Here they are together: Thanks for this. I love Savage and Warrior as well as tag teams but I wasn't sure if I wanted these in my collection. Seeing them together makes me lean toward picking them up. On a side note . . . anyone know why they were called the "Ultimate Maniacs" instead of the "Ultimate Madness"? It was always about "Macho Madness" with Savage. Seems like "Ultimate Maniacs" would have been a better name for a Warrior and Hogan team. They even wore Hogan colors.

CM Punk's pipe bomb would have made a great defining moment figure. I know many people have done a fix-up of this, but I would have loved to have gotten one in the packaging.

I'll be in the area to pick up my Shockmaster figure from a friend, but I'm not attending. Looking forward to the new reveals though.

Is that just the12 digit UPC code? If so it's: 8 87961 33731 0An item number for TRU is a six digit number. Might be right next to the item name on the receipt Just checked the receipt and they list that same 12 digit UPC under the figure. I don't see any six digit number.

Has the item number been disclosed yet? Maybe you could help some members out in that way. Great pics. Haven't really seen a good up close pic of the scan. This is a great figure! Kudos! Yep, an item number would help tremendously. Thanks for the pics, Cyan! Is that just the12 digit UPC code? If so it's: 8 87961 33731 0

Congrats on the purchase. I can't wait to find one. Seeing he has thicker legs than his past elite figures how is his scale next to another Austin figure? Is he still the same height? In order of height, he's about the same or a tiny-bit taller than the HOF Austin. But a little shorter than the Legends Austin, and more noticeably (but not terribly) shorter than the RSC Austin. However, it may all be a head sculpt, or height on the neck peg issue.

But how epic would it be to get a "Stunning" Steve Austin RSC exclusive with TV title? Or NWA Dusty Rhodes with US title in the elite line? And I drool at the thought of one day having a Great Muta with TV title too. Believe me you know I would totally mark out for those titles especially the US title (my all-time favorite title belt) if we were to get them. Unfortunately I just don't see them ever happening. I'd be happy if Mattel made derivatives of the old NWA/WCW titles. Not exact replicas, but generic ones with with WWE logo that looked close enough to the originals. For example a red strapped TV title that had the Network logo on top, and different side plates with slightly different main plate. For me as a display collector, it would still look great. However, I doubt this would ever happen since there weren't even derivatives of the Pepsi and Cobra tattoos on Punk.

I love the thought of this figure being in my collection next to Flair, The Horsemen, and my Dusty fix-up (no polka dots). Although the height of Magnum's career was in the mid-eighties, it makes me wonder what his legacy might have been if the car accident never happened.
For those unfamiliar with him or the incident, the car accident he was in was horrible. According to Slam Sports, "I was driving down Sardis Road. It was raining, and there was some water collected on the road. I started to hydroplane and the car, because the engine is in the rear, reacted differently. I backed off the gas and continued sliding.
"Then I remembered you're supposed to give a Porsche gas. I hit the gas and it was like a shot -- it just took off. It cut across the road diagonally, across the oncoming lane of traffic -- I'm lucky nobody was coming -- and hit a pole near the driver's door."
On a dark Sardis Street at night, no one around, no way to move, Allen sat for an hour before someone found him. It took another hour to pry the 230-pound wrestler out of the car. He was talking at the time, but his condition was critical."
They didn't think he'd make it through the night and they doubted he'd ever walk again. Imagine getting news like that today about one of the current stars such as Rollins or Ambrose. It would shock the wrestling world. And in 1986, news of his accident knocked the wind out of the wrestling community.
According to Arn Anderson, "He would have been one of the greatest of all time, if it hadn't been for the tragedy". Listen to a great less than 3 min interview here:
Dusty said, "He was the golden child." "The torch was to be passed to him." "When he went out there for that 20 minutes with Tully Blanchard in that "I Quit" match, you actually believed that this was a shoot. He was that good." Another great interview to check out.
Here's the "I Quit" match with Blanchard:
I'm glad he survived. Very happy to be getting his figure.

Vest is plastic on final figure. Thanks for chiming in and letting us know. Either way, I'm excited for this figure! Huge thanks to Mattel for making it.

If you're going to play with it, get him. Let your imagination run wild and have a great time playing with Stinger in his stars and stripes. If you're going to display it, the jacket looks great. Either way, for $25 you get an iconic old-school Elite Surfer Sting to enhance your fed and collection.

I'm a little surprised no one said the solo white knee pad. I want knee pad, painted shirt, glasses, hat, and will prayyyyy for a plastic coat. I agree. As weird as it was, that one white knee pad stood out as part of his outfit.
