as long as they dont have the generic wwf/e logo then its fair game. but to pretend that its ok putting the weird retro wwe logo on the wwf spot where its obviously out of place is just sad. I wish my life was so privileged that being unable to use the WWF logos on $200 toys was my biggest problem It sucks they can’t use them. But they can’t. That’s all there is to it you are the one continuously trying to tell me how im wrong. Its my opinion. I could not care less about the ring i dont have a problem with it, I just think it looks stupid. stop with your privilege of trying to out privilege others leave me alone. |

It’s not just a ring. There’s other items. Not to mention, this is a legit collectors item, not a mass retail toy. At the end of the day, and I hate this saying, if you don’t want it then don’t buy it. i dont, and i wont  the WWE'ing of the WWF logos are ridiculous So your biggest concern is that they won’t violate copyright laws by using a logo they can’t use? I think starting with a New Gen item is a very weird choice tbh. You would think they would want the first item to be an Attitude Era stage since their would be more appeal and it would be much more simplistic to do a 98 Raw stage than the neon one But they’ve probably had a whole team of people researching and looking into the viability and stuff so I hope it meets all the tiers Totally agree as I was saying the same thing. To start off their first crowd funding campaign with one of the worst generations in the "Wrestlemania era" is bizarre, when one would think an Attitude Era with 1998 UE Undertaker would basically he like printing money for Mattel. If this doesn't meet it's sales goal, chances are they don't get approved to try again somewhere else down the line. |

This thing is a thing of beauty. Definitely putting money down for it. Hopefully enough people here do less bitching and more ordering to hopefully get us into the extra tiers. More bang for your buck that way

Ive scatter posted about this during work today but my thoughts...
1)Is this the same scale/size as the previous released ASR. If not then additions of ring skirts are desperately needed. I would rather have skirts of the Big 5 PPVs over a Doink & even Diesel elite.
2)Assuming the crowd fund runs for 30-45 days, How long are we legit looking at getting this made. Say it ends around September. Should we expect this by Christmas or is it more likely Spring '22 at the earliest?
3)I had the inclusion of "Entertainment" on the ringskirt. I get you cant use the old WWF logos and Im OK with that but just leave it with the blocked W logos and dont have the wording on that.

I get why they can’t use the WWF logo but it doesn’t mean that I have to like the revised WW version. I don’t think it’s a suitable replacement. I’d personally rather them do without. It looks weird to me and I hate looking at it. I don’t mind it if it’s small enough where it can be ignored and overlooked but that symbol is plastered all over this set. If one of the stretch goals is an alternate skirt then I may consider backing it when it hits that tier. Otherwise, this is probably a pass for me.
