The guy beat Lesnar in a legit fight! Sure he did... UFC is as real as WWE is. There is really no point in questioning that Velasquez is a legitimate tough guy. He was an elite NCAA wrestler and BJJ black belt. The fact that he doesn't look like a bodybuilder doesn't make him much different than many other MMA stars. He's actually known for his endurance and his ability to wear out opponents. I've also seen some of his El Toro work. He's definitely a natural at wrestling, although I question whether his relative inexperience and Brock's style would gel in a match. |
