If they nWo came in earlier the invansion angle would have been a lot wilder. You would have had the Alliance feuding with both the nWo & WWF. Plus guys like Sting, Flair, Goldberg would have been available for the invasion angle as WWE would have bought out their contracts. The reason it was only minor WCW guys in the Invasion angle is because they were the ones who couldn't afford to sit out for a signifigant amount of time.
Hogan v Rock would have still happened at Mania, but it would have probably been a title match

The main reason the WWE doesn't use the entrance ramp in MSG is so they can pack in more fans, plain and simple. With the Raw or Smackdown entrance ramps several seating sections are closed off which limits the number of seats that can be sold for any particular show. When the WWE has big events (Mania, S.S. etc) at MSG they don't use the big stage and they pretty much pack that place to the rafters. I think MSG holds around 19,000 for hockey, add a few hundred more on the floor and your probably looking at at least 20,000 fans in the building

Did I miss something? When was Raquel Diaz released?
As for KK being released, this will be a good thing for the division as a whole as there are some talented women waiting in the wings for a call up to the main roster.

Before I start I have to include Chikara for a few categories
Best Wrestler in General TIE CM Punk & Daniel Bryan
Top Star The Rock even though he's part time he is still the biggest draw in the business right now
Best Midcarder Zack Ryder
Best Angles Chikara - their slow build up really helps this promotion out
Best Woman Wrestler Sara Del Ray - She is under WWE Development
Best Women (Divas or Knockouts.) WWE - TNA is dropping the Knockouts like flies lately, which buts the WWE Divas slightly above them right now TNA at the moment is only focusing on 3-4 women right now
Best Tag Teams Once again I have to go with Chikara - the fed is primarily based around tag teams and stables
Best Champions Overall WWE, their titles are way more prestigious then anything ROH & TNA have
Best PPV WWE WrestleMania - pretty much any given year this is THE event that most wrestlers strive to make it on.
Best Gimmicks Chikara once again. I am really loving the gimmicks their roster is populated with
Best Face John Cena - with the WWE hype machine behind him I can't see anyone taking him out of this spot especially when it comes to his charity work
Best Heel CM Punk - When he's a heel he is gold, when he's a face he starts to get lost in the shuffle
Best Young Talent WWE - When you have Tyler Black (Seth Rollins), Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno), Richie Steamboat & Michael McGillicutty all in development your doing something ring
The Company that has dead-weight WWE - Their roster could use a lot of trimming right now, especially since they only seem to focus on 20 guys or so at a time.
Best Show Monday Night Raw - still the place that most wrestlers want to appear on on a regular basis
Best Underrated Wrestler Antonio Cesaro - if they drop Aksana and let him do more then say one word in 5 different languages he can be gold
Overrated Wrestler Kevin Steen - Not sure what all the hype about him is, and seeing as I've seen him live in Ontario I still don't get it.

Kane & D. Bryan have both been in my fav 5 for the last few months. Pairing them together is awesome and I can see them growing to be friends during this run, only to turn on each other the moment they lose the belts, either just before or just after Mania.

The whole gimmick of Bret Hart being boo'd in the US and Cheered outside of it was a Canada v US gimmick with Bret Hart and the Hart Foundation playing the roles of Canadian Heroes. Before that time Bret Hart and the Hart Foundation were boo'd right out of most buildings when they were heels in Canada.
As for Punk being cheered in his hometown, a lot of guys these days want the hometown pop, considering that they spend 90% of their time on the road.
A good example of the fans dictating change in the WWE was @ Wrestlemania 18 when the Toronto Crowd was completely behind Hogan during his match with the Rock.

This is all I will say about Benoit, seeing as there are dozens of threads on here regarding him.
Benoit may have been the best wrestler at the time of his WWE run in the world, and I admire him for that accomplishment. Benoit the wrestler is completely different from Chris Benoit the man who due to numerous head injuries and other factors killed his wife and young child, and finally himself.
I look at Chris Benoit as two separate entities. 1. Benoit the wrestler and 2. Benoit the man. So while I will always have a special place in my memories for Benoit the wrestler, I will never have any respect for Benoit the Man.

Tyler Reks was released from WWE this week after asking to be let go to spend time with his family and newborn baby daughter. "I realized recently that being a Superstar means sacrificing certain things, including time with my family. As a new father, my heart broke every time I had to leave to go on the road," Reks wrote on his Twitter page. "I didn't ever want to miss another moment with my daughter, so I made the decision to be a full time dad and hang up my boots." Reks - real name Gabriel Tuft - has been with the company since 2008, first signing a developmental deal and reporting to Florida Championship Wrestling till his WWE TV debut on the ECW brand in 2009. In 2010, Reks joined the Smackdown brand and then moved to RAW in 2011, teaming up with Curt Hawkins. In his goodbye message, Reks thanked his fellow wrestlers especially Hawkins who he said he's like a brother to him. "I wish you the best and thanks for understanding that I had to go be a dad," adding that when his daughter gets older and understand what he did, she will thank Hawkins as well.

Sting does not have a "valid" reason for never signing with WWE. His big reasoning is because the Rock turned to Booker T during the early days of the Invasion story line and said "How in the hell are you?" It's pretty much the exact same thing Rock said when Jericho debuted against the Rock. With that statement Sting pretty much showed to me that he is more afraid of his legacy than giving the fans what they would like to see, which is him face off against some of the WWE's bigger names.

It runs in Canada on the Score, the same network up here that runs Raw on an hour delay, and Smackdown. The only current WWE show that the Score doesn't run is Superstars

I swear D. Bryan's NO NO NO shirt was just like his boots, a tapped over Yes shirt with No written on the tape. If they produce the shirt I will buy one when I get the chance. I also liked how Micheal Cole announced that Daniel Bryan wants the Lebell/Yes Lock called the No Lock now. Classic

The saddest moment in WWE history was May 23rd 1999 at Over The Edge. I don't know how anyone can say someone's retirement is sadder than knowing a man fell to his death, doing a stunt he didn't want to do, all because the WWE needed those sweet ratings and ppv buy rates. Owen Hart did not have to die. His death, is easily the one death in wrestling that didn't have to happen, or shouldn't have happened. These parts are completely accurate, I was watching Over the Edge on PPV when Owen died and I was crying when Jim Ross made his now infamous announcement. The following night on Raw was also extremely emotional for me as I had met and spent time with Owen when he wrestled in my hometown a couple of years before. I have never met a more friendly and kindhearted wrestler in my life. Owen made me feel like I was the most interesting person he had met in his life. Another extremely emotional night for me was when WCW held their first event in the Kemper Arena on October 4th of that year and Bret & Benoit had their tribute match match for Owen. The most recent sad moment for me was when Edge announced his retirement. I've followed Edge for years as he worked his way through the indy scene in Ontario and onto the WWE. I was at his tryout match in Hamilton and I was on hand at when he won his first championship at a live event in Toronto. So for me that was a very emotional night. I even cried the first time I watched his career retrospective DVD.

I've never got the whole Rock v Brock debate.
The Rock is a third generation star, who worked his way to the top and once their performed at an extremely high level before Hollywood came calling. The Rock always acknowledged what WWE did to make him a star before he left, and yes there was a time when he did try to distance himself for the business, but that could have been his publicist saying he needed to change his image to help his Hollywood stock, and there have been dozens upon dozens of Hollywood stars who flip flop on many issues depending on the majority of how the public views that particular issue, so I don't hold him trying to distance himself from the WWE against him. My biggest complaint about the Rock is him coming out and saying that he is back and then disappearing for months on end.
Now for Lesnar. Brock, much like Kurt Angle was heavily scouted by WWE while he was a collegiate athlete, and after coming in he was handed everything on a silver platter only to turn his back on both the company & his fans when things didn't go his way and he had to deal with the commitments that come with being both a champion and the face of the company. Then after making a joke of himself in the UFC he comes back and is treated like he is the baddest man walking the planet today. When I first saw the Cena/Lesnar match a couple of things popped into my head concerning Brock. First he was in extremely horrible shape. Once he took his shirt off he looked like a roided up Chemo patient to me. Second, if Lesnar is suppose to be an unstoppable beast we are lead to believe, couldn't he have taken the time to actually get in shape and look the part?
Now while both men are probably getting huge pay days from the WWE for their extremely limited work schedules I feel that the Rock is the better investment as he will be around long term, and Lesnar will collect his last payment of his $5,000,000 for however many dates he appears and fade back into obscurity.

Mark Henry said earlier this year he needed major surgery and would only comeback if he could comeback at 100%. We may end up seeing a Mark Henry retirement promo within a few months if things didn't go well.
