pieces than to create a barricade. A Hasbro-style barricade would be around 2.5" x 5" x 0.5", you'd need to 3D print three pieces: the girder and 2 legs/supports.

Happy new year. Anything in particular you’d like to add this year? Anyone after a particular grail or looking to get the hasbro mailaway or any other sims this year? I'll keep collecting the Sofubi Pro-Wrestling Series (Popy style) by JSD.

Indeed the company sites. The Chella site mentions 3 U.S. sites on their FAQ page.

The figure that's starting to lose the hearts looks pristine otherwise as well. Why's this guy now gone? Are you responsible? Nope, when I logged in on 2 December he was "Deleted".

I didn't say you removed it or overpaid, I said it's easy to remove; there's a figure in your picture that's starting to lose the hearts. I'll admit I was wrong about the action being broken. Yeah but the figure isn’t in played like state that’s what I’m saying, usually the vest spray paint is usually gone not the legs, it makes no sense to remove the hearts 💕 for no reason is all, if the seller made the error and wanted hundreds for it then yeah maybe but it was advertised as just a regular Bret, I’ve had another series 8 which was graded and it had the hearts all mushed with the paint had smudged 🤷♂️. All I’m using is logic mate that why would someone just scratch away the hearts 💕 and I’d expect there to be some sort of residue or staining from where they were and what ever was used to remove it. I say it’s legit and you don’t, let’s just agree to disagree. The figure that's starting to lose the hearts looks pristine otherwise as well.

Wouldn't call that "one of a kind" nor "mint". The one in front is starting to lose his hearts as well, can be removed with nailpolish remover or a similar product. All figures have their arms up, so broken action feature. Oh get a grip man, it’s clear it’s nit been rubbed off logic all three at same time zero markings, it’s hardly broken the figures movement is perfect etc, there’s no need to remove it as I didn’t pay over the odds or trying to move it for loads of cash, stop posting negative comments, just don’t say anything, you seem to always post negative tripe, lighten up, you miserable 😩 sod, are you a mod or a sod? I didn't say you removed it or overpaid, I said it's easy to remove; there's a figure in your picture that's starting to lose the hearts. I'll admit I was wrong about the action being broken.

You mean the deformed figures by 16d? They come boxed.
Was once interested in Andre the Giant and Hulk Hogan, still didn't buy them.

The mini figures have always interested me because they're obviously moulded and more or less look exactly like their Galoob and Hasbro counterparts. I'm no toymaker, so I marvel at how they got the actual moulds for those figures in that size. When those surfaced, homemade mold making was a hot topic and people would use mineral spirits to shrink molds( make a mold of the original and use mineral spirits and it would shrink the mold when dried and then just keep repeating the process until you got the size you wanted and then make a new master mold and make unlimited quantities of said item) so I thought for sure that is what those mini hasbro/galoobs we’re from But Ruby Fusion just proved that foreign company’s bootlegged them with the same concept. Actually I bought mine in 2011, before I even knew about mold shrinking or maximizing...

The pictures on the back of the bags makes it seem like the figures were similar to the miniature gum ball machine style ones that came out as a mix of Hasbro and Galoob in various colours. The picture of Superfly in particular is almost identical to that mini figure, with his arm raised. Interesting that it says "WrestleMania '94", lol. Are you referring to these figures( link at bottom), if so I always thought these were homemade things (notice Barry windham galoob at the bottom left) i.postimg.cc/hjsMKKHX/A948-FFD3-AB33-49-AF-8-D3-F-CC6840-E512-C0.jpgThese were the first I thought about when you made this topic, then you showed a bag; now I'm curious... Anyway these minis are not homemade. They are bootlegs, I have them bagged with an entrance. Attachment Deleted
