Omos was every bit as terrible as I expected. Typical Big Man Vince chooses. All size, no talent. Get a big dude who is amazing: Matt Morgan, Hernandez, etc, and he sees no potential. Yeah because Vince has never booked a solid big man before? Undertaker says hi. |

I feel like the narrative on here, at least recently, is that the WWE is starting to run out of headliners for the Hall of Fame. I was thinking about this during this year's ceremony and I was able to come up with at least 10 guys off the top of my head that could be immediate headliners. Then you have your Bryans, Romans, and Seths, that could be headliners way down the line. So that brings the question, are they really "short" on headliners.
Here are the ten I could come up with that could be headliners within the next ten years (in no particular order):
1) John Cena
2) The Rock
3) The Undertaker
4) Rey Mysterio
5) The Big Show
6) Chris Jericho
7) Batista (already supposed to be the headliner last year)
8) Randy Orton
9) Triple H (Ha snot been inducted on his own yet)
10) Vince McMahon (I know Vince doesn't want to be recognized, but if they were to twist his leg, he should certainly be a headliner)
So, with just these ten guys, we would have enough headliners until 2031. Then follow your Daniel Bryans, Romans, Seths, etc. I personally think there are still plenty of years left with quality Hall of Fame members and headliners. What do you all think?
Please do not respond with "WWE Hall of Fame doesn't matter." That has nothing to do with this conversation.
Side Note: It still bothers me to this day that Mick Foley was thrown into Bruno's year. Bruno definitely deserves a top crown, but so does Mick. They should have held off on Mick and inducted him another year.

Charlotte does not sell. Charlotte yells in almost every promo. Charlotte cannot tell a story in the ring. She is a great wrestler. She is very athletic. She is one of the best. As much as a Maven figure would amuse me, it's not worth anything near the $60 or so that the bundle costs to me. The next wave of Impact Brawlers was also shown, and was pretty underwhelming for me. Where’s the next wave of Impact micro brawlers? Pictures? |

The celebration is worse that the match was. Io carried her the best she could but the NXT Womens title took a step back with this change You certainly can't claim you're the best division in the world when someone as bad as Raquel is your champ. Jeez dude relax. You’re acting like she’s done something wrong to you personally. I’m a fan of Raquel and I think she has looked impressive the last few months. I think she’ll do just fine. |

As I've explained before I have already bought two off of ebay but I love the thrill of finding special figures in retail. Maybe that's strange to some people but I like the thrill of seeing them in the store. Where is the “thrill” in having the guy search for it in the back? The thrill is finding it in the store on the pegs. There’s no thrill in having it brought to you. |

I predict, like everything else WWE has done in the past several years...this transition will be an absolute mess, and we WILL lose valuable content. I don’t care about most of the garbage on peacock, WWE is the only thing that’s making me get the membership. And other than a rather disappointing three hours a month on average, I don’t watch it live and watch for the old content. I can’t wait to see how they  this up. Very optimistic... why watch or pay for their service if you only expect terrible things? |

It all boils down to money. Mattel is not going to go out of their way and pay extra $$$ when they could use existing WWE legends and get paid. It sucks imo because we know there are plenty of superstars who will never get a figure outside of a WWE deal. Jakks signed a lot of people that WWE wouldn’t normally do and Mattel is much bigger company than Jakks. It’s strange to see someone like Vampiro who’s wrestled for multiple different promotions not have a recent figure for example. I’d love to see Ultimo Dragon, Kidman (who is a WWE employee) and a few others. It has nothing to do with Mattel “not going out of their way.” Mattel doesn’t have the final say. WWE does. |

A "house-hold name" is someone who is very famous. It's absolutely nothing to do with any of what you just said. Big Show is extremely famous. My 62 year-old dad knew who he was before he died, my 3 year-old son knows who he is, my students at work understand the reference if I ever say "how do you expect me to reach that? I'm not the Big Show!". He is a household name. So because people YOU know know who he is, he’s a “house-hold” name? Nah. Now The Rock, Stone Cold, John Cena... these are house-hold names. Big Show is easily a house hold name. Is crazy to think otherwise. People know who he is. Simple as that. He does t need to be a “draw” to be a house hold name. |

Have they officially pulled the Raw women's championship match? If they have not and do a open challenge kid of deal, I could see either Ronda or Becky answering and winning. This is a huge stretch. No chance of either of those things happening. |

AEW is mostly small guys. Their roster is already 95% light heavyweights. They already have the AEW championship. They don’t need two titles to represent the same thing.

You proved nothing here. Nowhere in that blurb does he say that he actually wants this white pants look. He said he wants the green look and Mattel is holding out. He’s basically implying that the white pants look is the next best thing but he doesn’t actually say he wants it. The original post says “preferably one in white tights.” So, I think that’s what he wants, or else this topic wouldn’t exist. He also specifically said he’s not that interested in the dragon attire or first release, so I’m not sure what else he would be after besides white. This is exactly what he said: “I would like to get Steamboat in green pants without the headband to match more of his classic look rather than WWE run. But the white pants are iconic too as he wore that at wrestlemania 3. The Flashback figure was like one of most elusive sets ever. I also don’t have walmarts in nyc. so i never saw that figure for a reasonable price. And now this new one is basically a re-release but i still can’t capture it from amazon. I’m just not that interested in the dragon attire or that first release.” He doesn’t truly want the white. He only wants the white because green hasn’t been made. So like you said, why does this thread even exist?! |
