The sewer rat is believed to devour the python as he takes the whole cage to the back with Jake who wakes up in disbelief! Tugboat (w/Hulk Hogan) def. Dino Bravo (w/Hart) via pinfall. Hulk Hogan had his own entrance at the beginning of the match to introduce Tugboat. Hogan helps Tugboat by smashing Hart's speakerphone over Dino's back for Tugboat to win with a belly-to-belly suplex. Earthquake (w/Hart) def. The Ultimate Warrior via Countout. Earthquake manages to use his earthquake smash on the Warrior on the outside to get the countout win. Earthquake drags Warrior in the ring to squash him a second time! Hulk Hogan makes a run in to save Warrior. He FINALLY gets his hands on the Earthquake, with several punches in for Earthquake to run off. In a post-match interview Hulk Hogan says he'll be cleared to wrestle soon and wants his hands on the nasty Earthquake. __________________________________ Randy "Macho Man" Savage (c) (w/Elizabeth) vs. Mr. Perfect (w/Heenan) for the WWF World Heavyweight ChampionshipWWF President Jack Tunney walks to the ring with the new WWF Championship belt. It's the same belt, but shinier and solid gold. He hands over the belt to the referee to be displayed. Mr. Perfect comes to the ring with Heenan, but no Genius this time around. Randy Savage gets into the ring and Mr. Perfect starts to play mind games early on. He doesn't give Randy any chances, countering and reversing every move. Randy gets frustrated as he wants to brawl, but Perfect is doing everything he can to outmanoeuvre him. Suddenly Elizabeth bends down because she drops her purse and Perfect looks at awe and the Macho Man finally gets to brawl it out with Perfect. He whips him to a corner for an elbow smash and high kick from the second rope. He hits a double axe handle and hip toss. Randy and Perfect are at it till Perfect gets in a roll up for two. The match becomes quick paced, as both men counter and reverse moves. Late in the match, Perfect manages to high knee Randy, Randy is dazed as he lands into the corner for Perfect to land the perfectplex for the pin and TWO! Perfect can't believe it as Randy becomes the first man to kick out of the hold. Perfect gets really frustrated and starts beating up on Randy and working on his knee. Perfect goes for a classic figure-four. Rick Rude makes his way out and goes after Elizabeth. Perfect has the hold locked on and he threatens to hurt Elizabeth. Randy tries to get to the ropes but can't. Randy doesn't want to submit, but Rude starts to choke Elizabeth till Randy taps out of necessity ending his two and a half year title reign! Winner: Mr. Perfect and NEW WWF World Heavyweight Champion
Randy goes to the outside as Rude runs out. Randy checks up on Elizabeth who says she's okay; grasping for air at the same time. Randy gets super pissed as Heenan hands over the belt to Mr. Perfect. Randy grabs the ring bell and runs in the ring as Perfect and Heenan leave the ring with the new belt. Randy is arguing with the referee and smashes the referee with the ring bell as SummerSlam goes off the air.

Mr Perfect as the new WWF Champion...imagine that Perfect his undefeated streak and it culminates in him becoming WWF Champion I mean Perfect is a former WWF Intercontinental Champion and now he is WWF Champion so it only begs the question of who will face Perfect for that title? I mean the next PPV is Survivor Series 1990 and with Survivor Series 1990 you have the debut of The Undertaker but also with Perfect being the champion it makes me wonder just who he will defend the title against if he even will

Shoot Interview with Bruce Prichard (Former WWF Booker/Brother Love) Interviewer: So Macho loses the title at SummerSlam, what led to that decision? Prichard: Actually Randy was hurt, he had a really bad left thumb and arm. If you look at the match he was practically wearing a cast. It got to the point that Vince had to tell him he needs time off to heal just days before the PPV. Vince needed him for Wrestlemania I mean he was the top guy. Sure Hogan was bigger, but he was doing movies and wanted to stick to that. I mean why hurt yourself when you could make millions for a movie so Hogan was where it made sense, but he was still going to do Wrestlemania. Interviewer: How did Randy take the news? Prichard: Well of course he'd say that he could perform, that's how it was back then but he had no choice. Still for Curt (Mr. Perfect) he was willing to put him over. It had to make sense of course, I mean if it was a clean pinfall or submission by a heel than the momentum that Macho had since Wrestlemania IV would've been done. Interviewer: Many were expecting Macho to take on Rick Rude again for costing him the championship... Prichard: Yeah, but these guys were selling out at house shows for some time already so it kind of fit into the story and since Randy took time off they couldn't finish the feud because Rude left the company in October.

WWF Prime Time Wrestling September 3rd, 1990 Hosts: Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan Gorilla: What a SummerSlam that was Brain, though these decorations...what is it for? Heenan: What do you think Monsoon? I now manage the World's Heavyweight Champion, Mr. Perfect. Gorilla: Thanks to Rick Rude who threatened Miss Elizabeth. There was no way Randy would've submitted if Rude hadn't threatened to hurt Elizabeth. Let's hope there is some justice for the Macho Man as President Jack Tunney is standing by with an official statement about the Main Event from SummerSlam... Official Statement from President Jack Tunney: It has come to my attention that during the main event for the WWF Heavyweight Championship, Rick Rude interfered in the match by threatening the First Lady Miss Elizabeth in an unprofessional matter; thus costing Randy Savage the WWF Championship. Here in the World Wrestling Federation, we do not tolerate such behavior and have fined Mr. Rude for his actions.
On the other Randy "Macho Man" Savage viciously assaulted a referee with the ring bell in the middle of the ring. Although the referee will not be pressing charges, here in the World Wrestling Federation we have decided to immediately suspend the Macho Man Randy Savage. This suspension will only be lifted under careful review. But for now he will no longer compete in the ring. Thank you.Heenan: This is the greatest moment ever, Hulk Hogan couldn't wrestle at SummerSlam, I manage the Champion of the World and now Randy Savage is suspended! Gorilla: Well I don't agree with how it was handled, I mean your man Rick Rude gets off with a fine, but the former champ gets a suspension that could possibly be indefinite!

If The Undertaker is in the Royal Rumble Match then I can see him as a darkhorse in this match I can see him eliminating at least 5, 6 or even 7 men but in order to eliminate Taker it is going to have to take multiple men to eliminate him
But my pick to win the Royal Rumble Match is Hulk Hogan if he is in the Royal Rumble Match
I just would have thought that The Ultimate Warrior with him being the WWF Champion he would defend his title at the PPV so with that being said it makes me wonder who Warrior will defend his title against
